I had made the appointment with Dr. Dorion whom I was just getting used to. When I arrived I was told I would be seen by Dr. Walters. I don’t think periodontists are interchangeable & I think patients should be asked permission before being assigned to someone else. I did decide I would return at my next scheduled time & see Dr. Walters since Dr. Dorion won’t be seeing periodontal patients at the LB office. Now, if I see yet a different person next time, that will be the end of this practice for me.ADDENDUM: I received an explanation for the change in the person providing care to me yesterday. The care I received was good & I am changing my rating to five stars.

I have always had bad experiences visiting dental offices. They were always rough and didnt care that they were causing pain. So that made me not want to go. And I didnt go -consistently. I also would experience anxiety due to the fear of knowing I was going to suffer some type of pain. Not going to a dentist for extended periods of time has amounted to me developing periodontal disease. I was referred to this office Dorion & Associates and every visit has been very pleasant. The staff is nice and patient and the dental assistance that I have had the pleasure meeting all have been very gentle. The Dentist themselves are very personable and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to any one seeking an experienced, comfortable and gentle experience. 5 stars..

Had a great time yesterday, one of the best dental experiences every. I had a careful, but very thorough cleaning. Even received some good advice from the hygienist. I left feeling good. I was a little apprehensive beforehand, but everyone made my visit comfortable. Thanks, see ya next time.

I recently had my cleaning done and I just absolutely love this practice and the entire staff! From the front desk administration, to the assistants, to the hygienist, to the doctor- everyone I encountered was friendly, courteous, and welcomed me with open arms. The office was clean and well kept, very up-to-date with technology, and had a gentle, calming aura when I walked in. My hygienist was gentle during my cleaning and I left with excellent results! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice!!! 10/10 recommend if you are seeking a wonderful practice for periodontal needs!

Simply the Best. Great service. The doctor was extremely courteous, pays attention to details and is very straight forward and knowledgeable. My gums have never felt better ever since I did the LANAP, which is an almost 4 hour procedure. I would recommend them anytime. Prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Dorian and his staff were so understanding and professional during the long process of going from a cracked tooth all the way through the implant. Dr. Dorian was very careful to make sure I didnt have pain. I am very happy I had the implant and with Dr. Dorian.

Great experience or the best you can have getting a couple of implants! Dr Dorian and his staff were fairly quick and the efficient. It has been a couple of weeks but so far, all is good!

I cannot tell you how much better I feel! Dr Craig Dorion was amazing! He formed a plan for me going forward and I feel very hopeful it will work. I really appreciate that he starts with the simplest, least invasive treatment first. He was kind, while being so informative. He (and his whole staff) went above and beyond to accommodate.I highly recommend!!

I began periodontal work & had oral surgery removing post from an old root canal . Dr Walters & his staff have been very supportive. Dr Walters is kind & professional. You can tell after a few visits that he enjoys dentistry & his staff is friendly. After stressing initiating dental work, I now am comfortable ready for ongoing periodontal & teeth replacement

Dr. Walters and the staff were amazing. They make you comfortable throughout, and are clearly great at what they do. They made what was a not-fun-to think about gum surgery as painless as possible and will take care of you throughout. Highly recommend! Also, the music selection was great!

I had to have extensive gum surgery. The results were remarkable. The staff are all very kind and caring. And on a personal note the day of my original surgery date I lost a pet to a disease that morning within hours of calling them to let them know I had to cancel they sent me flowers to my home. I highly recommend Dr Dorion. He was recommended to me by a friend and I am glad for the referral. Dr Dorion handled my implant surgery( with sedation for 4 implants) and walked me through a very involved process. Dr. Dorian and his staff are so easy to work with, especially with a complicated and challenging issue of replacing four front teeth that had been pulled over 20 years ago. No longer do I have to worry about partials or the embarrassment of noticeably missing teeth. From start to finish I am very pleased with the result.

I was faced with the possibility of losing my first molar at the age of 63 and really really didnt want to lose any teeth. I saw Dr. Gandini for a consult and she gave me hope that shed try to save my tooth, saying shes very conservative about pulling a tooth. The result however was that this tooth had so many issues it was not realistic to even try to save it. Dr. Gandini always kept me informed and made sure I was completely pain free while taking about an hour to remove my tooth...slowly and patiently so she could preserve as much bone as possible. I never felt scared or concerned because both she and her assistant were amazing....she made a tough experience as good as possible. I followed her instructions to the letter and had almost no swelling and no bruising.....we are so lucky to have her come to our small town of Roxboro a few days each week to provide excellent care. Shes a little lady but boy is she tough and strong!! Now on to stitches being removed, continued healing and implant.
