Best eye care center! All staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They take a lot of time during the exam to answer any questions you may have. They use state of the art equipment. I highly recommend this eye care center for all your eye care needs!

I managed to scratch my cornea, this location was able to get me on their calendar quickly. Everyone on the staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I would recommend this Dr office to anyone needing their service.

Cant describe my frustration with this Raleigh office. I had the contact lens fitting and received a prescription with a trial pair. Since the trial pair works out fine and I decided to order a year-supply. The contact lens came to my house and I gradually noticed I cant see things well. I wonder why my eyesight deteriorates so fast. When I tried to file rebate and shockingly found out the prescription does not match with the description on the box of contact lens at all. I fianlly realize why I can not see well. I called the office and they said it must be the computer error. No apology. They asked me to bring the wrong contact lens back before they place a replacement. I brought the wrong lens back on Sat and they did not order the correct ones until the day I called to check the status. What if I never notice the contact lens are wrong?

Extremely disorganized administration (not the doctors though). Internal communication issues and lack of timely follow-up. Closed during Lunch and on Weekends.

This was my second year coming to Triangle Visions. Everyone who works there is wonderful and professional. I happened to be early for my slot and they took me early, which was fantastic. Very pleased and will be back next year for my annual eye exam.

Ive been going to a different eye doctor for the last few years at a different clinic. Do to COVID, and limited hours, at my normal eye doctor office, I was forced to find a new office to perform my annual exam. I had not realized how displeased I was with my old office until I went to Triangle Vision - Brennan Station. The front desk office and staff was friendly, polite, professional and very welcoming. Everyone was wearing masks, and I felt safe. Besides that, Dr. Angelina Scaramuzzo, OD was incredibly helpful and was willing to answer all of my questions. She could have simply glossed over answering my concerns like most doctors have in the past, but instead took the time to explain everything so that I felt informed about the health of my eyes and prescription. Needless to say, I have found a new eye doctor for my annual exams, and today was a very pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I needed to get a reading glass which doesnt require prescription so I called in to ask for the number that they measured on my last visit. The front desk refused to give it to me unless I come in for a visit which was past due. They didnt give it to me even I was about to make an appointment. Never went back to this office, my family go somewhere else.

Ive been going to this office for YEARS! & historically Ive received nothing but great service from the Docs but if I need to reschedule an appointment last min for whatever reason, please just reschedule my appointment. I understand there is a $35 fee. K, got it! Youre going to cancel this appointment and add the fee, okay got it again! & then the supervisor gets on the phone and says it again. OMG! I heard you for the 100th time. Are you all reading from a script?? I comprehend very well. Just because you say it nicely doesnt mean its not insulting.

The drs and the staff are all extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and caring. i enjoy going there and being cared for.

Great place, excellent doctor. There front desk however ignores my request to have the doctor sign a form so I can get prescription glasses through my company. I have called three times and they say they will handle it and I never hear anything back.

These guys are great and were extremely patient with my new contact wearing 12 yr old daughter. They took the time to show her how to apply and remove her contacts correctly (over an hour). Her Dr was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Great place and I would recommend to everyone.UPDATE: Im not sure what the problem is, but I cant speak to anybody on the phone and messages are not returned. If you are really that busy, perhaps you need a receptionist. Answering machines are for after hours or 1985...

Two weeks ago I had an eye exam done. I did not receive my prescription for eye glasses. I have called multiple times. And every time I was told in about 30minutes or Ill put a note in the system.Its been two weeks and no prescription yet.As of now, I am not content with your CR.

I came in on a spur of the moment because my glasses had broken two days before. I had purchased from them in the past and so I returned because of the previous positive experience. I was able to get an eye exam same day and in a reasonable amount of time under the circumstances and they were knowledgeable and helpful about getting me into a replacement pair of glasses. They accept VSP insurance. Many good options to choose from and helpful cheerful staff.

Dr. Moore has provided my services for at least 15 plus years now. I have followed her as locations have changed. She communicates well and remembers you. I feel like our children have grown up together via pictures she keeps and updates on her work desk. We always share breif mommy stories as for both of us, our children are our apples in our eyes. She is smart and finally a very wonderful person. I highly recommend her services and women supporting women. 💃😀

I scheduled appointments for myself and my two children on 3 different days. My daughters appointment was first and went fairly smoothly. However when it came time for the 2nd appointment for my son. We arrived ON TIME, stood and waited to be checked in... and waited... and waited. Hanna the receptionist was on the phone trying to give directions to a lost patient. The other lady in the front had a customer, as we continued to wait. Never acknowledged, never a non verbal cue (wave, eye contact) that we were even in the place. Unacceptable customer service. Ill be scheduling our appointments elsewhere. Im not going to pay to be treated poorly.

I have been going to Triangle Visions for three years now and its always a pleasant experience. They do a thorough exam but I also dont spend an inordinate amount of time there. The doctors and staff are very friendly. And each time Ive been, Ive been able to buy a new pair of glasses (frames and lenses) and a year supply of contacts for a great price. I hadnt had new glasses in awhile! They really look out for you at Triangle Visions!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Davis! I was way overdue, and my husband, who recommended I see her, has had great experiences. My appointment was relaxing, professional and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Davis - she’s a smart cookie, easy to talk to, and absolutely delightful.

The doctors have all been great. The office staff gives the three stars. They were not able to pull up my insurance the most recent time (despite having consistently used them and that same insurance over the past three years). This by itself would not have bothered me much except that they put in no additional effort (calling my insurance company or double checking with me that they were in fact using my husbands info instead of mine or my child’s). All the while, I felt like they were giving me side eye like it was my fault. To add to how I was already feeling after paying for the exam as I did not have an opportunity to reschedule, I felt like when I asked for my child’s pupillary distance that I was putting the woman out. As often as my kid breaks her glasses, I have to opt for online unbreakable purchases.After five years, despite how much I love the doctors themselves... we will be going elsewhere. If you don’t get flustered easily or have don’t anxiety, please give them a go! Great with kids, just not worth my own frustrations or sanity loss.

Triangle Visions Optometry of Raleigh is amazing! I go there for my yearly eye appointments and I recently went for vision therapy. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and always took great care of me. Dr. Miller helped me realize that vision therapy could help my eyes significantly. My vision therapists Laura and Alice were a joy to work with. They made vision therapy a fun experience while making sure I was training my eyes correctly. I highly recommend Triangle Visions Optometry of Raleigh!

The staff at the Creedmoor office in Raleigh is always so friendly and helpful, especially when it comes time to pick out frames. Their staff is very knowledgeable and honest. Ive loved seeing Dr. Miller for several years now. Shes always very thorough and makes visiting the eye doctor fun! I love the new piece of equipment they have that eliminates having to dilate my eyes. Its $29 well spent.

Very friendly customer service. Love the selection of frames, but unfortunately this time I just selected contacts as my prescription hadnt changed too drastically. Was in and out of my appointment quickly. Parking could be better - I wish they would reserve 1 or 2 spots for patients.Also, after I mentioned getting my nails done before my trip, one of the employees recommended a great nail salon nearby that I could walk to and get a manicure at until my dilation wore off-extra star for that!

My daughter came to Triangle Visions Optometry because she was having headaches. Ms. Kim worked with my daughter on a weekly basis. Ms. Kim provided my daughter with a sense of confidence. She was always flexible with my schedule and provided me with updates regarding my daughters progress. She also gave her little exercises to help her until her next visit. Most importantly, my daughter looked forward to going to her visits and that speaks volumes about their relationship.

My son was seen for 10 months for vision therapy. It helped him so much in terms of his reading. And we also adored his therapist, Miss Kim, who is like family now. A connection with the therapist was key as well and TVO provides that. Dr. Miller is very helpful with providing appropriate accommodations for a school setting. We are confident this was the best decision for our sons long-term visual and academic growth.

Very impressed with the Doctor that took care of me. I wish I knew her name, she was wonderful. I had been to another optometrist in the neighborhood and because they were busy, I came to Triangle. I am so thankful they were busy as I will never return to them again!!! When it came time to find a pair of glasses the staff was amazing. Working with Triangle Visions Optometry to help my son overcome visual tracking issues proved to be an excellent experience. Dr. Miller was fantastic and my sons therapist, Amie, was top notch. Both connected very easily with my son and made this process truly enjoyable for him. The outcome has been fantastic. My son is reading nonstop now. We go to the library and pick up 10 - 20 books per trip! :)

We had a great experience with Vision Therapy at Triangle Visions Optometry. Dr. Miller was very thorough with her evaluation and plan of action. Our daughter looked forward to going to therapy each week b/c her great therapist (Ms. Aimee and Ms. Kim) made all her exercises fun. We are very pleased with our daughters results from Vision Therapy.

This is by far the best visions clinic Id been to. Everyone was accommodating and warm. Dr. Lyers was particularly awesome! She was gentle and excellent at the same time! She showed me photos of my eyes and explained to me what they meant. She allowed me to take my time asking her questions, which she answered well. I would definitely recommend Triangle Visions Optometry of Raleigh for those wanting to see an eye doctor. Plus, the place looks nice and clean too.

I was not very impressed with my experience at this practice. The doctor was knowledgable, but could improve on bedside manner with patients. After the appointment, I felt very pushed to purchase contacts from their own store. I have always been given my prescription in the past (to choose where to purchase), but had to ask for it at this location. If you just need an annual exam to get a new script, this is place will do. But if youre looking for excellence in patient care, I would try elsewhere.

Every staff member is unbelievably friendly and polite. They helped me the perfect frame style and went above and beyond to help me find the color I was looking for. Dr. Idoni is also one of the best doctors Ive had the pleasure of knowing. This was my first visit and I already felt very comfortable and shes personable and polite which is always a plus. I absolutely loved my first visit with Triangle Visions Optometry of Raleigh. It was my first visit and had heard great things, but wanted to see for myself. The staff was super friendly and Dr. Idoni was great. She made me feel very comfortable, was friendly, and explained everything in detail. I am so excited to see the improvement in my daughters vision, a major reduction in headaches, and significant improvements in reading fluency and comprehension at school. Kim was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. Kims fun, engaging energy made my daughter look forward to each session. Discriminating against Special Needs patients is absolutely disgusting. My child is Autistic and has sensory processing disorder. This location is refusing care due to her condition and lack of ability to wear a mask. This is a recommendation not a requirement and even if it was, it doesn’t mean she wouldtolerate a mask.Covid isn’t a excuse to discriminate against the disable.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr Brett Miller. She was wonderful, the office is first class, Rachel checked me in and out with no delays and my overall experience was top notch. Dr Miller took the time to give me a complete and thorough eye exam. I wasnt shuffled around from person to person like I have experienced in the past at other organizations. I left with new contacts in both eyes to try for a week and then have a follow-up visit to make sure my vision is good and Im satisfied. I could not be more pleased. Ive already booked an appointment for a friend. I highly recommend Dr Miller and Triangle Vision.

Dr. Miller acted professionally and informed me at each step what she was doing and why. No guessing. I hit 40 and it was time to get my eyes checked. This was my FIRST Optometry appointment EVER. Every person I encountered at Triangle Visions was great! Dr. Idoni was very easy to talk to and explained everything in detail. It is obvious she loves her job and cares about her patients.

Looking for an optometrist near my home I turned to Google. It was here that I discovered Triangle Vision with Dr. Miller. Ive never heard of either of them but the reviews were fantastic so I decided to take a chance, and Im glad that I did.From the moment I walked in I knew that I was in good hands. Attentive staff was available to check me in and get the information they needed to start my appointment. The wait was very short. When I went back for my exam they did some basic tests which they told me exactly what they were doing and why. At every step I felt very comfortable.When I met with Dr. Miller she immediately presented herself as friendly, professional, and caring. She looked over my eyes thoroughly and made sure that my prescription was perfect before leaving the room. She even took a picture of the anatomy of my eyes and let me look at them. Very cool, to say the least.Once my exam was over the helpful staff went over the pricing for my new lenses and even worked with me on getting a new pair of prescription sunglasses. Overall, a great experience that left me feeling confident about my decision of choosing Triangle Vision.

Frames broke under warranty. Had to be ordered. Staff made a temporary fix so that I could still wear my glasses till the new frame came in. So courteous and understanding. And it was all free! Best place for any eyewear needs!!!

As someone who has experienced nothing but long waits at eye care centers, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff at Triangle Visions- Raleigh! They got me back to do my exams within 15 minutes and everyone was so upbeat. Caren helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and Victoria made sure that everything was good to go, paper-wise. I continue to have great experiences at Triangle Vision Optometry. Recently, I had to have vision therapy with Dr Brett Miller and her team. I was diagnosed with Convergence insufficiency. Convergence insufficiency occurs when your eyes dont work together while youre trying to focus on a nearby object. It manifest itself in different ways and is more evident in children that take standardize test, as they will not be able to bubble in the correct answer on the answer sheet. As an adult, it appeared for me in following escalator stairs, writing, and reading. Also, I was not able to see 3d Objects very well.I was a little skeptical at first but I continued to see improvement at each therapy. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr Brett has a great personality and makes everyone feels comfortable. Her excitement is contagious as she really wants to see you succeed. I really appreciate everything that she and her team has done for me.

I had an Eye infection that had gone into my lymph system. The doctor was professional, clear, and thorough. She put me on an antibiotic and ointment for the eye. Exactly what I needed. Doing much better now and great ful to be diagnosed correctly the first time.

Update - continue to be very satisfied with this location. Excellent service from doctors and staff.As a new customer, overall I was pleased with the office, their personnel, the eye exam and the fitting process. The doctor was obviously well educated in his field and very thorough with the exam. The optician who fitted me for glasses was also very thorough and knowledgeable about the process and available lenses and options. I have not received the glasses at this time, so cannot provide any feedback as to how the glasses turned out. That is the only reason I have not rated them higher.

I took my Prescription Costa Sunglasses here because where I purchased them (MyEyeDr-Townridge) would not help with the warranty. They were still covered by Costa and Triangle Vision was so helpful in getting them repaired. I have moved all of my eye care services to Triangle Vision going forward. Thank you!

My overall experience was great. Everyone at the office was very friendly and had smiles on their faces. I did not have a long wait and when I became indecisive last minute when it was time to pay for my glasses, the woman I was working with was very patient with me.

Great experience, courteous and helpful staff. I was seen on time, actually a bit earlier. Technologist and Optometrist took the time to explain each test, what it would tell us about the eye health, and then what the outcomes meant. Awesome level of care, will definitely be coming back for future eye needs!

I love love love this office! I live all the way out in Louisburg and I make it a point to take the drive to come out to this office for all my eye needs! The doctors, nurses and staff are always so sweet and incredibly helpful, they are even honest about how they like the way each pair of glasses look on you. It’s such a comfortable and easy going appointment everytime. Huge plus, no air blowing in your eyes!

Fabulous practice!! After searching for years to find an Optometrist with both expertise and excellent customer service, we finally found what we were looking for. Our family has seen both Dr. Glupker and Dr. Miller- they are both exceptional. Not only are the doctors fantastic, the office staff is also attentive and friendly. I would recommend this practice and these doctors with the highest of confidence.

I had previously been a client at two other Optometrists in the Raleigh area, and all I can say is how incredibly glad I am to have found Triangle Visions Optometry! From the front office staff, the technicians, associates and the doctors - ALL are excellent! Vision therapy helped my son greatly. He is able to focus during reading much easier for longer periods of time and his overall vision has improved. Dr. Miller explained everything very clearly and Kim worked so well with my son challenging him to work hard and improve. We are very pleased with the results he has achieved.

I found Triangle Visions great on every level. Kim and Dr. Miller helped me fix my convergence insufficiency with targeted therapies that were easy to replicate and practice at home. The office staff were friendly and helpful, and assisted me with the complexities of insurance and billing. I would definitely return here in the future if I needed vision therapy again (though hopefully I wont need it!)

Every experience here is better than the last. The entire staff at Triangle Visions Optometry is great, but Dr. Weyand is AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable, thorough & quick yet efficient. He says things in a way that I can understand & he makes sure to answer any & all questions that I may have before I leave his office. I REFUSE to see anyone else or to go any place else. This will forever be home for my eyes.

I had an eye appointment today with Dr. Miller and the experience was excellent. Over the past few years I had gone to Eye Care Associates and the last experience was so bad I vowed to never return. The experience at Triangle Visions Optometry was a completely different experience. I never personally went to the Raleigh Triangle optometry location but my sister turned in one pair of my glasses for a repair and I sent in a second pair a little later for a repair. I got my glasses shipped to NC from Northern VA, repaired and returned in just over a week. This company and more specifically Renee went above and beyond to take care of my glasses and If I still lived in Raleigh they would continue to receive my business. I highly recommend!

The great reviews were what got me to go to Triangle Visions in the first place, and Im glad I did. This was my first eye exam in many years and I had some nervousness about it, but the entire staff were helpful and professional and it made the experience smooth and reassuring. I was offered a water bottle while shopping for frames, which I really appreciated. Overall it was a very positive experience for someone like me who has a bit of medical-related anxiety.

Is this really a medical facility? This was my an annual checkup. I had gone to Triangle Vision last year for the first time, and it was a great experience. This second visit was every bit of that, if not more. Dr. Miller and the staff at Triangle Visions are just wonderful. Dr. Miller, and the staff provided nothing short of professional, friendly, and thorough service. No waiting, the appointment started right on time. No doubt, I will be back again for next year.

We have used Triangle Visions for our regular optometry exams and for Vision Therapy for our daughter. Everyone is so friendly, positive, and encouraging. Vision therapy became a favorite event for our daughter because of the therapists who understood the problem, solution, and our daughters learning style and motivations. Vision therapy resolved the problem, and we are so happy we did it. We are impressed with their optometry knowledge and skills with people and will continue to use Triangle Visions for our optometry needs.

The staff at Triangle Visions were thorough, professional and fun! Our daughter looked forward to going to Vision Therapy every week! She has a reading learning disability. Vision Therapy, coupled with reading interventions at school, allowed her gains in reading fluency, speed and processing skills. She is reading on grade level for the first time and feels confident in her abilities. She even scored the highest possible score on her EOGs in reading, a true triumph! I firmly believe that Vision Therapy played a vital role in her reading/literacy and processing gains this year.

Staff was great, but the frame selection was not good for me. There were only 3 or 4 frames , and the one I chose was in the drawer.To answer question... there were very little titanium frames in light colors. And few rectangular in shape. There were alot of dark colored , and cat eye and round frames. But overall was good visit.

This was my first time there as a patient. My daughter and wife have been going for a few years now and they both were really impressed with the Doctors and staff. Everyone was friendly and informative. They listened to and answered all of my questions. I usually dread going to an optometrist but my experience at Triangle Visions was great and look forward to my next visit.

My son had eye therapy at Triangle Visions Optometry to help with tracking, among other things. His vision therapist, Kim Arnold, was fantastic. She worked hard to gain his trust, provided the right about of support, and even convinced him to do the daily homework. With her help, my son was able to achieve his vision therapy goals.

Great group of people working in that office! Everyone was kind, easy to talk to, and very fun to converse with as well! The doctor was great and hand no issues explaining some of the new technology to me as he used different tools. And they played some amazing music in the lobby...huge plus for me!

Everyone here was very friendly, especially for an 8am appointment. Doctor seemed knowledgeable and suggested a different brand of contacts due to some discomfort I had been having. Had a problem with the billing, but called and had the office manager get back with me same day and they corrected the mistake and said will refund my money within a few days. Mistakes happen, but I was very impressed with the professionalism they took in handling the situation and getting back to me timely. That is the kind of service that keeps people coming back! If youre looking for a different or new eye doctor I would definitely recommend this one.

Dr. Lyerly is great! She is very thoughtful, friendly, and upbeat. She makes me feel like Im doing a good job, although I am not doing anything! I highly recommend her and the entire teams services.

Dr. Idoni and her staff are AMAZING!!! Our 3 year old daughter is in need of glasses and is sometimes timid and shy when encountering new experiences. ALL of the staff made our daughter comfortable and our entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Additionally, Dr. Idoni was extremely thorough and patient in dealing with our daughter (and my wife and I) as this was a big deal to get our little girl properly diagnosed and find the right pair of glasses our daughter will wear.

I have been going to this office for the past four years. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The doctors have always been informative, patient, and caring. They are not pushy about selling glasses either.

Very satisfied with the service. my wife had a difficult prescription and Triangle worked with her extensively until they were satisfied that she is getting the correct lenses for her problem. I had some other issues and again Triangle Visions was willing to do a re-examine and correct for my changing environment. highly recommended.

Everybody in this office is very nice and they seem very happy in their jobs. The optometrist was very personable and took the time to talk with me about my concerns and make recommendations. The young woman who checked me out was very helpful and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt need. Overall, I had a great experience.

My child worked with Dr. Miller and Kim to help correct several vision issues. Their vision therapy treatment is top notch and his improvement was amazing. I am so grateful to everyone there.

Dr. Idoni and all the staff at Triangle Visions are fantastic. I brought my son who has autism into the office. He had never had an eye exam. Everyone was extremely accommodating and patient with him. The exam went exponentially better than anticipated . Dr. Idoni has knowledge and compassion in the special needs realm, as well as enthusiasm for her work. We will definitely return for an annual visit. We cant thank them enough.

I have been with Triangle Visions for probably 25 years, even after I moved an hour away. I have always felt very cared for and appreciated as a client. I have watched it expand over the years and it still very much feels like a family business. Wonderful group of caring people. Very special practice.

I never write reviews for anywhere until today! I have a little time on my hands at the moment so let me share my experience.....The Worst experience! If I could leave no stars I would! Very unorganized! You only get 2 eyes and mines are very important to me! Clearly no one else thought the same thing!I was there for a full eye exam so I thought. I have had glasses since I was 18 years old so I am familiar with the procedure. (I wont tell you my current age)So, Checking for early signs of glaucoma, a disease which there is no cure for BTW, is very important to me! After my second visit into the office (due to unorganization) to get my full eye exam, I did NOT receive optomap nor dilation although it is clearly part of an annual exam, but they assured me I had no signs of glaucoma. How can this be?? I left in frustration...theres no way I am trusting that prescription...and I wont be going back!

I just went today for an eye chek up and everyone treated me so nice, I felt very comfortable. They also have a lot of eyeglasses selection that I loved. I will keep going back there in the future.

I have recently moved and therefore transfered from the Chapel Hill to Raleigh office. I was happy to be able to stay with this practice because scheduling has always been easy and convenient, and the quality of care has been top notch. I was very pleased with my first appointment at the new (to me) office and will continue to use them in the future!

Dr Idoni was amazing with my 22 month old. She got on the floor and did everything she needed to do while he sat on my lap playing with toys. She even put a video on from YouTube so he would focus when she needed to have a closer look. I had not considered taking my older kids after normal results from the pediatrician, but after meeting Dr Idoni I made appointments for them before I left just for a better look. The entire practice including the front desk made the visit very stress free.
