This place is located in a convenient location, I was visiting family and decided to give this place a try. The lady who did my no-chip pedicure and no-chip manicure did a terrible job. My nails looked very lumpy, messy job. When I told her she told me it was because of the color, I always get light pink colors and have never had an issue before. It seem like she was rushing and did a sloppy job. Not worth the price for a sloppy messy job, so disappointing.

I’ve been to several different places to get my nails done and this place is hands down the best for several reasons. They are always gentle, we are never hurt or feel heat by the tools used. They are efficient, but always churn out an amazing result! I dare say “perfect”. There’s never a surprise in the price. I saw a girl get tons of intricate art done, the guy worked quite a while to copy the picture she brought in. I was super nosy and heard what she was charged and I was shocked it was well under $100. 😱😻

Love, love, love this place! Grace always does an amazing job on my nails. I recently went away and mistakenly went to a different nail salon. I was very unhappy with my nails. Grace not only fixed my nails but once again made my nails look amazing! Very happy!

Definitely on the pricey side but expected in Orlando. Service was good overall. Be willing to spend between $50-100 for mani and pedi.

Its a really great nail salon I’m a male this by far is the best one ill say its even better than the stores in #Newyorkcity let me tell you there friendly fast pace and they accept walk in have you ever spent your money and said i really invested it to something let me tell you this is the place stop in and its lower than new york prices hands down they have colors you’ve never seen lighting is very thing this is top scale.

City Nails and Spa in Orlando is well priced, super clean, and has a very friendly and skilled staff. I go there for dip powder nails and they always do such a great job on my nails. Kayle did my nails this time and she was very kind, personable, and does such detailed and great work. I will definitely be returning to City Nails from now on!

This salon is located in a nice location, however; not friendly or accommodating to Black Americans. I went to City Nails today for a pedicure and fill-in. Everyone being service were Caucasian. I waited patiently, then was informed by an Asian guy that I would need to come back because all stylists have appointments coming. I was the ONLY person in the salon waiting. I asked him, Do you mean to tell me that all stylists will not be available because you ALL have appointments on the way? This is my second time being serviced at this location, and also the second time feeling mistreated. I see that there are other similar reviews. If youre Black, please take your money elsewhere where it will be appreciated.

My current go to nail salon! Prices are good and service is good as well. I’ve been going there for over a year now. There’s new management but seems to be really good as well. There hasn’t been a time that I haven’t liked their work.

Fairly priced, and they did an excellent job, especially considering Im a 64 300 lb dude who works outside. Definitely recommend.

I was in the area on a mini vacation and was in need of a full set. I was a little skeptical because there was no one waiting or being serviced at noon on a Friday and the lady that greeted me was not very personable but I gave them a shot. I was assigned to a young man by the name of Ken and after explaining what I wanted, he assured me that he could do it. Long story short, awesome results and service from Ken the singing nail tech!!!💅🎶

I was happy they accommodated me with my luggage as I just got off the plane. However, there full set and pedi I received was nothing to rave about for $100 smackaroos. 😏

Worst SNS nails I’ve ever gotten. I never write reviews but if you want a nice set of sns nails, don’t come here. My nails look like blobs of gel smashed on my fingers. The man who did them was extremely rough and cut my nails down to nubs and went way over my nail with the dip powder.

Kwan was the best ever. He was fast efficient and very sweet. He recommended one the best restaurants we ate at in orlando..GOOD LUCK in pharmacy school kwan:)

Went into City Nails today for a acrylic take off and cut down. The middle finger nail was first removed (along with a piece of my real nail) and I ended up bleeding. After asking for a bandage initially, nail technician ignored me at first and continued taking off the other nails. After 5 minutes, realizing I did not stop bleeding and me asking a 2nd time, the technician finally got up and got a bandaid. I am very dissatisfied, because not only did I get hurt in the process, but my nail technician did not even try to take off the white paste off my fingers. Instead she rushed to help another customer (whom was way after me) and only addressed me when it was time for the bill. I paid $15 for a acrylic take off and cut down (you can see the condition of my hand in the picture attached) and also $36 for a classic pedicure. Prices were high and quality was low. Will never return here.

Kayle was able to do my girlfriends nails last minute in Christmas Eve and they came out phenomenal.

I have been going to City Nails for 2+ years consistently and I love them! The staff is wonderful!! :) They are very talented nail artists and can do all sorts of designs. They listen to what you want and they do an awesome job. They have an amazing selection of gel and dip colors. Their pedicures are incredible and they have great pedi chairs! They decorate for the seasons so it’s always festive and fun. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

I came here to vacation at universal studios and sea world. I needed an eyebrow wax and pedicure for the long walk. I came in and noticed beautiful pedicure chairs with nice tablet controlled massage chairs. The massage was excellent and the pedicure was top notch. A kind lady did my eyebrow and I was impressed. I 100% recommend this place to locals and tourists in the area!

I went here while I was on vacation and I was so happy with the results. I got a dip powder manicure and I love it so much. The day I went, only 3 people were working and even though people started lining up to get their nails done, the guy working on my nails didn’t rush through. He was also very gentle with my nails, unlike the people at some places I’ve been. The prices were very good as well. Overall I had a great experience here and I recommend it to anyone in the area looking to get their nails done.

I came in with one broken and one painful cracked nail while traveling, and Kayle very expertly (and gently) was able to fix both nails and fill my gel manicure. City Nails is amazing. Kayle always does amazing nails for me, any design I bring in she has been able to create! I always get complimented on my nails and she is the best! I also have gotten my eyebrow threading here, which is the best threading experience I have had so far. Everyone is super nice and the atmosphere is very inviting.

This place looks like it could be great but not if you are of color.I went in to get a gel fill and was told it would be a few moments. No problem at all. A white female comes in, they ask her what she wants and immediately seated her and began working on her nails. I waited another 5 minutes before deciding to go to another nail shop. Disappointed that this type of behavior is still surviving.

I stopped by after breaking a nail and decided it was time to redo by nail color. The amount of choices was incredible! Its clean, professional and the staff was very friendly. Emma did a wonderful job on my nails!

City nails and spa is by far the best nail salon I’ve gone to. Staff is super welcoming and friendly. What I loved about this nail salon is that the energy is super youthful and the salon has a set up kind of like urban outfitters. My nail technician took her time doing my nails and her work was very clean made sure I left happy and I sure did definitely going back.

Went for my first time manicure/pedicure experience and informed them that it was my first. I truly enjoyed the experience, however, as soon as I left my nails got ruined which was sad :( Probably my fault. However, I wasn’t really spoken to the whole time and didn’t know what to do. When I sat for my pedicure, I didn’t even know I was allowed to use the massage chair (I thought it cost extra) A great but confusing experience for me ... and I guess I’ll have to take my polish off once I’m home since it’s all messed up now. I’ve never had my nails painted.

Very nice and clean and took their time and kept asking if everything is ok. Very relaxing and Workers we’re super friendly and did everything to your liking. I would 100% come here again, and will be coming more often. I love Kayle and emma.

This nail salon was very dirty. The equipment were visibly aged & dirty. The staff were rude & unhelpful. We left because it seemed unsanitary & the lack of any basic customer service was beyond horrendous.

LoAn is my go-to nail tech for a mani/pedi. She does an amazing job and is friendly to chat with :). I’ve gotten my nails done by her many times and it’s always 100% perfect. Today I had powder dip (for the first time) with Kent. He was very friendly and did an amazing job on my nails. I walked out feeling super happy, love this place!
