I have been a patient of Dr. Badola for over 7 years. She is an excellent physician and cares deeply about her patients. She diagnosed my prostate cancer and referred me to an outstanding Urologist and Oncologist. Dr. Badola treated my diabetes, with her help I went from insulin twice a day and metformin to maintaining my blood sugar with diet and exercise alone. She was very encouraging when I was not sure I could maintain the life style. She has my highest praise and recommendation.

I had a terrible experience at this office today. One of the girls at the front desk made a mistake with my dads appointment, however instead of admitting her mistake she tried to twist it and blame it on me. I played her the voice message she left me and instead of apologizing she became extremely rude. I spoke to the Manager who apologized and admitted the mistake was on their end. She then came out of the office starring at me and and yelling in Spanish. Naturally I responded and it became loud! The Manager was right there and said he would handle her internally. I left shocked and shaking because I am not used to such an environment. I have already filed a grievance with my dads insurance and will continue to warn everyone I can. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this office!

I have been seeing Dr. Badola for over a year now. when I had first started seeing her she was wonderful. She took her time and seemed to care. Unfortunately shortly there after things didnt go the same. I have been on the same medication for over 15 years and I am now struggling to fill my medication because she is giving me difficulties. She has a diagnosis in my chart I have never heard of. very disappointed!!!

DONT LET THIS DOCTORS OFFICE FOOL YOU. THEY ARE NOT ALL ABOUT FAMILY AND TURNED AWAY MY 17YR OLD DAUGHTER THE SAME DAY OF HER APPT. BECAUSE THE DOCTOR HERE RITU BADOLA DOESNT TAKE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. HOW CAN THIS PRACTICE PROCLAIM THEY ARE ANYTHING ABOUT FAMILY WHEN THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TAKE KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.

Dr. Ritu Badola is a band-aid physician. She is very nice, on the surface; however, she really doesnt care about her patients, especially those, who have a Medicaid HMO. I stayed with Dr. Badola because she was the less awful of the physicians with Family Physicians Group. For years, I told her I was gaining weight, but there was no reason for it, simply I was not eating enough to gain the weight. However, because I was fat she really didnt listen to me or even touch me to find out whether or not I was telling the truth. One day I insisted she touch me and she found out I had a THYROID problem. I was then sent to an ENT, where I was told I had 6 nodules and 2 were massive. After the removal of the nodules, I was told they had been growing for at least 3 years. Throughout those years, Dr. Badola thought I had bronchitis and gave me steroids. It is also possible that I have hyperlipidemia, due to the fact that I had just had a baby and had a thyroid problem when she first met me, but all she could see is a fat person.Once I went in because I had this uncontrollable burping, and she told me I had an ulcer and prescribed medication without sending me out on a referral to make sure. I never took that prescription. The burping went away. Once I had a pain in my stomach and called the doctors office to come in at 3333 S. Conway Rd., Orlando, FL and they prescribe me a prescription over the phone for gastric pains and wrote a referral without even seeing me. I hadnt been to the office in over a year and they sent a prescription to the pharmacy without even having me come in to look at me.These are bad doctors and the only reason I dealt with them is because Medicaid didnt provide anything better.
