Really unprofessional and rude. I scheduled an appointment and they require a $20 down payment for the appointment. They scheduled me wrong in the computer and called to tell me they cancelled my appointment for the 20TH when my appointment was on the 11th. Then she said the only appointment was at 3pm on the 11 and they wouldn’t have another appointment till the 30th. She called the next day and said the doctor was sick and cancelled my 3pm appointment and then would have to reschedule for a few more weeks. I’m glad my appointment was not urgent this place is a joke. I asked for a refund and for it to be documented and emailed. I never been to a place so disappointing. Do not go here.

Long waiting time. I know you’re expected to wait in a doctors office but it’s different when there’s only 1 patient ahead of you. They’ll get you in but waiting for a doctor to show up to your room takes an hour long. Don’t plan anything beforehand if you have an appointment here.

The waiting is a long time, but the doctors they have make it up, everytime I have an appointment I already come in mind that I’m probably gonna be there for 2-3 hours so I make sure I bring something to do. I got the best treatment there in my opinion

It was the worst experience ever . They make me wait more than 2 hours to be with the doctor . My appoimment was at 4 pm but at the time of 6pm I Still was waiting . They play with your time . They do not care about your time. But if you dont show. Up they charge you 25 dollars , so why they do not Pay me back fo waiting two hours to be seen. 😠

I made an appointment and waited 70 minutes AFTER by appointment time before I wised up and walked out. This is a terrible medical practice.
