I was just there with a friend getting her hair done, but was treated as if I was a customer! A glass of bubbly and some advice on my curly hair...they even let me use some Aragon oil! The ladies were SO sweet!

The staff in this place are horrible. I booked an appointment for my hair for bridal shower and I couldnt find parking as this place is on the main road. I got late and I spoke to the person saying I cant find parking , so she told me they have parking space in some apartment complex which was so hard to find. By the time I parked and went in ,they said they could not accommodate me. Just so so mean. I ended up in tears on my bridal shower

The ladies at Blo Bar were amazing for my wedding. They did hair and makeup for myself, my mother, and soon to be mother in law. Throughout the process they asked our thoughts and made many adjustments to hair and makeup so we felt our best. Would recommend to anyone!

I’m not from this area and I looked up some places to get my hair done. Very clean and cozy spot! Everyone seemed very friendly. I’ve never been to a blow dry bar, but I liked the experience I had here. My hair came out nice, I would return in the future.

Blo Orlando is a great place for a blowout! Debra is my favorite stylist but all of the stylists are extremely talented! I have enjoyed their blowout and styling services for over two (2) years and the salon is chic and modern. The staff is always super sweet, on time, sanitary and professional! Also, Parking is easy in the garage for SkyHouse!

I love this blow dry-bar! The ladies here are all talented. After having a really bad experience at a non-affiliated salon, I rushed on here and I was glad to see that they wash hair real good before blow drying, they are organized and part hair into sections and then really polish the hair for great results. I highly recommend them. Been here a couple of times and I always leave happy.

I love going to Blo to refresh for the week and for self-care. This location has a very friendly staff and efficient set up. I know every time I visit I will get a beautiful blowout because they are highly skilled and use awesome products! Also great customer service over all, highly recommend!!

Absolutely amazing experience every time. Maria is the manager and truly cares about the customer experience. They provide manicures, blow outs, extensions etc. The staff are pleasant & always helpful in assisting you choose your perfect style. Im the toughest of critics because Im of very mixed ethnicity & my hair has never felt so soft after a blow out. Did I mention affordable too?!

Called Blo today at the last minute and they took me right away! Staff was so nice, blow out was fantastic and they helped me choose some products for my hair needs. Stylist really listened to what I wanted and I loved the result, even took a picture so I could show it off to my friends!

My experience with Blo Blow Dry Bar was great from start to finish. I set an appointment online, got a confirmation and reminder text, and front desk staff was inviting upon arrival. My hair was done beautifully by a qualified technician. Because it was raining outside I was even offered a shower cap to keep my curls intact from shop to car. Would recommend and visit again.

I bought a Groupon to come here last year but it had already expired, so they honored the price paid for the voucher ($45). I decided to get a regular blow out with a curl at the end. My stylist was great (Alyssa?). She was super nice, we had great conversation and she really knew her stuff. I was so relaxed and walked out looking and feeling great. I totally recommend Blo Dry Bar, it beats waiting hours at a salon!! They were quick, and I have a lot of hair so thats saying something. They also validated my parking which was awesome. Definitely a must try if you want to treat yourself without waiting and spending a lot.

The stylists were so nice so it’s hard to write this, but it’s truly embarrassing how bad I looked after getting my hair and makeup done here. I went before a wedding and immediately went home and showered and had to redo everything myself with little time to spare. Like.. I went to a blow bar and left with flat hair and ringlet curls? After specifically saying I didn’t want that? And yes, the owner (I think) asked how everything was before I left, but at that point, I’m just trying to get out of there and get home with enough time to fix it before the event, and I’m just not the person to make a scene and tell someone I hate it, but I have to leave this review because it was the biggest waste of $100. Literally showered 10 minutes after leaving the appointment. Ugh.

I had such a great experience at Blo! Everyone was so nice and made me look FABULOUS for my engagement photoshoot! They did my hair and makeup exactly how I envisioned, and it stayed perfect the whole night. I definitely recommended Blo for all your beauty needs!!!

I love this place. Osheema is awesome. In addition to making my hair look fabulous, she helped recommend some products for my hair type. FYI they validate parking in the garage.

I always utilize Blo for special occasions, because the staff there gets my curly hair straightened so much better than I can do on my own. Ive rarely had to wait when I have an appointment, and its a very convenient location downtown (they even fully validate the parking garage fee).

I made an appointment to have my nails done! Linda did an amazing job fixing my nails and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. This place is the best and is nicely located right in downtown Orlando!

I discovered Blo while in town for a wedding and stopped in on a Friday afternoon for a blow out, manicure and eyelash application. With three people working on me simultaneously, I was out of there in about an hour, a huge feat considering I have long hair. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful.While I purchased a Groupon deal in this instance, its well-worth the full price of their services. Bonus: they also serve free wine!

Ive had my hair done here a few times and I love it. Natural crew dont shy away, Maria is great. Very nice clean atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and Ive always make out in like a hour considering I have waist length natural hair.

Good experience each time ! My favorite stylist is Osheema ! She handles all hair types well but especially mixed, curly textures like mine. She is able to blow dry with lots of body and my roots are smooth, I leave with smooth, bouncy hair each time ! I am in and out in less than an hour without sacrificing quality. Not to mention their awesome $30 blo-out special on Mondays and Tuesdays !

DO NOT USE BLO IN ORLANDO! Completely shady business that charged me a cancellation no-show fee, even though I cancelled my appointment 48 hours prior to the time it was scheduled. Per their booking policy, they REQUIRE a credit card to reserve your appointment. Then, as in my case, they tell you that they are authorized to charge it for whatever fee they deem appropriate. Not only did I cancel well before required in their shady policies, but the day of my appointment, I called to verify there wasnt an error because I received an automated email saying Sorry we missed you at your appointment. When I called to ask for my money back since I was wrongfully charged, one of the girls there said she didnt have authorization to refund me, but the manager Erica would have to do it. Of course Erica wasnt going to be in the store that day, so I was told that I would receive a call back that evening. The next evening comes around, and still no call. When I call the store, Erica answers, and is completely rude saying that she was never told that she needed to call me back, but that she had already processed my refund. Why wouldnt she want to call me anyway to apologize and verify that she processed the refund? Such terrible customer service, and shady policies as well.

I wish we had this in Canada this is the best service to have salon styled hairs and fast for any event or just to feel pretty !!!!

I just moved from Brooklyn, NY to Orlando a month ago, luckily close by this great salon! I really love and enjoy the service; that is quick but neat and the staff always friendly and kind.

Stephanie is the best thing there... Love her... She does my hair so well.. She takes her time and she gets the job done.

We we arrived it was great we were offered drinks and they quickly started on my manicure. The manicure was great but also took an hour for regular polish. My hair was a different story it took over 2 hours curl my hair, I have pretty thin hair and while curling my hair she burnt my ear with the curling iron. My over all experience wasnt great it took way to long and the curls fell out right after leaving.

Carolina absolutely crushed my blowout! Will definitely be going back to see her again.

So let me start by saying that I’m only giving this place three star because my stylist Osheema was wonderful.I am a licensed cosmetologist/Educator, I’ve trained all types of people on hair, Period hair is hair no matter the texture or who it’s on....some processes may be different, but I’ll leave that there. Not once would think my natural would be frowned on in a Blow Dry Salon.Upon my arrival the tension on the blonde woman’s face was as if I was in the wrong establishment. They offer me a drink and took me back to be shampooed, I could tell my first technician was not use to dealing with Afro hair. My stylist Osheema later explained that the online booking system is a bit faulty due to not allowing hair texture to be selected. However, someone should call to confirm these appointments to extend service times and I get it thicker hair needs more time, but customers shouldnt feel that frustration with the scheduling online. Osheema was very personable and didn’t not rush my service to accommodate the other non ethnic lady waiting whom also had thick curly hair.The salon was nice however the tension during my service made it very uncomfortable. Hopefully some retraining will help them be better prepared if Osheema is not around!
