I had an amazing experience yesterday at Williams and Daily Dental. The gal who cleaned my teeth was very pleasant and did a thorough job. I had an additional dental concern, and Dr. Frasier took the time to see me although I was just there for a cleaning. It was the last day at the old location, but in the midst of the transition, I still received the highest quality care. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond!!!

Best dental experience I have had. Very professional, caring, and polite! During the pandemic, I moved to another state and needed consultation and Dr. Daily and his staff helped me to get the care I needed. Thanks for taking care of my smile for like about four years.

I cannot handle dental work well at all due to childhood trauma with a horrible dentist. The procedure for making an impression of my upper teeth for a replacement night guard was done well and efficiently. The technician did a wonderful job of this task which can be an unpleasant, albeit brief, experience.

Its unusual to look forward to dental work but each visit Im awestruck with your staffs friendliness and your state of the art technology. Excellent care there for years! The staff is always friendly and personable and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and at ease with whatever procedure needs to be done. They always give price quotes or estimates before anything as well.

2 opposite appointments with them. 1 good, 1 very bad. Got an implant which was fine (more than quoted price, but fine). Felt like it chipped a few months later so went for a follow up. Turns out it was the tooth (crown) adjacent to it. They said it was free to look at the implant, but costs something to look at the crown. I asked for a price quote 3 times from everyone that came in the room, before I had any work done that would cost money. Financial person comes in 10 minutes later and says I owe $X now as they already looked. Dentist was there less than a minute for this service. I told them I asked for an estimate before anything charged would be done. Their answer, multiple bills and a collection agency.

I came in for a new patient exam after recently moving to the area. Im 86 years old and I was very nervous. Dr. Craig and his staff were very kind and thoughtful, They even offered me a blanket to make me feel more comfortable. The exam was very thorough, they even did a cancer screening. I am happy that I found this office!!!

My husband and I are new to this area and found Williams & Daily Dental through the recommendation of a neighbor. We are very thankful for that recommendation. Everyone in this practice, from the front desk to checkout, is very friendly, caring, professional and competent at what they do! I cannot say enough positive things about this wonderful practice. I have lived across the country and this is BY FAR the best dentist office I have come across. As a small business owner, I highly value quality work but also great customer service and a pleasant experience. Until finding this office, I used to dread going to the dentist. I can honestly say I have never felt any pain or discomfort with any cleaning or procedure here. I moved to Virginia a few years ago and still a couple hours each way to my dentist appointments - cant imagine going anywhere else! Went in the other day for a couple fillings. Nice experience. No wait to speak of, pleasant chat with the dental assistant while I was numbing up. Asked Dr. Williams a few questions about tooth wear and he answered thoughtfully. The anesthetic did its job, so the fillings werent painful. Everyone was pleasant to interact with...nice job.

Ive always had wonderful experiences at Williams & Daily- they have been my dentist of choice for a number of years. Donna is a great hygienist; very friendly and very thorough but also considerate and gentle while cleaning my teeth and checking for areas of concern. My appointment is always first thing in the morning, and Donna is cheerful and engaging. I enjoy getting a chance to talk and get to know her during each visit. Donna and Dr. Williams are extremely thorough with my treatment and take the time to have a conversation with me about my teeth during each visit. Staff was great in handling COVID concerns and hygienist was skilled and did a perfect job. I have been going to this practice for decades and know they care for their patients.

If you only want things fixed, Im sure Dr. Daily can accommodate you. But if you, like me, prefer to really understand whats going on, Dr. Daily and his staff are personable, approachable, and completely happy to explain anything and everything about your procedure. The technology they use is first rate, the staff and facilities are first rate, and you can expect to be entirely happy with your experience.BTW, I drove down from Maryland to have a crown done quickly and well. Hi. The Williams and Daily staff was so calm and understanding when I OOPS appeared late for my appointment . I had looked at a previous Appointment instruction sheet and followed that - which was the current wrong assigned time. OOPS! The Ladies were so graceful and well-organized and all worked out well. I would definitely recommend Williams and Daily to my family, friends, co-workers, and anybody that need dental work done. The pricing for my dental implants was exactly what they quoted. They were very patient and, the atmosphere was nice and they made sure i was comfortable, and relaxed. Dr. William Daily and Genasey ( I apologize if i spelled incorrectly) did great professional work on my bone graft procedure. The pain was minimal, i barely felt anything. Im so grateful and blessed to have such a great team of dentists.

In the past...I can honestly say, I did not like going to the dentist! Up until approximately two years ago I did not go regularly. When they say, be patient good things take time. They were right! Every regularly scheduled visit to Williams & Daily has been enjoyable regardless of what treatment I was there for. The staff are attentive and respectful. I actually enjoy going!

I had two implants three days ago and so far I am very satisfied with the surgery. The patience and professionalism of Dr Daily and his staff is exemplary. I did not have any pain during and after the procedure and my gums are restored to normal after only three days. Ode to the healing quality of mouth tissue together with proper antiseptic treatment.

They are quick, friendly and thorough. We even switched our kids over from their pediatric dentist so we could all be at one place for all of our dental needs! I am most grateful and thankful for the attention that was given me with my visit. I intend to have Dr. Daily do the CT scan and all that is involved with the implant. I will have the extraction done on the 29th of this month by my regular dentist and then schedule another visit with Dr. Daily some 3-4 months after my extraction. I got my teeth cleaned a week ago at this location and my experience was AMAZING! Mrs. Julie Hamilton was the Hygienist assigned to clean my teeth and she was the friendliest person you would ever meet, along with the entire staff!

I lost a crown while caregiving for my terminally ill husband. My time was limited to be away from the house. Dr. Williams along with his assistant Catlin created and placed a new porcelain crown. I have had prior extensive crown work in the past. The new technology available in this office offers exact and precise fit without the discomfort of the old procedure. I am a believer. You should be one too.

Dr. Williams has been fortunate to hire and excellent staff to.assist him in his excellent professional office. I would highly recommend Dr.. Williams and hygienist, Jacqui ODonavan!

Best practice in the area. I went to a couple of dentists for routine cleanings when I first moved to Raleigh to get a feel for who I would make my primary dentist. After Williams and Daily Dental, the search stopped. Being from TN, I have had the unfortunate pleasure of visiting a few different dentists and W&D are like no other. From the front desk to the newest employee, they all value the company brand and uphold a level of excellence throughout the organization. I would highly recommend Williams & Daily to anyone and everyone that needs a dentist.

I took my son here for dental work and a cleaning. Like any child, my little one was curious and scared about the appointment. When we first arrived, Gidget was so helpful when I was filling out the paper work! When he went back, Katie was so sweet to my son. Katie and Dr. Craig made him feel comfortable and was really great with explaining to him everything that was happening. He needed to get a tooth taken out and he didnt even know he was given a shot! He kept asking when they were going to do it but little did he know they already did lol Afterwards, he saw Jacqui for his cleaning. The way they talked to each other you would think they knew one another their whole lives! He felt so comfortable with her! The rest of the staff was so amazing! Down to the little details of picking out a prize! Thank you Jamie! Thank you all so much for making this experience so wonderful and easy for him!!

I can say with full authority here that my quote for a dental implant was 3x more than their advertised price of $2,000. I do not wish to use my real name because I’m embarrassed enough of my smile but I’m even more ashamed that I wasted a day taking off work and coming to this office for their scam.

I have to start that I am a super chicken. I have major anxiety when going to the dentist and in the past had only gone to dentist that put me to sleep. Diabetes has destroyed my gums and my old dentist was no longer in business and I had to find a new dentist. Not only are all the dentist wonderful at Williams and Daley but the entire staff is wonderful! I have had four visits there.now and I have had procedures awake including implants and root canal. Completely painless. Not even the numbing procedure hurt and they have cured my anxiety. I cannot say enough about this practice. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Btw their prices are very good!!

My family is transitioning from the West to East Coast and we are easing into new dentist/doctors. Had an initial visit/cleaning here, and was extremely happy with the Dr. Craig, the level of dental service, appearance of office, and friendliness of staff. I plan to bring my whole family here. I was born into this practice - my parents began seeing them when they first got married in the late 80s, and to this day we all still continue to. The staff is excellent whether it be front desk, hygienist or doctor. Dr Craig is awesome and continues to hold the practice to his fathers high standards. He has done an amazing job, along with their newest addition, Dr Dailey, and the rest of the staff, to keep the practice moving and continuously provide thorough results. I always know that they are there whenever I need them and to have that relationship is what will keep me coming back. Highly recommended.

Broke a tooth at breakfast !! Actually, an old filling gave up and crumbled in my bacon no less ! Williams & Daily Dental was able to give me an appointment that fit my schedule. Service was great; no muss/no fuss and now it looks good again. Of course, it was a front tooth.
