People are soooo nice, specially the nurse and the dentist. Very caring and understanding of their patients. I would tell everyone about them.

Dr Eisberg and his assistants are great! They were really paitent and walked me through everything. Hes very calming and gets you EXACTLY what you need! I didnt even feel the extractions!!!☺

This is one of the best dental office I’ve been too. :) They speak both Spanish and English. They have discounts and the dr. Eisberg is such a nice and caring person! I love talking to the girls in the front desk they are so nice!!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had been bringing my kids to Family Dental since they were 1 year old. My oldest is 14 years old now. We like the place and everyone is very courteous. I dont have a complain so far.

We absolutely love them!! I take my kids here. Six year old four year old and one and half year old. My two oldest are so comfortable they go in alone. Everyone at this office is great with kids. I’ve been coming here for several years & I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the doctors & staff. Most recently I’ve had to wait longer than usual before being called back. I also work in healthcare so I completely understand that sometimes things run over. I would just like a heads up that about the wait time & not wondering if I’ve been forgotten. Healthcare isn’t easy & I know that I have high expectations of others when receiving treatment because I give that to my patients. There are always smiling faces throughout my visits & I appreciate that.

Located in the sketchiest building Ive ever seen. Equipment and office arent as nice as the website makes it sound. The doctor barely introduced himself before telling me I needed a root canal, crowns, and multiple fillings redone when all I wanted was a cleaning. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and was told that I dont need a root canal or a crown. I felt this place wanted to take advantage of me because I would be paying out of pocket for most of the work. I was misled by all the good reviews online but I figured out why. They have a sign on the wall in one of the exam lanes that says if you leave them a 5 star review, you will receive a free gift. SKETCHY. Also, they didnt send my records to my new dental office even after I submitted a record release request twice. I have already told all of my coworkers, friends, and family to stay away from this place.

Friendly atmosphere, good location, dentist, dental assistants,office personnel, having been working with me over the cell phone, at the office , sending in request to Medicaid to try and get them to approve the surgery on my upper and lower jaw areas of my mouth, so I can get my Dentures, since 7/24/19, one more day, it will be 5mths.

I went to Atlantic Family Dental with pain coming from one of my teeth. After waiting for more than one hour the Dental assistant-very nice and careful person- took some x rays. The doctor said there’s not infection but the teeth is moving. I asked that I wanted to get rid of the pain. I was hopping that gone the bad teeth the pain will be gone. The dentist stated that she had to take the teeth in pieces since it wouldn’t come out in one piece. The process was very painful even though she used double anesthesia. When she finished she walked away and didn’t give any recommendation to follow.That happened on Tuesday August 6/2019 around 5 pm. Today is the 12th and I haven’t have a moment of peace. The pain goes on and on. For three days straight I couldn’t sleep nor was I able to go to work.I would not recommend any friend or family to go visit you.Under deep painFrancisco Silverio

This review is for the Raleigh location. I was a loyal customer for this dental office for more than 3 years even referred a co-worker and her family to this location but I have to cut my business with this dental office due to poor customer service. I waited for over a month to get a Saturday appointment (I am busy with work civilian/military job, plus I live 30 minutes away) and when I arrived on my appointment date, I was told by the front desk clerk that I could not be seen because I have my 2 yr. old daughter with me. I was never made aware of this policy and if this is the case, this should be highly emphasized during the confirmation call prior to the appointment or prior to making the appointment. They never even double check with the actual dentist or hygienist if they are ok. How about some courtesy to your customers that are single moms/dads, loyal customers, parents working Mon-Fri, etc. Well, I am taking my money and dental insurance somewhere else closer to home and with better customer service...On the bright side, my hygienist and dentist were both excellent...

I had to get two filling .i waited in the front a hour only to get to the back and wait 30 more minutes i got my numbing cream and my shots and then the work began he did not let me know what he was doing he did not even talk to me . i was never nervous and scared. i started crying and he worked through that like he did not care.

Staff is good for talking not for work did terrible job with my teeth removed a healthy tooth without any reason and not solved the actual problem I just had a cavity problem now thanks to them I have lost a healthy tooth teeth are so sensitive evev to air and all are painful now

Fair price and I had a great dentist & hygienist.. But the person helping the dentist was not wearing gloves nor using hand sanitizer before opening all the instruments and putting the pieces of the instruments together... Not hygienic at all... Plus the horrible noise the business next door makes... Its a sound store and people who try out the speakers and stuff turn the music so loud i had to leave the room after being anesthetized because the noise was so loud it was hurting my ears...

The office is in a run down building. Noone told me when I made an appt for my 6 year old daughter that I am not allowed in the room while she is getting any services done. I did not agree with that policy so I went and got another dentist.
