We loved the dentist(we didn’t get her name but she was AMAZING) and the assistant Louis. They both were truly the best experience we have had. My 8yr old has has several terrible experiences at the dentist and they made her feel very comfortable and warm and cozy during her visit. She is actually looking forward to coming back to see Mr Louis, she says.

This was my first time to a dentist in a very long time.I was so very surprised the outside so plain but inside very clean and modern with up-to-date features and equipment . It was so comfortable and the staff were equally as impressive. There was no rush. Everything was explained fully as to was going to happen. All my concerns were discussed and options explained.My thanks to all the staff for their warmth and friendliness. It made the entire visit very much a relief and pleasure. 100% Satisfying all around.

I recently moved to the area and was not sure of where to go, but I’m glad I chose Vaya Dental. I received excellent care in a timely fashion. From the welcoming receptionist to the dental hygienist to the dentist herself, the experience I had was more than satisfactory. I truly enjoy taking my daughter to this dental clinic, because everyone is always so attentive and sweet to my daughter. They go out of their way to treat us like someone special and never disappoints me at all. I would recommend them to everyone I know, all staff at this establishment is awesome. I travel from Rocky Mount just so my daughter can have the best experience and great care possible. You start off with the front desk staff being super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to Vaya dental. They have some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met. I was terrified to go but had some issues that I had to take care of. So I went it and as soon as I got there I could tell that I was in the right place. They all were polite and went above and beyond to make me fell comfortable. Always amazing. They have been caring for our whole family for about 2 years now. My daughter dances with excitement when she is getting ready to see them EVERYTIME!They are super kind, gentle, listen wholeheartedly and they even helped with her thumb sucking. Shes not even sucking at night! It had been so bad before, she was changing the shape of her pallet!I cannot say enough about how amazing they all are! I do know that I owe my smile to them!

I avoided the dentist for years because of an uncomfortable experience, but I have to say that is the best dental care I have ever experienced. Clean facility and professional staff. I had a deep clean procedure done, which was a two day appointment. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Lashawn took pride in her work and was very thorough. She made me feel comfortable even though the procedure was uncomfortable.

Kind staff, short waiting times, affordable dentistryI stumbled upon this place because it is near by and they accept my insurance. On my first visit I knew I would continue returning to this office. Everyone is so friendly, funny and kind. The ladies up front always play the best movies. The waiting room is very neat and clean and they always make sure you are taken care of in a timely manner. They explain everything very well, keep me laughing and I always leave very happy.They do take Medicare, offer payment plans, and have a wide variety of services. I recommend them to everyone.

Thank you to all the staff at Vaya Dental. I brought my six-year-old daughter there for the first time and they made her feel extremely comfortable. Everyone dressed in Toy Story costumes to make the experience better for the children. The staff was amazing and I was in pain they were extremely gentle and I have never had an experience like that.

I had a terrible experience with them. They over booked and they don’t even wait for the anesthesia to work in your body. I won’t recommend them not even to my worse enemy.

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I called to set my appointment, to walking in and being greeted with a smile and that was just the precursor. Because it didn’t stop there. Once in the back, all of the Dental Assistants I encounter were absolutely amazing and just when I thought things couldn’t get any better. In comes the Dentist. She was extremely professional and caring. She ensured that not only did I understand what she was doing but just as equally important she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the process. But just don’t just take my word for it, go and see for yourself, you won’t regret it!

This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I take my two boys here as well. I am private pay and they worked with me so that the pricing would be affordable as I needed some things done. I appreciate the hygienist, John, so much! He pulled up my x rays on the tv and explained them to me extensively and in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure that I was comfortable during my visit and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Dr. B is so sweet and gentle! They are so knowledgeable and do not over prescribe procedures as they only do what is necessary. The front desk staff is great as well! Whenever I bring my boys they always turn Netflix on to a kids show while we wait, they even let them pick. My boys, who are 6 and 2, have NEVER complained or had any anxiety about the dentist. They are amazing with children!

Stacey, Sam, and Brigit are always attentive to everything that I need. They always provide a great experience when I go with my daughter. If feels like family even when they are extremely busy at times.🤗🥰 If you need a dentist this is the best place to go to. They always make you feel comfortable and always make sure that you get what you need done and they are really patient with everyone. They are real and dont cut corners in anything. The dentist is great, but the supervisor or office manager can be nasty along with some of the other front fest personnel...The manager has argued with me word for word on two separate occasions..Its hard to get them to assist you with referrals, etc , I did not have a good experience with the office staff mostly but the dentist , dental assistants, and hygienist were great...

This place is great ! I walked in with no appointment as a new patient most I had to wait was around 10 minutes roughly. Once I was in and in a chair the staff was very informative and polite. They explained the problem and offered solutions. They explained the process and step by step what was going on. Every 5 minutes or so they asked how I was doing and if I felt any pain. Even though I was distracted by the complementary Netflix they offer. Once I was finished they explained what the next steps were when I get home. They sent my prescriptions swiftly and accurately. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for dental services.

I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. The staff at this office was absolutely wonderful. The doctor was absolutely fantastic and put me completely at ease. They were good and friendly until they sent me to a specialist that was out of my insurance network and I had to pay 410 upfront after getting taken the same xrays done twice and they could of just sent xrays vaya dental had done. My insurance only paid 89 out of the 410 I paid due to out of my insurance network.Update I was called and the manager told me that they didn’t know that they were out of my insurance network. Isn’t that your job to know or confirm that my insurance network is within the company they referred? I’m still out out 4 hundred dollars for the same xrays they done at vaya.I definitely will not encourage people to come here.
