Dr. Jill Sonner was so sweet, lovely, and knowledge with me. I was there today and she told me everything I needed to know regarding my teeth and all. The entire staff: Taylor, Velvet, Katelyn, and Mary were so charming as well. I would recommend anyone in the Raleigh area to go see Dr. Sonner.

Wow, I am blown away by the professionalism and care exhibited by both Dr. Sonner and the support staff! I feel cared for and valued, not just as a patient but as fellow human being. I had traumatic dental experiences as a kid and prior to this felt like my dentist wasnt at the skill level at which he should have been and that he didnt listen to my concerns. While Im still not excited to have work done, I feel confident Im going to be receiving the best care available, delivered carefully and following proper Covid-19 protocol. Thank you Dr. Sonner and Dr. Wells!

Once again my visit with Renaissance Dental was an outstanding experience. Was there for 6-month cleaning and felt as though I was the most important patient they had. My dental hygienist the best, and Dr. Sonner continues with her caring manner and professional work. I am a happy patient.

We love this dental practice! There is no one better. My family members have all been going here for years. Dr. Abernathy is our dentist. They take care of the adults as well of the children with excellent care. I would send any of my friends here that were in need of an excellent dental practice. They really treat you like family. The entire staff is AWESOME!

Dr. Sonner is soooo AWESOME!! She is professional but also very personable. Most people dread visits to the dentist but I enjoy them to the point that I almost fall asleep while Dr. Sonner is performing the work. That should tell you something...........I trust I am in good hands (puts me at ease) and she is competent at what she does. The office atmosphere is GREAT, warm and inviting! I have always had outstanding service and treatment at Renaissance Dental and today was no exception. Vicci is a meticulous hygienist - taking her time to be thorough, friendly, and caring every time. I also cannot say enough about Dr. Anna Abernathy. Using hand crafted cosmetic dentistry, she has given me the smile that I have always wanted. Love love love Renaissance and you will too!

Having been to a few dental offices in Raleigh, Renaissance is by far the best! There is never a long wait past my appointment time, the staff are so friendly and the dental service is great and very reasonable for someone without dental insurance. Plus they dont try to push unneeded products or treatments, which was my experience at a few other offices. Its also such a personal experience always having my amazing dental hygienist Vicci. I may not see her often, but each time I do she is well versed on my history and always puts my needs and comforts first, even if its just readjusting the TV monitor or offering me a cozy blanket. Plus the advanced technology she uses always blows me away. My teeth and gums have never been healthier. I will continue to recommend Renaissance Dental to all my friends!

Before I switched to Renaissance Dental, I was terrified of the dentist. I had so many bad experiences - from endlessly bleeding gums to fillings before I was numb - that it was all I could do to walk in the door of a dentists office. All of that changed when I started seeing Dr. Sonner. She never discounted my fear - if anything, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The hygienists at Renaissance are amazing as well, Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Is it a coincidence that I havent had a cavity since I started going to Renaissance? I dont think so.

Love visiting renaissance. Vicci and Dr. Sonner are absolutely amazing. I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Overall, great experience with my first visit for a cleaning. The cancellation policy is a little steep, especially considering that the office is closed on Fridays which means you would have to cancel a Tuesday appointment on the prior Thursday.

As ALWAYS, Dr. Sonner and her team are awesome ! I dont look at this as a dental appointment but as a chance to catch up with friends :)

Ive had several dental services here (crowns, fillings) and just had a cleaning and checkup yesterday. The staff are all friendly, professional, and patient. The pros and cons of different treatments are thoroughly explained so I understand my options. A few months ago, one of my crowns put in by another practice came out at dinner! Renaissance Dental got me in the next morning and fixed it properly.My cleaning yesterday was with Vicci Newland, RDH, and she was great--easiest xrays ever, and she was very mindful of how to keep me comfortable. Im very happy with this practice and no longer dread going to the dentist!
