Really good quality nails. The wait was long but worth it

I’ve gone to them for an entire month now, I was almost two weeks post op and everyone has been amazing! Lucille and Denise are amazing magic hands! Margarita is so gentle I recommend her for early massages and Natalie also! Denise, Margarita, and Natalie speak excellent English you can ask them questions about what you need to maximize results. I love this place!

99% of the employees are Hispanic, so if you speak Spanish youll feel right at home. They are all very polite and accommodating to their customers and always prompt with getting the services completed. I highly recommend them.

Do NOT GO HERE. My first time in this place. They scheduled me at 8:00am and the doors were closed. Checked on their website and it says doors open at 9:00am. Called and NO response. Waited and when walked in at 9:00 they had overbooked everyone. Very disappointed. Not organized and poor communication with the clients. Do NOT Go to this place. Stay safe everyone.

I came back from getting 360 Lipo from Tampa and this was the first place that came up and had good reviews so I bought a 5 Lymphatic Massage package.These were not lymphatic massages rather people moving fluid around but not towards the direction of which the body would be able to drain.Barely anyone speaks English.My third massage was when I really was just through. I was stuck with a needle against my will and without my permission and just made me feel completely violated.4th massage was THE WORST!!’ I promise this person had no massage training at all!! It’s like someone said yeah just tell them you have experience and they’ll hire you. I had to yell stopat some point because it was just unnecessary with no end resolve.I ended up finding another lymphatic therapist after my 2nd massage here but just kept going because I had already paid. I could physical see and feel a difference after one session with the other therapist. Other ppl have had success at this place, but it’s a hard pass for me.*update this was the response from Magaly Spa“ Hello Vic we are very sorry for you negative experience...all of our massage therapists are very prepared and have a lot of experience, we dont play when it comes to our patients well-being.Your comments are not even near the experience that our clients had in our spa throughout the 16 years in business.Also we are trying to find your file to refund your money but we havent had luck with that so if you are actually a client of us please contact us to be able to give you a full refund. Thank you!”I CALLED THEY DID NOT OFFER A REFUND. That was just to try and make it look like they were willing to rectify the situation.I HAVE FOUND SOME EXCELLENT POST OP CARE IN PHILADELPHIA and this place doesn’t even come close!

I had surgery in the Dominican Republic. I returned home on December 29th. Magaly was closed for the New Year holiday and my drain had clogged. My surgeon referred me to a spa in the Bronx and they removed my drain prematurely. I continued to go there a few times until Magaly reopened. The two facilities were night and day. I was a train wreck by the time I made my way to Magaly, full of fluid; beyond swollen, my belly button had ripped open; and worst of all I would faint every time someone attempted to aspirate or drain fluid from my belly. Not only would I faint but no one could drain any fluid. Lord, I had so much regret. I thought I would develop a seroma then I met Luisa at Magaly. She’s been a God Send. Very knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about her. Together we figured out what I needed to do to stop fainting while getting drained. She’s been able to manually drain me at each visit to prevent me from developing a seroma. She told me all the steps I needed to take to heal my belly button and this women gives the best massages ever. I would totally recommend Magaly for post opp care. Had it not been for Magaly and Luisa my entire surgery experience would have been a nightmare.

When I tell u I couldn’t wait to leave this review. The staff is professional. The place is clean. The price is very reasonable. Most importantly I had lipo in Miami and was in so much pain cause I couldn’t drain fluids. In my search for a place in philly for massages I gave this place a shot. My therapist was Natalie. She was considerate of my pain, easy to talk to and the massage was so good I forgot I was in pain. I was able to fit in my 3rd hook from the first hook of my garment right after the massage. I can’t say enough. They used red light heat therapy, ultrasound and then hand massage Lol. AMAZING!!!!!

Don’t go here. They don’t wear masks when they do massages. They Definitely need CDC guideline protocol. Also guy at front desk is rude and unprofessional. New staff needed.

Came to this place half dead didn’t really know what to expect just 2 days after my procedure full of pain & fluids & bandages I’m so grateful I got to experience a place like this so professional clean nurturing and caring I love the relaxing music they put on my masseuse went above and beyond to bring me back to life she didn’t speak much English but she had a translator on her phone that’s how we did most of our communication I’ve gotten better with each massage I would definitely recommend they treat you like family

So this place has me waiting 4 days for a call back from owner. They cannot find the paperwork they themselves created to service me so the guy at the front desk keeps putting me off saying the owner will call me but no one ever calls back. So unprofessional

These ladies are the best. Lucero, Margarita, Lucy are angels. I have seen a huge difference in swelling over the past month the massages have really helped a lot. Getting surgery is no joke and is very stressful and they definitely have made the healing process smoother for me. And I’m not the easiest to deal with! And the owner Magaly is a sweet heart. I got a bbl and was looking for lymphatic drainage massages in the city and they are perfect! She wasn’t rough with me but she got all the fluid out and I felt so much better afterwards. Great prices on fajas too! I love this place!

Very friendly Staff. Came to get Post Op surgical massages upon returning to the US. Felt so much better afterwards. They also can take in your faja while you’re getting a massage and it’ll be ready once you finish. ($25). Massages are $45 and it’s $200 for a package of 5 (saves $25).

For me the clothes are very expensive and I dont like that the spa has a barber, I like that it is only women, I am a hundred more comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and they have good equipment to work the areas that need treatment.
