Dr. Stephenson has been my dentist for at least 5 years. His skills are fantastic - he has done my cleanings, my route canals and my dental implants. I like his practice so much that even after moving from Raleigh to Charlotte, I still commute to see him. The staff is great-excellent with follow-up and with handling my insurance. Dr Stephenson and his team are extremely nice and down to earth. I came from night and day dental and they seemed like all they wanted to do was waste my time and money after awhile.Dr Stephenson and his team have managed to fix over 10+ cavities (one that N&D said needed a root canal which apparently was not true) plus I am now in braces in less than a year since switching.There has never been hoops to jump through with covid and I trust him and the team when I ask tedious small questions.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Stephenson. I came in for a cleaning with Monica, who was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. When I needed treatment after my cleaning, thanks to Kendal, they were VERY quick to get me in. Tacara was great and made me feel at ease. Monica, my hygienist is super helpful and knowledgeable. Shes funny and talkative and really put me at ease in the chair as she poked and prodded at my mouth🙂Kendall at the front desk is super nice and friendly. I onlymet Dr. Stephenson for about 5 minutes and seemed very nice, we did not have much interaction since my mouth needed little attention, even after not having a cleaning or dental attention in almost 3 years- issues , then covid. My husband is considering switching to Dr Stephenson as well.

Dr. Mark Stephenson and his staff have restored my faith in dentistry! I came to him with a bad front tooth crown that my previous dentist made just 6 months ago. it had an open margin and it smelled ungodly. I decided to get a second opinion and Im SO happy a friend recommended Dr. Stephenson! I was referred by a family member to this office for braces for my child. I felt welcomed from the door. The staff and Dentist was efficient and knowledgeable. They explained every part of the procedure before after and during. The dentist was very down to earth and I enjoyed his connect with my daughter and I. I highly recommend this office and provider.

Ive had some painful experiences with other dentists in my lifetime, but I need to say that Dr. Stephenson and his team helped me feel at ease, comfortable, and relaxed. It was kind of funny when he would ask me a question, and Im like, uhhh... I cant talk right now. Great dentist. Got my mind off of what he did doing. Had my first appointment today and Ive found my new dentist! Its hard to find a good, reliable and honest dentist. Ive been to several dentist where they tell you you have 6 or 14 cavities just to get money. He was honest and said my teeth all looked good, no cavities! They also took my pregnancy into consideration and didnt do any X-rays and let me know they would do it another time for the safety of my baby. Great staff as well, very sweet!
