The North Hills LensCrafters is the perfect place to get new glasses! The staff are helpful but don’t hover unless you want help. They also let you know about specials you might not be aware of. I looked other places for frames but keep coming back to LensCrafters because of their staff, service and fabulous selection of quality frames.

My experience was outstanding. Walked in and was greeted by DAWN. She helped me so much with selecting glasses after my eye exam. Most places would have rushed me to pick out glasses but she let me take my time and secure the ones I wanted. DAWN is an amazing employee and deserves the world.

Dawn was super easy to deal with and knowledgeable with the multitude of different kinds of frames and types of lenses available at Lens Crafters. She has excellent taste and was very helpful in aiding in the final decision all the while making glasses shopping fun. Kudos to Larry also together they keep what appears to be a busy store moving efficiently.

I went to LensCrafters to look for new frames and lenses. Dawn was AMAZING. Such a GREAT personality. She helped me pick out frames that suited my face, and even said No just put that back when I picked up some that were not going to work lol! I LOVED working with her. What great customer service. My glasses were ready quicker than expected and I love them.

I worked with Ms. Dawn at the North hills location and she was EXTREMELY helpful and polite. She also, was able to clear up confusion with another Lenscrafters location that took them days to figure out. Ms. Dawn was able to figure it out in 2 minutes. She is a MAJOR ASSET to the company. If anyone ever goes please look for Ms. Dawn.

10/10 experience. Everyone in this store is so friendly and efficient. We worked with Dawn today who is a bright light in this world. Not only is she very knowledgeable in her job, she is also honest and help me pick the best looking glasses in my price range. We were in and out in no time, and because we were headed out of town, Dawn and her team were able to expedite the whole process for us. I’ll never go anywhere else!! Love this team!

First time at LensCrafters purchasing my prescription glasses and my experience was amazing. Everyone was so polite, but if you go here you definitely want to see DAWN she will get you all the way together and make sure you are leaving with exactly what you want. Dawnn was an absolute gem!!!! I lost my glasses and she helped find the exact frame of the pair I lost and re-order them with my new prescription. She was so efficient and helpful. I was out of there in about 30 minutes.

The associates here are awesome! I also had a good appointment at the optometrist that was attached to this location as well. Natalie was beyond helpful and priced out several different options for me to choose from and never pushed me to buy anything extra or anything that I did not want. They also had my glasses ready the same day! She was beyond helpful, and this was a great experience overall!

Dawn and Larry were both great when I went to get sunglasses today. Dawn was very knowledgeable and went through a lot of steps to make sure my insurance was properly credited. Everyone here is friendly and polite. Dr. Middleton patiently answered all my questions and explained each part of the exam as we went along. He took his time and the appointment did not feel rushed at all. When it came time to pick out new frames and lenses, Dawnn was wonderful! She gave suggestions and helped me pick what I need to see properly. I am excited to get my new glasses, and will definitely come back for all my eye exams and eyewear needs!

Recently visited this place and the staff went well above and beyond excellent customer service. My first visit to Lenscrafters has turned me into a lifelong customer. Larry, Steve, and the whole staff and some of the best people I have ever worked with.I called at 5pm to see if they could get some emergency glasses made for me and they said yes; they dropped everything to help me out. Even though they close at 7, they stayed late just to make sure I was squared away and able to see. I left with a new set of glasses and a new lifelong glasses supplier.If youre looking for a glasses place, look no further!

It was my first time at this location both for the eye exam and buying glasses. After my exam I was helped by Dawn in the LensCrafters. She was very kind and personable, and at no point did I feel like I was being forced to buy certain features for my glasses, or specific frames. She was helpful, and even asked the lab in the back if they could make a pair of normal glass frames I had found and liked, into sunglasses.I didnt interact as much with the rest of the staff, but I did notice that they were attentive and kind any time a new patient came out from the eye center right next door in the shop, meeting them as they came out to talk to them about their prescription, or if any customer in general needed assistance. Overall I really enjoyed my experience there and will be back in the future next time I need a new pair of glasses.

I went in to the North Hills location in Raleigh and had a pair of glasses that had a broken frame. I mentioned that I had purchased them at that location a few years back, but without verifying they simply took them to the counter and in the course of 5 minutes fixed them. I asked “what do I owe you?” and the two gentlemen there said “no worries, you don’t owe us anything. It was our pleasure to help.” Tough to get better service than that. Everyone that I interacted with from the front desk staff to the eye care staff that performed my exam and introduction lesson to contacts to the doctor was incredibly kind, helpful and energetic. I loved the encouragement they offered throughout my visit. With me being new to contacts, they answered all of my questions and were patient with me as I learned how to put them in and take them out for the first time. Incredibly awesome staff! Couldnt recommend to others enough!

Dawn, at the North Hills store helped me with my frame selection and was fantastic. She picked a couple of styles and colors that I never thought would look good, but I absolute loved them. Dawn was great and very personable and fun.

LOVE coming to this Lenscrafters! The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgable. Hannah assisted me today and was BEYOND AMAZING. I havent bought a new pair of glasses in a decade and she was super helpful and made the process a breeze.

I came in with a pair of Prada sunglasses that were mildly broken and I wasnt sure if Lenscrafters would be able to fix them. I spoke with Natalie and she took SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME. She fixed the glasses for me and cleaned them too! She was so sweet and amazing. She even offered to tighten the screws on the sunglasses that I had on my head! Lenscrafters will forever have my business. I am so impressed with how helpful, nice, and knowledgeable that they were/are. THANK YOU!

My experience at LenCrafters North Hills and with Dr. G was simply amazing! It was safe, informative, efficient, and left me feeling important and empowered. After Dr. G (who is like my favorite person in the world) helped me get better prescription, the LensCrafters team helped me maximize my insurance benefits and find the perfect pair of glasses. I walked into work today (which is via Zoom) and my team said, Eric, did you get new glasses? We love them! I lost my glasses on Friday and came into LensCrafters at North Hills. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff with great enthusiasm! The atmosphere was very energetic! Audra assisted me in selecting the right frames and pricing! She was great! My glasses were ready in less than 2 hours. I love them! Thank you for the great customer service !

The store was extremely busy, however, it didn’t stop the two sales people foracknowledging every customer that walked thru that door and letting them know they will be helped. I think Larry walked me thru my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the brands and products. He was honest and helpful. He was amazing and made my experience worth the while and wait. I am very pleased with my purchase and visit.

The overall experience was great. The opticians seemed straightforward and didn’t try push products on me. It was my first time buying prescription glasses and they made me feel welcome. This was much better than any of the other glasses places I’d checked out. Here they were focused on getting me the best product for the lowest price.

I visited this location last week and I received the best customer service. I was greeted immediately and felt right at home. Mrs. Dawn and her manager (I forgot his name) assisted me in finding my glasses, made me laugh, and respected their distance through this Covid pandemic. The manager even adjusted my old glasses for me before my glasses we ready the next day. I had taken my glasses to a different location several times to get readjusted and I was never satisfied. I’d drive miles and miles to go back to the North Hills location.

I had the most delightful experience. Ms. Dawn greeted me, reassured me that I would have a stress-free experience, and she was right. She was helpful, but not overbearing. She gave me the space and time to walk through the facility, with no pressure. Taz, the manager of the store, was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He wrapped up the deal. I have been going to LensCrafters for years, and I recommend them highly. And, all were very conscious and practiced social distancing.

You walk into this store and someone greets you right away. There are chairs if you need to wait and almost always do because this store is busy. It was a pleasure being in there because everyone I met was so upbeat, friendly and generous with there time, not salesy but helpful. The service here was not only extremely efficient but the customer service exceeded what I expected. The store was very busy (I went on a Sat) but they gave me personalized service. They were very patient while I was making my decision and gave me their opinion on my selection. I would 11 out of 10 recommend.

Love the staff and my wife and I have both bought multiple pairs of glasses from this location.....really disappointed in the quality of the lenses though......the lenses of both of my ray bans have completely fallen apart. The outer layer begins to peel off after about 3 years of use. I stopped by the store and they basically said I was out of luck because the warranty had expired. Don’t get the anti glare/scratch resistant coating on your sunglasses! This is clearly a manufacturing defect but don’t expect this Lenscrafters to do anything about it.

I was on vacation, and stopped by to replace one contact lens that I had lost. Staff was helpful, and gave me suggestions on how to get perscription, etc. I was expecting to have to buy a whole box, but they had the lens in stock and gave me one for free. Wish I lived here so I could use them on a regular basis.

I go to a different LensCrafters location, but since this location was closer I came here to ask a question about my prescription sunglasses. The customer service I received from Elizabeth was terrible. She kept trying to talk over me, was annoyed, and had attitude. The sad thing is- I go to LensCrafters when theyre out of network with my insurance. Definitely dont recommend this location and wont ever come back!

Giving them 1star is a higher rating than they deserve but I couldn’t do less. I had a recent retina detachment surgery that was unsuccessful. I have little vision in my left eye and what vision I have is distorted. As a result I am using a patch on my left eye. I had cataract surgery on my right eye and needed a new prescription. I went in with my prescription for my right eye and was told that Lens Crafters cannot do just one lens. I was wearing my patch at the time and explained my issue. The woman I spoke with told me in a very unfriendly tone that they would not make one lens. Lens crafters was my best chance for quick glasses so I can function and drive. Very disappointed

The eye glasses side of this practice and staff are amazing. However, the eye doctor side is terrible! I think they’re independent from LensCrafters. I have been sitting at their lobby for an hour and 40 minutes now waiting to be seen, and was told there’s still two patients in front of me. They are not respectful of people’s time, and talk about patients in front of other patients (HIPPA anyone?). Do yourself a favor and find another eye doctor. Wishing I had gone somewhere else.

Awesome customer service. Chris was just amazing, the glasses that I wanted costs so much so I settled on another pair that was just ok. He knew that I was not happy and was able. To get me what I wanted. I am very pleased with LensCrafters.

Love the selection and the staff however a lot of their glasses cannot be made in an hour they must be ordered which is misleading in their commercials. Again though the employees are knowledgeable and nice and the selection is good and Ive not had any issues with any of the glasses except one pair that were Oakley sunglasses and those lenses cracked within a year just after the warranty ran out. The other glasses have held up well.

Hands down once again to Mr. Taz and staff. They never disappoint at the North Hills location and should be the only location. My copay for my eye exam was $25.00 and was quoted this price before my exam. After the exam I was charged $65.00. Shouldve been informed if an extra part of the exam including a blue light, which wasnt covered by my insurance was performed. I Felt deceived.
