Had an excellent manicure. She took her time and they look very professional. Everything in the salon is white so very clean.

I purchased a groupon for a cut color and blow dry.When I called to schedule, she revealed it was a Root Touch Up...however thats Not what the ad stated. She also said I should have called first to find out. No, I read it...a color is a full color. If it was for a Root touch up, it should have stated that. I wont be returning.

The staff that I encountered at enigma spa are easily some of the nicest welcoming people, they made me feel like they were truly happy to serve me. There are too many places these days that make their customers feel like they’re bothering them. If you’re a first time visitor to Enigma they often have Groupon for various services. That’s another thing, they don’t give attitude when you’re using a Groupon or taking advantage of the specials they offer. I’ve been to businesses where I’ve taken advantage of a special deal said business is offering and they’ve made me feel like I’m ripping their business off by using the discount that they offered

These women really know what they are doing here, they’re extremely professional and friendly! I will definitely frequent here as often as I can.

Worse experience ever for nail appointment!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERENail person was not experienced, may have been her first manicure EVERManicure took over 2.5 hours to complete, for a manicure!!No prices are listed in their shop.When it was time for check out, I was over charged to the point I could get a mani/pedi combo elsewhere cheaper than what I was charged for just a manicure with no upgrades or design.Needless to say, I would never return to this horrendous facility and strongly recommend others are aware that they will judge you and give a price for what they think you can afford!! I was referred by several close friends and all of us are charged different prices for the same services, makes absolutely no sense!

EXCELLENT!I was called in by Diana bcz of a dissatisfying experience I had from a service 2 weeks prior. Diana went above and beyond with her kindness and generosity to ensure I got the result I intended at no additional cost to me. She holds customers in the highest regard and is certainly the biggest asset at the salon! The stylist Sofia was incredibly kind as well!

My daughter and I went for cuts, deep conditioning and blowdry. We were not sure what style we wanted and they picked terrific styles for us. The lady who washed our hair and gave us the conditioning treatments was so nice, I forget her name. Maria cut my hair, she was very nice and did a great job. Sophia cut my daughters hair, gave her a terrific cut and style. My daughter loved it! We had not had haircuts since a few months before covid and what a great experience. Definitely will go back!

Diana is the best Manager. She has an exceptional Customer Service Skills. Always tries to accommodate. I go to the salon for my hair cut with Marina, very talented hair stylist, colorist. Highly recommend !

This is an updated review about Enigma Spa amd Salon! I am beyond impressed and happy to leave this review. I had eyebrow tinting done here about about a year ago and was wondering NOT happy with the results...to my surprise the manager who saw that I was very upset upon leaving called me on the phone and invited me back for a COMPLIMENTARY eyebrow Henna..she apologized many times over for my bad experience and gave me her best eyebrow Henna artist Sam.....This time my experience was way better! SAM IS AMAZING. My Henna/brow tint turned OUT AMAZING. I AM HOOKED WILL me going every 3 weeks to keep these brows camera ready! Thank you again to the manager at Enigma Spa for thinking of me almost a year later and fixing the past experience with this one! Thank you Sam see you in 3 weeks!

This is the only salon I go to! They do great work! The only issue I have now is that they are only open Wednesday- Friday . In the past, They used to have hours on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays now they don’t and sometimes it’s hard for me to get there those days.

This is an amazing place to get the most quality manicure. I am one of the very picky customer and I like to get things done to be certain way, if you care what your nails look like after you get your nails done, this is definitely the place to get it done, visit ENIGMA and ask for Olesya. She is the best and willing to spend time to understand what you are really looking for and make sure that she gets the job done to make you happy with the final results! This is still how I feel after my 4th or 5th time at this salon! “Everyone I’ve interacted with in this salon are extremely friendly and professional, quick and to the point for hair with touch up, haircut and style. The first time I was there Sophia did a great job. Yesterday was my second visit there with Sophia, who is super talented and fast! My hair is beautiful after she does it and I hope she keeps practicing this art of hers for a very long time!!!!!” Oh, and Sophia is super kind and lighthearted, as is everyone there! First time doing my lashes and I was nervous about it because I don’t like anything in my eyes but I didn’t feel anything, it was like being in a meditation room. The staff is welcoming and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the spa and the salon. Ana is excellent and everyone else in there is super professional. I recommend everyone to visit this location.

My technician Samantha is always wonderful. The only problem I had this time is the receptionist/ manager Diana interrupted my appointment to have Sam wax a customer that was late for her own appointment. As far as I am concerned that customer should have waited or rescheduled. That was very unprofessional.

Marina and Diana are the best! They are so professional and wonderful and made my experience there fantastic! They transformed a horrible haircut I had received, styled, cut and added extensions to transform my head! Marina is fantastic and she is so sweet, she educated me on proper maintenance of extensions and products to use. Thank you so much for all that you did I appreciate it so much! Would highly recommend Marina to anyone.

I got the Keratin treatment through a groupon voucher. It was my first time at the salon and they took me early which was awesome. Shampooing and hair cut went really well and my stylist knew what she was doing. Quick process. Hope my keratin treatment lasts. Only downside was that I felt burning in my eyes and throat from the chemicals.

Lisa Smith visited today 1/8/2021 I had eyebrow & eyelash tinting by Sam I believe her name was and she was awesome. It was my first time doin and she explained everything thoroughly and was honest about the procedure since I was nervous. Thanks Sam and I will see you again. Very clean establishment which I truly admired the most too.

I was at first a client at Medi Spa side but with the pandemic closure decided to try Enigma Salon for my nail services. My manicure came out to be beautiful. I ❤️ my nails. The ladies at the salon are awesome. My technician Alyssa did a great throughout job. Diana at the front desk was very helpful from the moment of the scheduling. The salon meets CDC requirements and every client is separated from another with a dividers and guards. Safe and professional place. Will be recommending to my friends and family!

I got a wax here and Sam is an absolutely great aesthetician. I’m currently a week out before my delivery date and Sam treated me with such care and was very understanding! I would definitely recommend receiving services from her!!

I was excited to find a clean place to get my hair colored near my house. The salon is really nice. However it was all down hill from there. I requested to have my hair ombred. The stylist assured me that she was going to do something a little different from the pictures I showed her of how my previous ombre (which I LOVED) looked, but that I would love the result. As she started working, I did not have a good feeling about what she was doing so I kept checking in and she kept nodding her head telling me I was going to love it. After she washed my hair and styled it, the color she put in was nice but it was NOT ombre, it looked more like highlights. She told me if I wanted that style I can go to the bad hair salon across the street. I didnt want to put up a fuss because what was done was done, so I went to pay where the receptionist proceeded to tell me I needed to pay $150, $30 more than what they quoted me for ombre. She said the reason is because I got a balayage treatment which is more even though I specifically didnt ask for it and the stylist never informed me what she was doing was more expensive. She agreed to let me pay the $120. A week after getting my hair done here my hair was obviously completely damaged from the dye and has been falling out and dead ever since.Their other services may be good but would not recommend this place for more than a basic haircut and blow dry.

Had a full color transformation by Marina today. I received undivided care, attention and top-notch professionalisms during my appointment. It included several steps for color correction, toner as well as a cut and style and all that didn’t “break the bank”. FANTABULOUS!!!

I arrived around 10 mins early and receptionists greeted me by name, I was made to feel really welcomed.Sam made me feel very comfortable during the service that I fell asleep while she worked on my eyelash extentions.The place appeared well sanitized.

I have been at this establishment multiple times for lash extensions. I had posted a review earlier, and the staff was prompt on fixing my problem. However, after two more visits I am sad to say that I can no longer be a customer at this salon. I came in literally a week ago, and paid $105 + $20 tip for 4D eyelash extensions. I’m sorry to say that almost all of my lashes have fallen out AGAIN. I’m not sure if it’s the glue or the application itself, but I cannot continue to waste money on low grade application/products. I am only giving two stars because the staff is sweet and helpful. I am really sorry to leave this review because I wanted to be a returning customer at this salon.

Lena gives the BEST pedicures. She says she was going to “perform surgery” on my feet and it was true. I love how pretty my feet look when she’s done with them. Nice, friendly staff. Clean place.

The colon treatment was great very clean and the lady was sooooo nice but when I got my lashes done they kept falling in to my eye all I did was get in the car and drive 45 minutes home and one eye is completely off but they didn’t look full from the beginning so I don’t have plans on getting that service again

THE BEST Spa in the NE!! I have been getting Acne facials with Anastasia and the products that she recommended me has cleared up my acne. My skin is also a lot less dry! Best part is, they also have hair dressers that do mens hair cuts and Leena does an AMAZING JOB! She does awesome faces. My girlfriend goes to Tanya for nails and every time she comes back with such cool designs on her nails! She freaks out about how much she loves her work. Highly recommend.

I love getting my nails done every two weeks here! My two favorite manicurists, Tanya and Leena, paint them with a stunning finish every time. The cuticles were finely removed without any pain. Before I started going to Enigma Salon & Spa they would always cut my skin by accident, but no more! Tanya not only carefully removes my cuticles with precision, but she also does the most amazing designs! Designs that I have never seen done at any other salon. You can ask for anything and she will do it! Additionally, I love the girls there. They have become family. ❤️
