I absolutely loved my experience here. Dental care is usually a pain for me but all of the staff are extremely caring, were open and honest about how my insurance affected cost, and clearly explained every step of the way. The office was also visually appealing, welcoming and had TVs in the ceiling (my fav part lol). I’m a recent college grad that’s new to the area and would highly recommend to everyone I meet.

Just want to shout out Assistant D and Dr. Tim. Yall were amazing. I never felt anything during my extractions. So pleased with the amazing bed side manor from all the staff. Exceptionally clean and inviting environment. Such strong attention to details. The TV on the ceiling is just an added bonus. The staff is what makes this Dental office stand out from the rest. Great experience with Rolling Ridge Dentistry today. From the call to make the appointment until the time I left, everyone was amazing. Staff was so friendly. Dr Nina Thomas was so thorough. She took the time to ask what I wanted from this and even gave me a few options. Everything was explained to me in detail. I dont usually write reviews, but this one was well deserved. If you are in need of a dentist, this is the one.

Phenomenal staff! Very clean & beautiful office space!Took my infant daughter with me and she was fine until the end of my appointment. The staff cane to carry and sing to her while my cleaning was being wrapped up! Overall, very satisfied and highly recommend!

At first glace this place is awesome. Everyone was nice and everything was so clean. I went for a cleaning and instead what I got was X-rays. They refuse to do a cleaning on me instead they wanted to charge me $1500 for some ridiculous procedure. In my opinion they are trying to overcharge people big time. I am frustrated because I FINALLY went to the dentist and still got nothing accomplished. Thanks guys!

I totally agree with a previous reviewer (N. Allen) , they are not people oriented but rather money oriented. I felt like all they want is to charge you more. I need a tooth extraction but they keep insisting that I have to have bone graft procedure too. No, I do not have to. I just wanted my tooth extracted. They also claimed bone graft is a cosmetic procedure and not covered by my insurance and wanted to charge me $500 some extra. I checked my insurance and confirmed that it is covered %80 . The front office were going to call my insurance and get back to me but they did not. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist at Rolling Ridge Dentistry. The staff is welcoming and always remembers me. My hygienist Danielle is the best!! We always chat about trips and holidays and what we are up to. It’s like seeing an old friend.Dr. Thomas is really cool. He told me that I’ve only got one set of teeth that need to last for the rest of my life. So now I actually floss! He pulled two of my wisdom teeth out with local anesthesia A few years ago and it wasn’t bad at all. His wife, also a dentist, is really nice, too. The family practice vibe goes a long way for me. It’s familiar, friendly, and comfortable. He’s the nicest dentist I have ever met.The Dental Savers plan helps me to afford x rays, visits, and other exams.The exam rooms are really nice and cozy. The chairs are comfy and the x rays are done on spot. I used to go to a dentist’s office as a kid where it was basically a factory and they had 10 chairs in a room, and everyone was getting their teeth cleaned at the same time. It was horrible. At Rolling Ridge, the exam rooms are private and comfortable. The best thing (besides the staff) is there are two TVs - one on the wall and one on the ceiling that you can watch as you lay back and have your teeth cleaned.I referred my partner Carlos and Rolling Ridge sent us two movie tickets as a thank you with a handwritten card. It was really sweet. Now Carlos and I go to see Danielle and Dr. Thomas to get our teeth cleaned, and we make sure we are both brushing and flossing on a regular basis.I highly recommend Rolling Ridge Dentistry. Dr. Thomas and the team do an outstanding job. I am very happy with their work over the past several years, and hope that I can continue seeing them for years to come.

This dentist office is more concerned with getting their money. That’s it. I was told for my daughter that an extraction is $350. My insurance covered 90% of that which means I should have had to pay $35 plus a deductible of $50. Total: $85. They wanted $140. I asked how they came up with that despite seeing my insurance coverage. I was told by the office manager, Regina, that she doesn’t know how it’s calculated, she just puts the information into their system and that’s what they come up with. When I asked to speak with Dr Tim directly, I was given the run around and basically told no. I emailed Dr Tim directly and received no response. I’ve been going here for years, but this now has me concerned that I’ve been being overcharged for awhile now. I will be finding another dentist to go to. I would NOT recommend this dentist.

Doctor Nina and her assistants were so caring, compassionate, upbeat and friendly with the cleaning and sealant of my teeth. Dr. Nina was very attentive and honest. She listened to what I wanted to have done and gave me her honest opinion without any censure or judgment. I am grateful that I found them! I will forever be a patient of hers.

I switched to Rolling Ridge because it was impossible to get an appointment at my previous dental office. I wish I had switched sooner!!! Ive now been twice, for a cleaning/checkup and to repair a filling. The office is inviting and front-desk staff are pleasant. They are very transparent about costs for procedures and how your insurance is applied. The staff take a personal interest in patients - Im a teacher, so they talked to me about that. I saw Dr. Nina for both appointments. She is kind and funny, and asked a lot of questions to better understand my relationship with my dental health and general health. She talked through each procedure with me to help alleviate some of my anxiety about dental work. Dr. Nina even identified that some of my dental problems might have a non-dental cause - so, I felt like rather than trying to schedule me for unnecessary procedures and charge me a ton of money, she really wanted to help me find the root of an ongoing problem. I would absolutely recommend Rolling Ridge to anyone!!

Rolling Ridge is an excellent denistry because of the clean environment, professional service and kind staff. This is the best place to get quality dental treatment. I been a patient for about 5 years and there was never a time I was disappointed with the results. They saved my smile and I thank them so much. This is a family friendly Dentist office that I have been coming to for a few years. They are nice and courteous and really care about the health of my teeth. My favorite part is the tv on the ceiling that I can watch while getting my teeth cleaned.

I cant say enough great things about this office! As someone who typically avoids going to the dentist, I am so glad i found Dr Thomas and his team. The office is beautifully decorated, comfortable and extremely clean. The staff is always nice and very professional. They inform you of cost and procedures before doing anything. Dr Thomas will sit down and explain everything you need to know. All of their equipment and technology is up to date, even ahead of the game, totally different than the last dentist i was with. I have been going to Rolling Ridge for over a year now and so happy with all of the work done. Danielle has been my hygienist the last several times and is amazing! I am actually a little surprised I am giving a 5 star review to a dentist! My dentist of many years retired several years ago, and my wife and I have been to two different dentists since then and were not thrilled with either, but then again, it is the dentist right!?! My wife and I each just had appointments at Rolling Ridge dentistry 1 week apart and both of us had fabulous experiences. The office itself is probably the nicest dentists office I have been in, and the TV’s with HGTV on the ceiling are great! The staff were all great and I really felt like everyone took the time for me. While I won’t say I am looking forward to the dentist again, I actually somewhat am!

The entire staff here make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. Danielle does a fantastic job explaining things to you so you know how to keep your teeth healthy. She’s friendly and knowledgeable. The office is modern, high tech and the friendliest staff I’ve ever seen! Dr Thomas is a wonderful dentist who makes sure you are comfortable throughout any procedure. We used to go to an office where they never knew who we were when we checked in, and 5 of us were patients! The staff remembers you, remembers things you’ve shared with them. It’s a wonderful experience from start to finish. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I have never liked going to the dentist as it has never been a good experience. This Dentistry is exceptional though. All of the staff are friendly and helpful here. The office is set up very nicely with TVs set up on the wall and ceiling to help pass the time while you’re getting your dental work done as well as taking your mind off of the procedures. I would have to give the most praise to Dr. Thomas and Danielle. I had to come in on two days for a Scaling and Root Plane, Danielle made the procedure painless and the best experience I’ve had at the dentist. I’ve had this procedure done years ago and wasn’t a good experience. I am no longer dreading going to he dentist at Rolling Ridge Dentistry. The staff here should be very proud

A top notch experience all around! I was accepted immediately as a new patient and was in the office promptly for a well-needed cleaning. Their x-ray/cleaning package was more than fair at only $99.00. Not only did they not rush through things, it was quite the opposite. They were very thorough while expressing genuine concern for my dental needs and even my personal well being. I was in and out in a timely manner but without skipping any details. They were all very professional, polite, relational and fun and answered all my questions with warmth and clarity. The state of the art equipment combined with the loving demeanor of the staff gives Rolling Ridge 5 stars in my opinion. The entire team at Rolling Ridge Dentistry is amazing. They not only do excellent work, but they seem to care about each other and truly care about me as a patient. They want to make sure everything is perfect. I had a difficult root canal, crown and filling. It was explained in detail to me and it was painless! I was comfortable through the whole procedure. The TV on the ceiling was a nice plus to keep my mind occupied during the long procedure. My procedure took longer than expected and they never seemed to rush though it. Getting it perfect was the most important and I appreciate that. I also love their facilities. While professional, it still has a home feel. I feel like I know their staff personally, even though I just met everyone. I truly enjoy going there! I would recommend them to everyone and already have!

Hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time out of fear. Everyone at Rolling Ridge was kind and reassuring. They helped calm my nerves, and took great care of my teeth.

I walked into Rolling Ridge with a very broken spirit. Convinced my unique and heartbreaking condition would stay with me always and I would eventually lose my life. My jaw was extremely infected and most all of my teeth were damaged, my only recourse was a grant and a dream. Dr. Thomas and his amazing staff literally saved my life and were kind and sweet to me through the entire grueling process. I say grueling for them, for me, they made sure I was comfortable, pain free and anxiety free. Over the course of a year, my moments of peace were found in Dr. Thomass care. I was treated like family in that office, each and every time I was there. There are no words in the English language to describe how talented and brave Dr. Thomas is. He handled my case as if it were the only one he was working on while also handling other patients and I never knew the difference. I wear a smile and have my life back thanks to him and his staff, Im terrible with names but they were all wonderful, sensitive and accommodating. Thanks to them, I get to live and be with my family and eat and smile and enjoy life.

One word to explain the entire staff at Rolling Ridge Dentistry....AWESOME! They’re always on top of everything. What I love most is they don’t sugar coat anything. The place is the best!!! I avoid dentists like the plague so when I went there yesterday, I was very nervous and thinking I was in for a multi appointment scheduling - since I had a variety of problems going on. From the minute I walked in, the people were extremely wonderful from the front desk to the assistants, to the doctor!!! The office itself was clean and very homey feeling which helped me feel much more at ease. I was thrilled that all my problems (including: X-rays, pictures and videos of the teeth, a root canal, permanent cap, cavity filling, and a cleaning) were taken care of in that one appointment!!!!!Because of the expense for these procedures, they set up a payment plan and even will waive any interest for me, as long as I pay in full and on time. I especially was thankful for the step by step information I was given all along the way. AND the TV set on the ceiling was a perfect touch while I was having everything done!! WOWIf you need a dentist, go see these people. You will not be disappointed!!

Discovered this dentists office yesterday after coming from a cosmetic dentistry place from Cary that was too expensive. I got an appointment yesterday the same day that I called and he did a filling on one tooth and a root canal and beautiful crown that he matched up perfectly with my tooth. Dental appointments on short notice with a caring dentist. Felt no pain during the dental procedure. I am definitely a patient here after today. More concerned with the best route to take to protect your teeth. Very satisfied with visit today. Great bedside manners!

Excellent practice! Doctor is gentle, honest and explains everything. For those who are nervous to see a dentist, this is the place to go. Our prior dentist told my husband and I that we both needed extensive dental work. Thankfully didnt trust her and found Rolling Ridge Dentistry. As we suspected, we did not have significant dental issues.

Dr Thomas is an excellent dentist. His office is beautiful and modern and his staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. My cleanings have been done thoroughly and all my other dental work is done with care. Dr. Thomas and his staff puts you at ease even if you do not like going to the dentist.

I gave 4 stars because as of the past year or so the people at the front desk have changed quite often and things do not seem to go as smoothly as they did when Tamika was there. I had an issue as I was checking out after my appointment. Since the receptionist couldnt help me, I asked to speak with the Dr. She told me, very rudely, the Dr. Is too busy to speak with me and she wont come out the office to speak with me without even attempting to notify Dr. Nina that I had asked to speak with her. This has been my 3rd bad experience since Tamika has left and I am now considering finding a new Dentist office.

I recently moved and had to find a new dentist so I thought Id give Rolling Ridge a shot since its close to work. Ive had a checkup so far and a new crown fitted. Dr. Thomas is unlike any dentist Ive been to. Hes very customer service focused, and likes to explain whats going on, even the technical details (which I like). I was amazed by the equipment he has. He was able to 3D scan my jaw and CNC machine a new crown for me in one visit. Now its probably the best tooth in my mouth! He also personally called me 24 hours after I was fitted to check in and see how I was getting on with the new crown! Thats never happened before! Id be happy to recommend him and his excellent, friendly staff. Great place, especially for people who get nervous going to the dentist, which I figure is all of us.

The whole crew at Rolling Ridge Dentistry on Louisburg we’re so great! They saw me on the same day I called. They where great with educating, and we’re super nice. I would definitely recommend them!

I have been very pleased with Dr. Thomas and the staff at Rolling Ridge. We received a mailing from the group when they first opened and were interesting in making them our new dental practice. Life got in the way and we didnt go. Then I was in an accident and broke a tooth. I knew immediately who I was going to call.I got an appointment the next day for an exam and a treatment plan was put into motion for the day after that. There was never a delay, never concerns about insurance, no problems at all. The staff is excellent, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They are proactive in making sure I understand the payment options I have. Whenever I call during office hours the phone is answered quickly and professionally.Finally, like others, I ignored my dental health for far too long and ended up needing continued treatments for cavities and gum health after my accident work was finished. I never felt pressured or made to feel badly about my dental past...Dr. Thomas and his staff care about my present and future.Rolling Ridge has my business for as long as we live in Raleigh. Dr. Thomas and his staff run a truly first class facility. I have been a patient for almost 2 years and have been highly satisfied throughout. They always make me feel like Im their most important client. If I could rate them 10 stars, I would. I only wish all of my healthcare providers were up to this standard!

I found this dentist to be all about money, and extremely arrogant. If you want a dentist who recommends unnecessary treatments, and charges you for performed services without getting your permission in advance, then this is the dentist for you! Left the office with my teeth feeling unclean, despite their best efforts at using the latest technology to perform the cleaning. Im old fashioned. Sometimes these new high tech procedures dont work half as well as the old ones of just simply scraping plaque off the teeth. Felt super uncomfortable and just all around our family had a bad experience. Would not recommend.

Great atmosphere, friendly, professional people. Very informative. Explained everything in terms the average person could understand. Couldnt ask for a better dentist. I highly recommend Rolling Ridge Dentistry.

When our family moved back to Raleigh 4 years ago, we searched for a family dentist and luckily came across Dr. Thomas office at Rolling Ride Dentistry. When you first walk in to the office you are greeted by his friendly front office staff and feel a sense of ease with the warm and homey decor. Dr. Thomas offers nothing but the best technology when it comes to your dental health and has the best bed side manners Ive come across with dentists. Dr. Thomas dental hygienist are always polite, kind and professional. Personally, I have needed a lot of work done on my teeth and I really appreciate Dr. Thomas conservative approach with my dental care. My daughter has been seeing him since she was 2 years old and when I need to bring her (now 4 1/2 y/o) and my 14 month old in with me, the staff entertain them while I am being treated- talk about exceptional all-around care! I came across this place googling local dentists & seen the great reviews, checked out the website and called in to ask general questions. The receptionist was polite and thorough. The office is tidy and comfortable. The scheduling was a breeze.Fast forward to my appointment (yesterday), I do not remember experiencing any discomfort during the extraction. (Thats all I have for this section, lol! )Today, Dr. Thomas randomly called me concerning my well being &I really appreciate that!By the way, so far I am only experiencing a little discomfort -- but thats nothing Ibuprofen isnt going to fix; little to no bleeding & I am able to carefully chew whole foods.Thank you Dr. T. Thomas & staff!

Im new to North Carolina and I was having a tooth problem. I found this Dentistry near where I live. I have to say by far this is the best Dentist I have gone too! Dr. Thomas is very attentive and explains everything that is going on and what needs to be done to prevent any problems. Also is staff is friendly and inviting.

The staff is extremely nice and very accommodating. Dr. Thomas is awesome! He makes sure he gives you the best care.

Well first let me say that Dr. Thomas and his staff are the best of the best - I give them 5+ stars! I recently visit Dr. Thomas office for an annoying toothache (this had been my first visit to a dentist in over 10 years, and one reason was that I feared dentist), and even though I ended up being in the chair for over 6 hours and left out with 2 root canals and 3 temporary crowns, I NEVER felt so comfortable than in his office; even his trainee, Kori (not sure if this is how she spells it), did a great job and insured I was quite comfortable as well. And I go in tomorrow for a tooth extraction so wish me luck - Im actually excited to witness the experience again! P.S. Their office even has TVs on the ceiling in each examination room (there are ones on the wall too) which is pretty cool, and this also added to me feeling much comfortable! Rolling Ridge Dentistry is the best dentist Ive been to thus far. They were very kind and also explained to me everything that was going to take place. I received a cleaning and two fillings. The numbing process was painless and I didnt feel a thing during the procedure. Dr. Thomas had an intern working with him by the name of Ruby, and she was well educated and knew exactly what to do. They both were just friendly and cared about my well being during my visit. I also scheduled my 6 month cleaning with there phenomenal receptionist! I highly recommend Rolling Ridge Dentistry.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont have to wait a long time when I arrive for my appointment. I would recommend this location.
