Went in April for an intake appointment, never got a call for therapy- called them a month later asking when i would be scheduled and was told i would be called in the next day or two by a supervisor. got a letter today (july) saying my treatment was terminated because i missed appointments and hadnt had therapy in 30 days. when i called asking how i could miss appointments when they were never scheduled, i was told that someone called two weeks ago and left a voicemail for me. theres no call record for them at all since mid april. they have consistently been super unprofessional. i was paying out of pocket since they didnt cover my insurance which was frustrating but i felt it was worth it
