I went to this hair salon for a Keratin treatment after my friend said theyre the best in town. Sadly, wasted nearly $200 for nothing. My hair was still the same, the curls were still there and the frizz didnt go away when I washed it a week later, even if I used my Keratin shampoo. I did a keratin treatment in the past, but this was by far my worst experience.

I would love to recommend it because it is a Brazilian salon, but it did not exceed my expectations. I really liked the Venezuelan who did my nails, very kind and was the only one who really made me feel welcome. The Brazilian receptionist seemed rude to the customers who arrived to ask for some information, did not show professionalism and sensitivity when serving the customers. In addition to having charged me an unfair price. It is a place to go once, be disappointed and never come back.

I didnt like cutting my hair in this salon, the hairdresser cut my hair badly and the manicure wasnt even professional, I paid Caro and I didnt like the service.
