Dr. Neuman and everyone at Caring Smile are so friendly and knowledgeable. I can say finding a good dentist is hard but I was so happy to come across this practice when I moved out here! I have been going here for years and I have always had a great experience.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME.I called them Friday morning to re-cement by crown and it was able to walk in and get the work done. The atmosphere is great, their waiting area is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and their music choice for the office is great.

Im not proud to say it but I dont exactly like going to the dentist so needless to say I havent been in a while. The staff at Caring Smile really made me feel relaxed and comfortable. It helps that the doctor always has a smile on her face and her winking at me got her an extra star. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Best dentist in town. They are great with anxious patients like me! I really appreciate their patience with me but also their excellent customer service and sense of urgency when you are in pain. I have had several procedures over the last several years and the quality of the work and service are consistent! They also understand working within their patients’ budgets and truly listen. While I don’t think I will ever enjoy going to the dentist, I really am glad I found them!

My entire family goes here and we are very happy. I just found out my insurance covers 4 cleanings a year. I have always had Tamara who is my all time favorite. I havent had any major work by Dr Newman but she has always been great working on my kids. Highly recommend!

Update: I brought my toddler in with me today and the entire office was wonderful with her! Dr. Neuman took her to look at the fish in the lobby while I was getting my x-rays and everyone else took turns making sure my daughter was happy and occupied. It was a marvelous experience to have my family welcomed as they were.Great practice! Bridget is wonderful and Tamra is the best hygienist Ive experienced.

Caring Family Dentistry is awesome! Not only do they do a great job taking care of my teeth, they are such a friendly and welcoming staff that I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dentist is extremely rude and has no manners. I will not be returning here ever again. She did an awful job with 3 cavities my daughter had, we had to go to another dentist to fix them. It is very obvious she’s in it for the money and doesn’t care about her patients at all.

I’ve always struggled with dental issues. As a child, I had teeth that would come in bad. Here later in life, I’ve always made sure my husband and son take excellent care of their teeth but have neglected myself. There are so many emotions around having bad teeth. From embarrassment to sadness it’s all there and short of being independently wealthy, it’s also expensive. Dr. Neumann and her staff are people that show none of the distaste that others in my shoes have felt with other providers. There was no condemning tone or should of done this or that. She volunteered to fit me in for a look, came up with several options and is starting tomorrow morning. She takes excellent care of our whole family now and my only regret is not coming sooner.

I have nothing exceptional to write about this practice. Since Bridgette Newman bought out Dr. Wenda, I have had nothing but non stop dental issues to a periodontal evaluation that was done by someone interviewing for a position at this office, to a mouth guard that was improperly sized and fitted, which literally moved my two front teeth to a new direction forward , to the recommendation for a root canal. Bridgette Newman never apologized for her demeanor on the day I walked through the office for a simple cleaning, and saw her talking to a hygienist with an obvious negative reaction to something that had happened. Whether, or not, I told Newman I wouldnt make any comments on here about her practice, but today after seeing another dentist at a reputable practice, Im pretty disappointed that I continued to get emails requesting me to make an appointment at Caring Smiles. Not only that, but after a long phone conversation with Newman (still saying I was the first person shed heard from about such issues), I requested my records be sent and two fillings she did were not included in my file. I requested the notes again and never heard back from her Front Desk contact Angela. Ive never had fillings or cavities before her exams, and honestly am just so disappointed of her bedside manor, her note keeping, and that she would let someone being interviewed do a periodontal exam...which was redone and all numbers were completely different. After hearing from my current dentist it seems my PH in my mouth wouldnt harbor cavities as much as someone who always has to have fillings done.I asked my current dentist if its possible these numbers can be subjective between different hygienists and dentists and said that is completely not common.Again, I said to Newman I would not write a review, but after seeing this new reputable dentist, I can not let this go. The Raleigh area is saturated with dentists and Newmans approach to hiring, note-taking, communication with patients is not humble, nor truly caring. While I needed to make payments toward a mouth guard, I heard today the guards used by her practice were actually moving my teeth, after having braces growing up, and not doing me one bit of good.If she reads this, Im a humble prayerful person, and after this review....Im letting go of a really poor decision to have my teeth cleaned under her hygienists and having cavities filled by her without a second opinion, because my entire bite shifted after a molar was filled, and needed to return to her to have it be fixed. Really, its sad there are dentists who only have time for cleanings but not the harder conversations of helping when patients try to give meaningful professionalism practice Feedback.

Our family of 5 goes to Caring Smile. Dr. Neuman is fantastic, and we like all of the hygienists. They are great with adults and children. We really trust Dr. Neuman and dont feel like unnecessary procedures are recommended. We have been going there for years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend!

Everyone in the office is professional with a personal touch. The kids do not dread going in for cleaning as the hygienists make them very comfortable. Dr. Neumans is efficient with appointments while finding time to make personable conversation. I have not had any problems making or changing appointments.

AWFUL dentist. I will NEVER go again. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to another dentist because the filling she did fell out for the SECOND time and they did an x ray of all my teeth. The X ray showed she left my fillings pointy making it difficult to floss and making the floss stuck between my teeth. Terrible don’t go here.

Dr. Bridget Neuman has looked after me for several years now. She has done a couple of crowns and the results have always been more than satisfactory. Recently we decided to extract a second molar. Dr. Neuman performed the procedure yesterday so well that a day later I am experiencing only a slight soreness but absolutely no pain or bleeding. Of the ten or so dentists who have cared for me over my long life, Dr. Neuman is THE BEST!!!

When Dr. Neuman bought out the practice we were pleasantly surprised that our dental hygienists, Tamara and Phyllis, stayed on with the new practice. I cannot say how happy our whole family has been! The whole crew here is friendly, knowledgable, and great at their jobs. Dr. Neuman does a great job of giving patients a long term treatment plan when needed, but never pushes just to sell you on new treatments or services you may not need. We have found Angela to be an excellent office manager and knows all the ins and outs of the health insurance world and billing. Phyllis and Tamara are fantastic hygienists and made it easy to ease our daughter into her first visit to the dentist a few years ago. Jessica is an awesome dental assistant and makes everyone feel welcome. A great location and a great team of people!
