The whole staff was great from the front desk to the everyone in the back. Katie, the hygienist was really attentive, funny, and obviously knew what she was doing during my routine cleaning. Since I am currently in braces, it was great that Dr. Foley was also in the office to answer some orthodontics related questions. Top it off with an episode of House of Cards, and it really was a great experience overall.

I went in for my first initial consult and to be established as a patient as all of my close friends rave about Dr. Russo. Immediately noticed the office is a great environment, and the staff is very pleasant and accommodating.My Hygienist, who took my x-rays was so kind; I loved that she walked me through everything she was doing and prioritized my comfort first. And like the rest of the staff, was just as amazing. She was patient, reassuring, and informative throughout my entire appointment.My appointment was closer to the end of the day. Dr. Russo went over my treatment plan, he was informative with a short term solution to my situation while helping me start mapping out a more permanent one. Moreover, I did notice the hasty rapidness with the information provided by Dr. Russo. So, I was a little apprehensive to ask questions or voice many of my concerns as some of the questions were vaguely interrupted and felt a small amount of rush.Logistically, the prices for treatment and services provided are well worth the care.Overall, Im content with my experience.

I am French Canadian from Montreal and moved to NC 4 years ago. I went to see more than 5 dentists over these past years and I was never satisfied with any of them until my friend Brett G. referred me to Dr. Russo! I was extremely pleased with the service, the cleanings from the hygienists as well as the night mouth guard they prepared for me. I am extremely impressed with how the mouth guard fits like a glove and is extremely comfortable ! I didnt think it was possible to have a comfortable mouth guard, because I have had 2 in the past which were terrible ! I am happy to say that the mouth guard has had a positive impact on the quality of my sleep ! Who would have thought ? Well Dr. Russo certainly knew it would help my sleep ! Appointment scheduled , soon as in called right away or not too long after you walk in for your appointment. Staff very friendly and accommodating while all along still showing professionalism. I came in for a regular cleaning and Courtney went above and beyond by remembering after meeting me once two months ago that I was interested in alignment of my teeth and brought to my attention that a specialist would be in and that it probably would be best that I did that before future scheduled more permanent procedures and scheduled me for a free consultation. Love the hygienist with whom I worked with - this was my 2nd time there. the staff in particular is very warm and kind - they standout. The doc was energetic on my most recent visit in particular which was nice! It is not easy to get an appointment but the front office works hard to get you one as soon as possible, truly.

WoW what a great experience today as a new patient. Upon arrival I was kindly greeted at the front desk, office is very nice and welcoming. I consulted Dr. Russo for an aesthetic job because of all of the great reviews online; unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience. I needed to find an excellent dentist to create a veneer to correct the shape of one tooth. It is not the most effortless work, but I know this is possible as I have a friend out-of-state that had done this, and it looked so natural. For the first time at a dentists office, I felt very uncomfortable. He was only interested in selling me more veneers because that would be easy for him. Finally, after speaking for less than 5 minutes, I ended up getting a quote for teeth whitening without proper explanations from him on how that would work. Overall, I wish his staff would have mentioned that he doesnt do minimal dental work when I booked my appointment because they knew that. It would have saved me time, money, and I wouldnt get X-rays done for no reason. I would not recommend his practice to any of my friends/co-workers.

They have Netflix playing from a ceiling mounted TV, so no awkward “where do I look while this persons hand is in my mouth?” moments. Dr. Russo and his staff came to me on a referral. Our orthodontist was prepared to schedule my daughters braces (and she was super anxious to get them) but I wanted to have a cleaning done before the metal came in. Our pediatric dentist was booked out months. Luckily Dr. Russos staff was able to book me a week out the last appointment of the day for both my daughter AND my son.After retrieving my son in the waiting room, Dr. Russo brought to light baby teeth Id never seen before hanging on the gum and needing to come out. How Ive not been made aware of it before is beyond me! Dr. Russo is knowledgeable, generous with his time and the aesthetic of the office convinced my son he now loves going to the dentist! Scheduled a new pt appointment through the third party link the day before my appointment. I called the next morning to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind and I was told I wasnt even in the schedule! This dental office requires a $50 deposit on a credit card over the phone to even schedule an appointment. After being quoted a reasonable $137 fee for an initial consultation appointment and providing dental insurance information over the phone, the scheduling person provided an appointment (date and time). However, she called back and cancelled the appointment on the grounds that they had to collect a $50 deposit first, which is unacceptable. It is so disheartening, since a medical or dental relationship with patients is built on TRUST. This practice is so worried about money that they treat potential patients as criminals, before theyve even met them.

I had a filling that suddenly broke today and was calling around my local area (Durham) for an emergency appointment. I had been interested in going to Dr. Russo for some cosmetic work and decided to try to press my luck and call to see if there was any availability. I called for an appointment at 2:42pm and literally walked out two hours later with a filling!! Everyone was so upbeat (which helped calm my nerves) and it was very clean. Definitely going to book my appointment for that cosmetic work and will be returning for my general dentistry!

The best dentist in Raleigh! I was having issues with some tooth pain and Dr. Russo made time during a Saturday to personally talk to me about my pain and call in a prescription.
