I started seeing Dr. Pine around Jan 2020 for mental health services. I was new to Philadelphia at the time and going through a major life change.I was eager to get started on my continued treatment and Dr. Pine, and the Wedge promised to assist me with this as they eagerly kept booking me for follow-up appointments, never actually providing me with my medication.March 2020, I stopped going to see them and found alternative mental health services with a private doctor and he requested I obtain my medical records from The Wedge.I called them 3x and spoke to Mr. Wade Greenwald and requested my records be sent to my new doctor and that I be discharged as a patient. He said Try calling the front desk again and if they dont help you, I will assist you in obtaining your records I politely agreed and 2 weeks later, they are STILL refusing to discharge me and sent my medical records to my new provider, which is illegal.This place is a scam, provides false hope for people and just uses patients personal information to increase/raise funding.

I went to this place for over a year and a half. My therapist was great but the psychiatrists were always a problem. Never knowing whats going on, one of them downright rude. I left town for 9 weeks and came back, went through intake, waited around for 6 weeks and was never assigned to a therapist. I was going through hell at the time so this was particularly bad. Director calls me, turns out there are no therapists available? Its a good thing Im not suicidal.

Ive been trying to see a therapist here since November. The therapist who said they could take me on as a patient no longer can and this was never communicated to me. I was given a diagnoses Ive never gotten before and meds Ive never taken before and thrown on a waitlist without my knowledge. Doesnt seem like this facility actually cares about their community or the people that are seeking out help from a place of desperation.

Dr A is the best doctor ever

I have been coming to the wedge for some years now and its always something...Dr.A & Brittany are the best..it seems like there is no communication from staff to staff or staff to patien.t.at times i can get frustrated & yell out,,its only because i am FRUSTRATED..this place needs to be reorganized & re-staffed...
