All of the lash technicians here are talented in what they do. I usually get colored lashes, which takes more skill than it takes to apply black lashes…with red lashes flaws can’t easily be hidden. They’ve been spot on every time and I’ve used all of the technicians. I constantly receive compliments from women AND men, young, middle aged & old. Finally, I totally appreciate how accommodating they have been with me. I’m a busy road warrior with a crazy & sometimes impossible schedule and I have not had a problem getting an appointment. Keep up the great work ladies!!!

Celine is an absolute JOY and blessing! I needed a pick me up and have been looking for a trustworthy eyelash extension place. I made such a good choice in picking Maxim-Eyes! She breaks down the information so you know exactly what lash extensions are and how they attach, she explains the bond brand and what it does, and custom forms the lash map to your specific eye and face shape. Every other set of lash extensions Ive gotten have started to shed within the first few hours, but 100% not this time. Im seriously blown away and Ive found my new go-to specialist. Im definitely a happy customer.

This is the most unprofessional lash studio I’ve ever gone too. The owner Celine has zero sense of customer service, and is very inconsiderate of your time. They would consistently have clients double booked and go back and forth, leaving you on the table waiting to resume your lashes. A simple fill takes over 2 hours! Not to mention, Celine has no urgency to be timely to her appointments and will just have another lash tech start you. One time she arrived over an hour late to our appointment and did not even wash her hands after smoking a cigarette, disgusting!! Not to mention she constantly brags that she is the best lash tech and that is why she can charge higher prices.I have reached my last straw with Maxim-Eyes Lashes. I have continued to go back because even though the experiences have been awful, my lashes looked good every time. I have been trying over a week to book an appointment with Celine. I received minimal text messages back, and we finally booked our appointment. The day of, she canceled the appointment only an hour before! Frustrating, but understanding that life happens we rescheduled. The day of our rescheduled appointment, I show up and she took a sick day without even contacting me! She just assumed I would be okay with her other lash techs taking the appointment. However I was not, as I don’t feel like they produce the same quality, and for that price I want the lash technician that I booked. Celine is the only one at the studio who is verified on the nova lash website. She had only a minimal apology, and has no respect for my time or money that I spend with her. It is so rude and inconsiderate of my time, it honestly shocks me that anyone can run a business that way. I left and scrambled to find a new nova lash studio, my new lash tech informed me that my natural lashes were damaged and glued together. The worst experience. Do yourself a favor and do not invest any time or money in this lash studio!!!!

Vivian is absolutely the best! She really does take her time to make sure every single lash is perfect, and they always are! At first I did natural and this time I did volume, she also does hybrid if you want less of a volume look! Very experience and professional at what she does!

Celine and her staff are just amazing. I came here about a month ago because I made the mistake of Going to Envy eye salon in winter Park. They messed up my lashes and didnt even care. Celine came to the rescue and helped me so much, she informed me of everything and showed me the products she uses, I absolutely love that. My eyelashes looked amazing, they didnt fall out, so happy. The owner was very rude. I went in because I received a fill just three days ago and already had a bold spot. I text the owner asking if they could fix it and she acted like it was no big deal. After the technician fixed it the owner then told me she needed to talk to me and proceeded to talk to me as if I was a child. She told me they weren’t responsible for lashes falling out and that I was wasting her technicians time. Definitely will never go back here.

The best lash artist in the world! I would recommend them to anyone who lives or even visits Orlando, Florida. These Florida residents are so lucky to have such a talented group of individuals sharing a passion for lashing. First off I came here to get lashes removed because they were ripping off my natural lashes. I had to cut off a lash that tugged 3 natural lashes off my lid. Thats me loosing 4 lashed all together for that one! 😭 when I got there they removed all the false lashes in minutes. THANK YOU! Then I saw how beautiful and comfortable the workers lashes were. All on an individual lash and natural looking. Each employee seemed to know so much about lashing, and if they didnt know they either asked someone who did or said they werent to sure. Thats so much better than lying🖒 I took a card and over the next couple days I tried to plan my schedule around making it out here.I love the fact that they try to work with your schedule and get you in when it works best for you ☺I came in a few days after the removal to get a full lashing for $200 and its totally worth it. NATURAL LOOKING AND LIGHT WEIGHT, AND YES! ON EACH INDIVIDUAL LASH. I would suggest the mink, which is what I got. It was supposed to take roughly 2 hours, but it took 2.5 because of how thin and short my lashed were and also because the lashes they took off for me ripped out a good amount of my natural lashes. I am so happy they took the time to really work on my lashes and make them flawless. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I wish they opened one in hawaii.Great price and wonderful job. When I visit here or even move here😉 I will definitely be back!Thank you Celine, Sarah, Yoko and everyone else who has made this experience the best ever!!!

Had a horrible lash experience from AMAZING LASH STUDIO on Dr. Phillips and I came here right after to have my lashes removed and they took me in right away. Two weeks later I came back to try lash extensions again and I left more then happy. My technician Bianca, exceeded my expectations with my lashes and she was so sweet and kind as well. I will be returning in two weeks to refill my lashes. I get compliments everywhere I go with my new lashes. No one believes me when I tell them their extensions because they look so natural.I will keep recommending this place to my friends.

Literally worst service EVER!!!!!!!!First she did my eyelash perm and one eye looked like she didnt even do anything to it. I first went to Celine for microblading since severalof my friends had it done and recommended her highly. So I had my eyebrows microbladed and couldn’t be happier! You don’t realize how much time you spend on eyebrows until you don’t have to. I then started getting envious of all my friends lashes looking so great so that was my next appointment. That’s another thing you don’t realize how convenient and easy it is to have lash extensions. I barely wear any makeup. It’s amazing how getting my eyebrows and lashes done have saved me so much time out of my daily routine. She took time to make sure I was comfortable and explained to me everything I need to know to ensure the proper care of my lashes. Especially how important cleaning them correctly so my natural lashes can grow properly to get the extensions I prefer(I like as long and full volume as possible) I receive compliments on them constantly! I have been going there since last March. The salon is professional, calm and relaxing. I also love that she always sends you a confirmation text the day before my appointment as a reminder. She also uses Novalash so you know your getting the best! I trust Celine and her staff completely and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

When I called they said they did threading & tinting. Upon arrival the owner said they ran out of thread but would give me a five dollar discount if I opted to have them plucked instead. For sake of time & finding another salon to do threading I agreed. She rushed me into the room with their “brow expert” repeating time is money.The brow expert had never plucked an eyebrow before. Not only did it take twenty minutes for her to tweeze probably a total of a dozen hairs. (I swear I didn’t think it was possible for someone to be that slow.) Her inexperience didn’t only show in her work but her professionalism as well. She was only centimeters above my face, her hair was lying on my cheeks & chin. We were literally exchanging carbon monoxide. It was more comfortable for me to hold my breath at this point.The owner who was probably wondering why it was taking so long came in to finish. She was obviously in a rush. She was so rough with me her palm was flat against my face. Digging the needle of the tweezer into my face purposely. She then said she was going to do the same color of my eyebrows for the tint. Which I said, “I like a darker color since mine are already very light.” She completely ignored me & began to apply the tint. So I said again I would like a darker color. She then went on a rant. Grabbing the mirror from my hands... saying if I know how to do my eye brows then why am I paying her to do them ... to stop talking and let her do her job. Rushing out of the room & left the door open so I can hear her vent to the other employees awkwardly now.Just the amount of unprofessionalism is appalling & what a learning experience for myself.

Love these girls and they do a great job!! Been going for almost a year!!!I am blonde & have blonde thin, barely there eyelashes. It looked like I had NO EYELASHES! Now, I have george out thick lashes and I dont have to try and put mascara on baby fine lashes!! last for 2.5 weeks... :) One last thing, my lashes would fall out all the time due to mascara. bald spots where I would have no lashes because I barely have any. Now, since I have been going to Maxim Eye Lash my natural lashes are growing like weeds, they dont fall out like they did with mascara, so I know having the nova lash from Maxim Eye Lashes far superior to mascara and much much less hassle for me every day !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. The lashes were great but the service was horrible. My first time there was fine however, when I went back a few weeks later for my fill it was a different story. As I was lying in the chair I could here Celine talking badly about one of her other clients to the client she was working on. Then later my aesthetician started talking very loudly to another aesthetician a few rooms over and then ended up leaving the room and yelling at Celine and the other aesthetician all while I was lying there unable to open my eyes. They were screaming at each other and even banging on the walls for about five minutes until finally my aesthetician left and Celine and the other girl went back to work without telling me anything. About 15 minutes go by and Im still lying there not knowing whats going on so I have to call Celine in the room and she finally explains that they are having family problems and my aesthetician needed to calm down so she sent her home. So Celine finished the client she was working on which took another 15 minutes and then finished me and she still charged me in full AND I was 20 minutes late to work (I would have just left but I couldnt because of the tape and glue on my eyes). Worst experience ever. Celine is a nice person, dont get me wrong, but that is not how you run a business.
