I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Renaissance Dental Center. We started at the practice 3 years ago after moving to Raleigh. Dr. Abernethy and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, fun and extremely welcoming. I asked for a referral for a pediatric dentist for my daughter. She suggested to make an appointment there for her. I explained that we had been through 3-4 dentists prior to moving to Raleigh. I don’t think my child had really gotten a thorough cleaning or a complete set of x-rays until she started seeing Dr. Abernethy. Not only are there no tears…she looks forward to going to the dentist! It used to be a traumatic experience for everyone involved until she started at Renaissance. I have gotten excellent care for things outside of just the regular cleanings. You never feel rushed, they always ask about your family, your last vacation, etc. I have not had a dental experience like this in the past. Dr. Abernethy and staff have offered other referrals/advice and being newer to the area this has been invaluable. I am beyond thankful for Renaissance Dental and the incredible service that my daughter and I have received since moving to Raleigh.

Staff was friendly from the front desk, all the way back. I dont think I have ever been greeted, introduced and welcomed with a handshake from a receptionist at any other facility, especially a medical facility! You are welcomed in from the beginning. I was having a problem and they were able to get me in the next morning, which was awesome. Everyone was efficient and essentially no wait times- anywhere! And as always, Dr. Abernethy was her usual warm, friendly, sweet self! It makes a difference going to a dentist who treats you like family. You know she genuinely cares about her patients and that we are not another number! We love her in my household!!

YALL ARE THE BEST. So welcoming, inviting, and the best part: not clinical at ALL! Im so grateful for the staff at Renaissance and Ive recommended them to so many people! I so appreciate the care and understanding they give to me as the dental chair isnt my favorite place. :) I never feel like a burden and they are always so gracious and understanding! Renaissance acquired the practice my longtime family dentist several years ago. This has resulted in a much needed improvement in the dental care Ive been receiving. Its taken a while, but they have convinced me that I must be even more active in caring for my teeth as I get older. They are extremely thorough and have recommended several subtle but critical changes in our protocol. My smile is now going in the right direction to last a lifetime! Gray

This was my first visit to Renaissance and I wonder why I waited so long to choose this Dental Center!!! I felt at ease and welcome like visiting friends from the first step in the door! Every question or concern was addressed in detail I was able to understand. My Dentist and Hygienist went above and beyond any other dental care I have experienced. I will certainly set all of my Dental needs in the hands of The Renaissance Dental Center Team!!!

I love Dr. Abernathy! She knows how stressed I get going to the dentist and always relaxes me and is very gentle. She has helped myself and husband over the years and there is no one else we would ever want to go to. She is non-judgmental and will only encourage you to do whats best with a smile on her face! I encourage anyone who had bad experiences in the past, to give her a try! When clients are relocating to Raleigh, I always recommend her practice!

From the moment we arrived to the office for both my daughters and my appointments, we were treated with friendly smiles, complete professionalism, and attentive care. The facilities are top-notch, focused on client comfort. Both of our examinations were thorough, and our dentist and hygienists were careful to explain their procedures and their observations, and they set out a care plan that met our needs and objectives. Our entire experience was stellar from beginning to end.

I love all the staff at Renaissance Dental Center! Dr. Abernethy is the best dentist I have ever been to! Her assistant, Sherry, is super sweet and always so helpful. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking a new dental office. You will love it!

My hygienist, Melody, did a very thorough job of cleaning and I couldnt even tell she was doing anything. That is wonderful for me. All my life, dental appointments have created anxiety for me. Dr. Abernethy is the absolute best there is, hands down! I have been her patient for years, refusing to see anyone but her and, needless to say, followed her to Renaissance Dental. Dr. Abernethy listens, takes time to explain and answer any questions you have. She has such a natural ability to put you at ease and reassure you. Best of all, you never feel pain or discomfort. Always AWESOME!! I had a 20 year old crown pop out, they had me in and out in 20 minutes, same day scheduling. They charged me less than I was thinking it might be. The staff at Renaissance never fail to deliver the best dental service I have ever received. They are really nice folks, taboot.

Im so impressed with the client care and service at this dental center. Everyone who works here has been genuinely caring and friendly - from the reception staff, through to hygienists and the dentist herself (Dr. Abernathy). My wife and I loved the experience Dr. Abernethy and the team at Renasissance Dental showed us during our visit. When we got home my wife and I talked about the attention to detail their exams and cleanings were. They made us feel at home from walk-in to walk-out!
