I would recommend NO STARS BUT THIS SYSTEM MADE ME PICK 2 STARS THEY GET A -0 STARS for their services they are horrible.. Because when I was referred to the Mobile Crisis Unit. They where so unhelpful . When I initially called to for assistance the Mental Health Delegate by the name of Jennifer was so nasty. She made it seem as if I was bothering her. It was not until I informed her that I wanted to file a complaint regarding her professionalism is when she acted a little helpful. Oh wait it gets better. Once the Mobile Emergency Team arrived they where even worst just telling me what they could not do. Didnt offer any assistance what so ever. My husband is mentally ill and I know that by the time ONE OF THESE CRISIS CENTER ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT I AM SAYING ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR I may be DEAD. SO, this place is as useless and there contract should be canceled. PRAYING ASKING GOD TO REMOVE THIS COMPANY AND ALL ITS ASSOICATES AND PARTENRS BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE AND THE STAFF HORRIBLE . IF you need help refrain from calling this organization

No real help. They just give the patients meds. No one on one with therapist.
