Dr. Pham is a great doctor. Ive been his patient for quite a while now, probably 6-7 years. He listens to your concerns, and will treat you with courtesy and respect. Will continue to see him, and yes definitely recommend Dr. Pham

I have been seeing Dr. Pham almost 4 years now. Excellent doctor, very caring. I haven’t always had the best relationships with doctors in the past and I can say that I have never felt judged or uncomfortable in this office. I will continue to be a patient at this practice as long as I live in Orlando.

I was in desperate need for a doctor and I had no insurance with little money. I couldn’t see most doctors or go to the hospital without spending a fortune but I found this doctors office while I was driving and decided to take a chance out of desperation. I’m extremely glad I did. I was seen in 10 minutes and treated for something I spent months! Trying to fix myself. He help me determined my next steps and I was able to attend a long overseas trip without seeing foreign doctors. I’m extremely thankful he is a wonderful doctor. Very honest, caring, and actually listens to you while explaining things in a way that’s easy to understand. Highly recommend even if your not short on money you will be treated well.

Highly recommend this practice for their compassion and patience in dealing with my elderly father . My father is a self pay patient and they have worked with him to provide him affordable care . Dr. Pham is very knowledgeable and compassionate .

Honestly havent visited a doctor since grade school (and that was awhile ago, lol). So I didnt know what to expect.I arrived a week after setting an appointment. Due to the Coronavirus precautions, the door was locked and I was let in soon after.Temperature check, filled out paperwork, and saw Doctor Pham. He was professional and seemed to care about your wellbeing. Also, bloodwork is done through an external company.

Dr Pham is Knowledgeable and very helpful and he cares about his patients and their health.

Overall great, friendly welcoming office. Dr.Thang is thorough and detailed orientated. He asks all questions to conclude the appropriate plan of action and doesn’t just in and out you. Time wise may seem like that- but if you ever been to any doctors office you’ll know that speed/time is of the essence. Only negative I have is the Friday hours of operation being cut- but it’s business so I can’t complain. Lastly is the staff aside from the doctor, they are all nice and compliant with securing your personal information and adhering to confidentiality standards. Unlike most medical offices that seem to be HIPPA allergic. Lastly the medical assistants are very beautiful , it is an addition that makes my appointments all more warming👌🏽

I always recommend Dr. Pham. He is kind and cares about his patients. They take care of the patients right away. The wait time is very short. The staff is always polite and efficient.

Dr. Pham is a super nice, yet straightforward doctor. He spends time with each patient and does not try to take the place of specialist. If you need a specialist, he refers you. His staff is also very kind and helpful. The waits are usually short and he can usually see you on the same day you call. Highly Recommended.

Dr. Pham and his staff are great. Im afraid of needles and had to get my blood drawn today. He was so gentle and caring and kept my mind off it the whole time. Everything went quickly and smoothly and he made sure I was okay throughout it all.

I really like Dr. Thang Pham. I rarely wait for more than 15 minutes to see him. He really care for his patients. My wife and I both seeing him. We both appreciate his care. A doctor with great heart which is rare now a day.

I found Dr. Pham about 3 years ago looking for a walk in clinic and I have ended up going to see him ever since as my PCP. He genuinely cares about the OVERALL health of all his patients. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and professional. The staff at the front are also very professional and welcoming. There is absolute ease making an appointment with minimal wait time. Always a pleasant and comfortable visit.

Very happy with the service received not only by Dr. Pham but also for the secretary/nurses.This is where I also take my 16 year old son and he likes it here. We feel like he really cares for our health and well being. Highly recommend!

I initially read about Dr. Pham on other review sites, and decided to give him a try after needing a new doctor as well as one thats closer to my house.After going to a doctor in the Waterford area previously, I got tired of waiting an hour plus just to see the doctor for something that took 5 minutes to diagnose and treat. Loved the fact that I didnt have to wait at all, and that hes very pleasant and willing to answer any questions you may have. The staff is also very friendly, and courteous.Its in a small strip mall off Colonial, but dont let the outside appearance fool you, the establishment if top notch.

I just saw Dr. Pham today for the first time. This might be the first time I have ever gotten quality customer service from a front office in a doctors office before. Kind, patient; they actually act like they like their jobs. Dr. Pham was fantastic- very thorough, excellent bedside manner,and he is patient and answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at all. I showed up for my 10am appointment at 10am and was seen by the doctor in about 15 minutes. Dont be fooled by its humble appearances; this office has stellar care. I highly recommend.

I needed a new Doctor about three years ago and noticed Dr. Phams walk-ins welcome sign while driving by. Great Doctor and his staff get everything right when it comes to scheduling and insurance. Ive never been told to make an appointment for next week when I was sick or injured. My wife had been a patient at an old established practice in Winter Park for many years. They treated her like a number and would give her an appointment for two weeks out when she was sick. She started going to Dr. Pham and is completely pleased. Joe Mitchell

Dr Pham is amazing! Ive been to many doctors and keep going back to him even when my insurance wouldnt cover it. Worth every penny and the visit cost is comparable to others with exceptional service. The wait is never too long even when theyre busy I can always get seen the same day, with minimal wait. I think Ive had to wait up to 30 min on the busiest day as a walk in most days its less. I normally just make an apt just in case. Pham always can diagnose what is wrong in just a matter of minutes when others didnt quite get it right. He is very knowledgeable and very informative. Always answers all the questions I have and addresses any concerns. He really shows he cares. Its a strange feeling how fast he gets through the apts if you are use to long waits and extended times but you find you get just what you need out if it. No waste and bs. Just simple to the point diagnosis and solutions. He has a very friendly, comfortable bedside manner as well. I feel very comfortable with him for any issues I get. The staff are also very friendly and helpful as well. The doctors office may not seem like much from the outside when you see it but it really is a hidden gem.

Dr. Pham is AMAZING. About a year or so back I was incredibly sick and could not find an avaliable doctor in my area. Everyone was booked for WEEKS (I even called one office who told me the doctor of that practice had recently passed away) and I needed to be seen asap. I called Dr. Pham, and not only did he schedule me that same day, but he made sure to give me a prescription for medication that was both effective and inexpensive. My husband has never been a fan of doctors, but even he likes Dr. Pham (which is a huge deal). I highly recommend him!

Hadnt needed or seen a doctor in 20 years until this year when I became deathly ill in February. After driving to several doctors offices only to be turned away because they dont accept walk-ins, not even in my obviously ill condition, and being almost ready to give up trying, I came across Dr. Phams office tucked away in a small strip mall where the sign read Walk-Ins Welcome.Doubt that his office staff or he kept me waiting more than five minutes on that first visit and didnt take him more than a few minutes to determine that I was in probable heart failure and needed to get to the closest hospital ASAP. Though he insisted on calling an ambulance, which really impressed me and showed how much he cared for someones health, I determined that Id get there faster if I just drove myself over to the hospital. I feel he saved my life that day, as the diagnosis of heart failure was indeed the problem and it was a very bad one.He is my primary care physician and I wouldnt trade him for any other. He is fantastically patient, his bedside manner is friendly and caring, yet professional, he always greets you with a huge smile, hes ready to answer any questions, extremely knowledgeable, and keeps close tabs on his patients overall health conditions. I know my health is safe with him as my primary care physician and I trust him implicitly.I would recommend him and his office staff, who are also fantastic people who are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, polite, comforting, and always smiling, to anyone needing a primary care physician.If youre looking for an excellent doctor, hes one of the best and I lucked out in finding him.
