Just moved from Dallas to Raleigh and tried our Raleigh Dental Arts for dental care. I was very satisfied with my care in Dallas, and can say I walked away from my first visit at Raleigh Dental Arts more than impressed. The exam, x-rays, explanation of care, amount of time spent with the dentist, and knowledge and friendliness of the hygienist were all beyond superb. I have no question that they will take amazing care of my teeth over the coming years, and am super excited to have found a new dental home with Raleigh Dental Arts.

My husband has a slight bit of sleep apnea and needs a mouth guard. On entering the space is very clean and comfortable receptionist was welcoming and asking of your day. Going back was easy small wait 5 min. Liz Owens was wonderful educated us office was homey. Spoke a bit to us during the process. The instruments used looked new (like an assurance if your scared of the dentist like I am, I would not mind at all).My husband on the other hand was pleased and felt so comfortable. All the staff was great. Would I go back yes. But that’s for the visit see you guys again soon!

Wonderful office, personable staff and top notch tech. Came here in a recommendation from my own dentist for a sleep appliance. Called on a Friday for an appointment expecting a 2 week lead time, had my choice of appointments the very next Monday. Minimal new patient paperwork as all was through their easy to navigate patient portal. Liz Owens, their sleep coordinator, had all of my insurance research done and immediately got to work creating my appliance. She is very picky, her words, which I appreciate immensely. I know my appliance will fit great due to her attention to detail. She has loads of experience with these sleep appliances as she herself wears one nightly and has tried multiple different companys devices. I love that there were no messy trays or gagging from them. Their tech is very sophisticated with digital pictures and minimal invasiveness. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to working with the practice.

I genuinely can not say enough great things about Raleigh Dental Arts. It’s such a welcoming experience when you walk in and are greeted by Dory, who is an absolute delight. The Whitney’s are always so warm and welcoming and make sure that you feel the most comfortable. I saw Dr. A today, and he fixed my front tooth so quickly and it looks perfect. This place way by far the best dentist office Ive ever been in to! Everyone was very welcoming and super nice and helpful. The dentist I saw was so aware and concerned of any anxiety and discomfort I may have been feeling. She was extremely sympathetic to my issues and I really felt like she genuinely cared! Ive Never been to a dentist that didnt make me feel worse for the very poor condition of my teeth...and she did the opposite so Raleigh Dental Arts, i sincerely thank you!!! After an 18-month, pandemic-enforced absence, Raleigh Dental Arts welcomed me back with open arms, and the office was even MORE modern and comfortable than I had remembered it. The staff are professional and friendly, the equipment top-notch, and Dr. Hetrick is a welcome addition to the team. Scheduling is easy, billing is easy...really, everything except making that U-Turn in a giant truck is easy.

I have been going to Raleigh Dental Arts for about 10 years since we moved to the area and have had nothing but great experiences with my dental care. One great thing they have provided me recently is a dental appliance alternative to CPAP for my obstructive sleep apnea. The dental appliance is so much less obtrusive than the CPAP. Liz, their Sleep Coordinator, handled everything including working with my medical insurance. The process was very easy.

I scheduled a consult with Michele so we could take a look at spacing in my upper teeth that had been present for well over 10 years. Even after braces and religiously wearing my retainer, I would still have small gaps between my upper teeth. My old orthodontist and current dentist said there was nothing that could be done, so I felt hopeless. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable! She walked me through the whole process and we came up with a game plan! After years of feeling insecure about my smile, I finally was able to breathe a sigh of relief. I had my first appt today with Dr.A(cant remember how to pronounce his last name lol) by far the kindest, funniest ,caring and honest dentist I have ever been to. I was scheduled to do a root canal and when he started working on the tooth he informed me a root canal was not necessary and he only had to do a filling. My tooth looks beautiful. I’ve been going to Raleigh dental office for years. Dr. A did a wonderful, painless job with my dental implant. Dr. Fiza is excellent as well. All the dental assistants, hygienists and office staff are very thorough and provide a comforting environment. I have had a lot of dental issues For decades and Raleigh dental arts is by far the best dental practice I have been too. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Fiza, Whitney and the entire team at RDA were wonderful to work with. They did beautiful work for my new smile and I was so impressed how they made me feel welcome and helped me understand the process along the way. The end result is beautiful. If you are in need of a sleep appliance for sleep apnea, look no further. This is the place to go. Liz is the main provider for the sleep devices and she is very knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process and well past delivery. They also have a unique service to test out whether an appliance will work for you with an at home test before making the full investment. I have been very happy with my device...way better than having a CPAP machine for the rest of my life! Raleigh Dental Arts is the best!

Sleep Specialist Liz Owens navigated the insurance process and offered counsel on using the sleep device before and after I received the product. I unequivocally recommend this practice to anyone experiencing sleep issues.

Very communicative in scheduling the appointment; quick check-in; hygienist and dentist are personable and knowledgeable; hygienist Jessie is THOROUGH. And funny, too! My teeth are gorgeously polished and smooth and clean. Definitely claiming them as “my dentist”.

Always have a great experience here. The staff is wonderful and the dentists are specialist in crowns and complicated dental issues. Their equipment is state of the art! I had a crown created from a digital image right in their office. The easiest and best fitting crown Ive ever had!

This was my first visit today and I was really impressed with everything. Dory was sweet and helpful. Jessie did my cleaning and did an amazing job. Crystal was there with me at the beginning and she made sure I was comfortable while taking xrays. Dr. Fiza checked my teeth and he answered all my questions and made sure I knew my options for my treatment plan. Overall, its a great practice. Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but Im glad I went today. Ill be going back, for sure.

I can not say enough good things about this practice. I had chipped my tooth and came in for a regular filling, it as my front tooth with Dr. Fiza. I left the practice with my confidence level higher than when I came in. The dentist prior had left my fillings a lighter color than my regular teeth , with Dr Fiza you cant even tell I have a filling . I have always had horrible dental issues. I also am in the process of getting my implants done through the office. Megan is awesome. Dr. Fiza is awesome. Everyone in the office deff makes you feel at home . I cant say enough good things about them !

Ive been meaning to write a review for a long time, but after todays experience I must share.Today around 11:55am, I had a bit of an emergency. One of my 17 yr old front veneers broke off and I was in complete breakdown. I called Raleigh Dental Arts immediately, realizing since its Friday and they close early, Im probably out of luck. I was beyond thrilled that Megan, Dr Fiza and his asst waited for me (after hours) to do a temporary repair that would get me thru the weekend.While I fully expected to have some type of basic rudimentary filler put in...instead I walked out with a completely undetectable cosmetic repair! Thank you Dr Fiza!! I swore Id never let another dentist touch my teeth other than Dr Agarwhal, who I consider to be the best cosmetic dentist on the east coast .... but Im making an exception. :)Two artistic geniuses under one roof.Every interaction whether it is with the front desk, billing or dental staff it is always a great experience. I had the pleasure of being in Lizs care while trying to figure out a mouth appliance (for sleep apnea) last summer. Liz was awesome and helped me to find the perfect mouth piece. After 30 years of zero sleep...Im sleeping like a baby.What a great team. I could go on and on. They make me want to apply for a job!

Dental Arts is fantastic! Liz and the entire staff are friendly, efficient and very good at what they do. If you have any sleep apnea, Liz is an expert resolving that issue. I travel 40 miles and pass a lot of dentist because of their expertise.

Excellent! Very clean and comfortable environment. For all of Dr. Agarwals experience and expertise he could easily be like so many other dentist who hike up prices and only serve those who are rich or have good insurance but he IS NOT like that at all. This office goes out of their way to make top-of-line dentistry affordable with payment plans and financing options that are very reasonable. For the first time Im actually feeling like I can get all the work I need done. Everyone is so nice too. On the phone and in person. Lastly Dr. Fiza does AMAZING work. My crowns dont even look like crowns. Very natural looking!

I have been going to Raleigh Dental Arts for 18 years, and would never go to another dentist. The care that Ive received for my teeth, professionalism of the staff, pleasant atmosphere, and state-of-the-art technology are exceptional. Today I had a small cavity filling, which was quick and painless. As always, they were on schedule and I was in and out quickly. Fantastic team...I couldnt ask for anything more!

Highly recommend! Everyone in the dental office is friendly and the dentist and all the staff take the time to explain any issues they see or procedures that are necessary, along with providing excellent routine care tips. I’ve had cleanings, fillings and a crown and everyone is very gentle with the dental tools. The crown was a very stress free experience. Also, I’ve always been seen on time which is a big change from my prior dentist.

I am always blown away by how friendly and inviting the office team is. Their attention to detail, and overall outlook on Dentistry is next level. I initially went in for a retreat on a root canal and was able to get fitted in my permanent crown in just a few hours. No taking off another day of work, no rescheduling me, it was same day! I am now in clear aligners to straighten my smile and am loving it so far.

Love this dental office! Love all the staff! All are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They also are great at what they do, which is to help you keep your teeth healthy and beautiful! They take care of our whole family’s teeth and I wouldn’t want it any other way!! My kids beg me to go to be dentist! Who does that??!! 😃

I had a wonderful experience with Raleigh Dental Arts. The staff is prompt, professional, very friendly, and they make you feel so comfortable at each visit. I had some extensive work done, and Dr. A. explained everything to me each step of the way. He did a fantastic job, and I’m thrilled with the results! Meghan and Whitney were awesome, and they took such good care of me throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this practice!

I had a great visit at Raleigh dental arts! Dr. Leedy made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. And was so calm and accommodating the entire time. The staff there was also super welcoming and very professional. Best dentist office I have ever been to!

Our family loves this practice! My husband and I have been patients for about 15 years and now all three of our kids are patients as well. They are always welcoming and make us feel very comfortable. We trust them and they never pressure us into unnecessary treatments.

I just recently switched to their practice and could not be happier. The staff is extremely friendly, and very comforting and patient (I am super anxious about going) and they have always made me feel at ease. I love that they have such state of the art technology, especially in regards to scanning your teeth. If only I had switched sooner, because overall I have been super impressed!!

I have just recently switched over to Raleigh Dental Arts and I could not be more pleased with my experience. My initial thoughts as I walked through the door was how beautiful and clean the office space and sitting area is. Once I was called back and told to sit in the exam chair, I noticed the TV on the ceiling and the overall calm nature of the atmosphere. I was totally at ease. The best part of being a patient at Raleigh Dental Arts is the staff. Jo is a delight at the front desk. Jessie is hands down the best hygienist Ive ever had. She took total care of all of my needs while I was there and she did it with a smile! There was not a moment when she didnt want to know how I was doing and asked if there was anything that she could get me on a constant basis. The rest of the staff was so welcoming as I was in the hallway and checking out. After completing my cleaning, the dentist came in and gave me a green light and I was on my way. What a great first cleaning at Raleigh Dental Arts. I look forward to seeing these sweet faces and being in this sweet space again!

Definitely the best dentist office Ive ever been to. So glad I was recommended them.Edit: I just had a couple fillings done and had such a good experience, I went to leave them a review and had forgotten that Id already left them a review from the last time I was there. Thats how good this place is. The office is super clean, well designed, and modern. The staff is the most friendly of anywhere Ive ever been (not just dentist offices, anywhere). Dr. Leedy is amazing. I seriously cannot recommend them enough.
