There customer service skills need improvement. . .There really rude towards you when trying to schedule anything. They could be a little bit more pleasant. Office is very clean and comfortable seating area the front desk people are very friendly but the scheduling staff could use some improvements. Parking meters outsiders if you drive down are expensive. . .((( 6 minutes for 25/cents ))and the parking authority is very mobile in the 3 hours we where there is most of seen them a dozen times so brace yourself, public transportation might work to your best interest cause this place is always a waiting game not to get back but obviously during the test and all. There is a parking lot which I didnt see anyone attending to it but towing signs so I wasnt going to take the chance. There is however a gas station located at the end of the block incase you need change or need something... safe journey and good luck on your test.HOPE THIS HELPS YOU GUYS

This is by far one of the better outpatient programs. I say this as a therapist who works at another program and communicates often with this program and its clients. The other negative reviews center around parking issues and unprofessional staff. Sorry you caught them on a stressful day, but please - check out some other outpatient programs, especially ones for the SO population...you have no idea what unprofessional is just yet.

If I could give this place negative stars I would, along with thousands of others that were sent to this place just to receive false, inaccurate & biased evaluations. The fact that these so called specialists go into court, testify using lies & speculations based off false investigation reports by social workers from DHS, just proves how biased their professional OPINION truly is.
