Most of the staff is great except for a few that think they are the queen of Sheba. You know who you are, miss case manager who dont even have a college degree and the brand new employee Tabitha who thinks she can change all the rules just cause she doesnt want to do anything but sit inside by herself and shake cause she is so scared. If you dont want to help people why get in this field of work. The rest of the staff,( Bird, Ms D, Darryl, Rodney, Ms Danielle, Ms Nikki, ms toronna & mr young are great. They truly love their jobs & help people to the best they can.

This is a great company to work , the pay is good & the house i work at is very nice , the clients are well taking care of . this is a good place to work

This site does not offer a minus star, families be ware of this company- i have a tenant whom has been neglected by Horizon House ! he lives in filth and has no food and today he is searching the dumpsters in sub zero wind chills. 2/19/15 at 2:23pm. they let this person destroy the apartment, they do not visit him daily to see if he takes his meds. i have photos of his lack of care. the government should shut them down !
