Truly such a fantastic doctor. It’s always nerve-racking to choose a new primary care physician, but he and his entire staff are so welcoming! Dr. Menezes truly listens with compassion and is eager to help his patients. I barely had to wait to be seen and I just appreciate this office so much. Everyone seems happy to be there and the environment is so positive. Highly recommended!

This review is in regards to the way this office is ran. To be clear, I haven’t actually ever seen Dr Menezes & that is because this office is so poorly ran, none of my appointments have ever followed through. I’ve seen countless rave reviews on Dr Menezes & decided to switch doctors. On their website, they advertise availability to book an appointment as a new patient but it gets cancelled immediately when it recognizes you as a new patient. This exact same thing happened to my boyfriend as well. So I called to make an appointment, only availability was 3 months out. The day of my appointment, I get a call that there was a scheduling conflict & they had to reschedule me a month out. Okay, fine. Luckily I didn’t have an urgent need to be seen! A month later, I get an automated email saying my appointment was rescheduled a third time. I tried calling the office to make a more convenient appointment but it’s impossible to get through. This office is notorious for picking up the phone & immediately placing you on hold before even greeting you, & then never picking up the hold. I’ve been told by several people this is the case & it’s happened to me many times. I decided to keep the reschedule out of convenience. Another month later, same thing! It automatically got rescheduled another month out. Another inconvenient time & day that I was forced to keep because I couldn’t get in touch with anyone in the office. The day before the appointment, I get the text reminder about the appointment & the time was different than originally scheduled. At this point, this is a SIXTH reschedule (with no courtesy call). I managed to get through to the office this time & they were so rude. They laughed when I asked to reschedule to a more convenient time and said they were booked through the year. That’s when I gave up & decided this is not the kind of business I want to have any relationship with. I wish I could’ve met Dr Menezes, I’ve heard such great things!

I have always hated going to the Doctor, but my wife recently started making me, and let me tell you, he’s helped alleviate my fears and I no longer dread going.He’s punctual, down to earth, doesn’t make you feel like the appointment is rushed, and address all your concerns without brushing over things.He focus on wholeness and wellness rather than just pushing medication on you (but if he thinks you need it he’ll let you know).You can tell he’s in this for the right reasons.

Doctor Menezes is professional & on time! Listens to your questions and addresses your medical concerns. My husband & I are both highly satisfied with the doctor. He doesn’t rush you off & great bedside manners & friendly! Thank you doctor to all you do!

Dr.Menezes is am excellent physician. He is caring, intelligent and very easy to speak with. I was referred by a few friends and I am very happy with switching practices after my former physician retired 3 years ago. The portal is user friendly and they respond so fast to new concerns.

This is my 2nd visit to Dr. Menezes. He is amazing. I brought a list of issues I have had. For the first time I have found a Dr. who actually sat & listened to me on each one. Awesome... Dr. Menezes has been my primary care for roughly seven years, and has been attentive, caring and incredibly positive. Its not easy to find a doctor who makes you feel like you matter, but he is definitely one.

He is the greatest doctor i ever been too. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. I have PCOS and he was telling me things about it that i did not know about the condition, he was able to help me control my symptoms and he is very fast at responding and answering questions.

Dr. Menezes is FANTASTIC! Very down to Earth and easy to talk to. Listens well to any concerns and has never steered me wrong in any recommended treatment.

Dr. Menezes has been my doctor for many years now and Ive always had a great experience. He is never in a rush, or at least doesnt show it! He listens and pays attention to my concerns. Even my husband switched!

Dr. Menezes is a great doctor. I agree with all the comments below, but be careful with the staff and I mean the office manager and went to this doctor for years. Im usually out of town for work in 5 years Ive missed 3 appointments total and never got a letter or a call about the their rules. All the sudden when I call to make an appointment I get xfer to speak to the manager and she told me in a very rude and confrontational way I was not allowed in their office anymore because i have missed my last appointment and I needed to find another doctor by law they have to see you 30 days after so I went and asked what happened, why this attitudes towards me. Was advise of the total 3 missed appointments and whats why. I never received notices or anything like that. so just be aware of this doctor is great office staff not so good.
