I hate it! I asked for the length to be to my jawline. What I got was a cut that barely touched my ears. Its too short to flat iron!

Web site said they close at 6. But they close at 5. Also they ask for make an appointment but never answer the phone.

Id visited the salon for many years and almost always felt very welcome and valued. That feeling ended after three consecutive arrivals had big disappointments. Like so many businesses, they are dealing with ongoing challenges of 2020, but they dont seemingly learn a lot from those and make adjustments. The online reservation system is broken. The management doesnt adjust it. The stylist are left hanging, and some dont possess the guest recovery skills to keep repeat customers from simply walking away.I no longer can/will recommend this location to others, and wont be returning. I fear for their ability to stay open and active. There are many other options available in this area, and I strongly suggest all to research before accepting disappointments.

I was pleased with the technician and the presentation of the location - most of all my hair , I plan using them again .

Celeste is a total sweetheart and very accommodating. My bf got his hair cut there and he loves his cut, was exactly what he wanted. Would absolutely recommend based on the customer service!

If I could rate lower than a 1 star I WOULD. SAMANTHA was very unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. She said and I quote “Maybe you should just go to another Salon that will deal with your trim and highlights”. I will NEVER use this salon nor will I EVER recommend such an unprofessional place to a family or friend. If SAMAMTHA dislikes her job that much, maybe she shouldn’t be employed there.

I love SmartStyle and every time we need a haircut, my husband and I come here! The staff (especially Miss Celeste and Miss Kevon) are wonderful!

After waiting 3 hours at another hair salon yesterday and having to walk out, I remembered someone mentioning this salon. I called this morning and scheduled an appointment with Danielle for today.She was friendly. As a first time appointment, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Danielle, took her time and was professional.I requested a wash and deep condition, color, trim and eye brows. I was pleased with all services. My hair is the softest its been in 3 years since having natural hair. It looks healthy instead of dry and brittle.Awesome work Danielle. I will be making another appointment in the future as well as recommending you. Thanks so much.

It was great as always.

Went because website advertised wash, cut, and style for under $20. When I got there I told them that I wanted a wash and blow dry and they told me $35. Then someone else told me it would cost $66 if I wanted my air dried after they washed it. I left with my hair wet. Can go to a real quality salon for that.

Believe it or not this place rocks!!! Rowan and the other hair stylist wish I for got her name are awesome!!!! Both of them make me feel so comfortable that I forgot that I was in a hair salon plus Rowan did such great job fixing my hair that from now on this is going to be my hair salon to cut my hair. I have been to a different smartstyle before, although i was conpletely satisfied with the cut, the customer service i received was amazing. I moved and decided to on to the one on kirkman rd, orlando in walmart and let me tell you. The moment i stepped it, no one seems to want to do their job. Was approach by a lady working there and hell yeah she was rude. Didnt want to explain anything and didnt want to take me as a customer. It was on sunday nov 5 at 2:10pm. I hooe you get some better people. Did not stay for the haircut just because she was rude. Way to go smartstyle kirkman in orlando
