As a first time, walk in client, the stylist who styled hair was great. She listened to me and executed a great cut! Im not a local so Im not sure Ill be here again, but consider this salon for yourself!

Since I moved from Miami, this is the only salon I go to. Very friendly and they do amazing work, you walk out with a brand new hair style.

Great job of an inverted Bob. I went in on a whim as a Wednesday late morning walk-in. The stylist accommodated the shape of my head instead of just blindly following the picture I showed her. Everyone was very nice and the shampoo was heaven. Did a deep conditioning for only five dollars extra. The blow out was amazing. I looked like a mess going in and left gorgeous. My hair looked so healthy and full and when I shook my head, it pleasantly swung back and forth. Relaxing time and she was not chatty. Totally would do it again. Lucky me they are located 2 minutes from my house!

First time coming to this salon. Came recommended from a friend. Owner Belgica did an outstanding job, she understood and listened exactly for what I asked. She even gave me coffee and treated me like I was an old customer. For the latinas that are looking for a salon that knows how to manage our wavy/curly hair this is the place to go.

Belgica has been my hair stylist for over 12 years. Shes consistent in her craft and the most pleasant person. The other beauticians are good too, so you cant go wrong.

First off I have no issues with the salon itself only with Raquel. I told her what I wanted done on my hair showed her the length and she cut more than what I told her too. She was very rough when washing my hair it felt like her nails were digging in my scalp. When I sat down under the dryer she didn’t set it to the proper heat and I noticed afterwards and when she came and noticed it she tried to blame me for not saying anything when she is the one that works there and should’ve known.

I arrived at 9:04 am and was done by 11 am. Considering the thickness and amount of hair I have this is normal for me. The person I spoke with when I walked in was very helpful, the washing process was a bit strange for reasons I still cant understand. Not sure if I would let this second person wash my hair ever again. However, the third person that took care of me was amazing. From the moment she walked in she had such a great personality and great vibe about her .Im glad she ended up being the one to blow dry my hair. Its been almost 8 months since Ive been to the salon and with the daily wash and go mistreating of my hair, I didnt think she would make it look as great as it does. Rachael (Rakel in Spanish) did an absolute amazing job. She managed to get my curly messy hair to back to the extreamly soft and healthy straight look I needed for this weekend. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will be back time and time again to see you. A bit of advice...they get extreamly packed so dont expect to be taken care of the minute you walk in like many people I saw while I was there. If your in a rush, make an appointment!

I usually dread going to get my hair cut because it never turns out how I expect. Kena did an amazing job listening to what I wanted and doing exactly that. Very skilled stylist and the pricing is fantastic!

Today was my first time at Belgicas. I was pleasantly surprised as I didnt know what to expect. They werent busy so I didnt wait at all. Mio did my hair. She asked me plenty of questions about what I wanted. Service was fast ( I only needed a cut), friendly, professional, and I love my hair. The salon is clean, nicely set up and decorated. I would suggest a little background music. They only had the TV going. Ill definitely be back.

If you don’t mind waiting 4 hours to get your hair blowed out then come here. I came in a Sunday at 12 noon and left at 4 pm!! What a waist of time. Here’s my recommendation to management. Take appointments not just walk ins. This will help you keep long term customers. If you do not change this policy you’ll loose good customers like me that tip very well and come in on a weekly basis. I can’t wait 4 hours for a 30 min blow dry! You guys do a great job,but the stress of sitting for 3 hours just to blow out hair is absolutely horrible. I’ll have to go elsewhere now. So far this is my 4th time here in 4 weeks and I have to say it’s always a super long wait the last 2 weekends I was her from 845 - 230. This is not acceptable.

I had a great experience here a few months ago. I called the day before to make an appointment but I was just told to walk in at any time (Dominican Salons are notorious for walk-ins only and music playing). Just make sure you show up with plenty of time before a scheduled event (give yourself about 3 hours). Its not that youll be waiting for a long time but that it will take that much time to get everything done properly. My hair was bouncy and remained shiny for a good couple of days. I dont get my hair done often but I look forward to coming back here.

Tried to book an appointment for 2 people a day before and was told just to come in. When arrived the next day was greeted by the rudest stylist who was the only one there and had 2 clients waiting and had no empathy for us when I tried to explain that I tried to make an appt so someone would be expecting us. This wasnt the 1st time I had saw some unprofessional behavior there, BUT this is the last. Will never spend my money there again.

Lovely!Please keep in mind, this is a Dominican hair salon, set aside time to be spent there, working with mostly heavy curls, it is normal to take extra time, I ran from the airport on a Saturday and walked out withing 2 hours with gorgeous hair, I am bilingual, they were vey nice, never saw a rude attitude, probably wont be as relaxed in public as it was today but this is not your regular súper clips shop, their work is way more time consuming but at the end, IT WORTH IT, if you are set to go in and look for “the bad” you will definitely find it because NOBODY is “perfect” so for me is a YES, I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know, it’s clean and they do the job well, what the heck else do you need in a Beauty salon? For cheap and fast, go to great clips, for quality, Belgica’s is the way to go to in Orlando! 😉

Worst hair salon for natural hair!!!!! I went in for a simple wash and blow dry and now I need a major haircut! I called and ask prior to my appointment and if they could do my texture hair..... I am never going back nor referring anyone there 😡

Oh my gosh these people are not honest , asjed to know the price, she didnt tell right away saying it depends on how ma ny Oz of Keratin then at the end she charged me 245$ can you believe it, will never go back there again. Good bye !

Love Belgica! Ive been her client for 8 years now. If I didnt live so far I would see her weekly! She knows hair, she uses quality European products, and takes her time with each client. My hair is shiny bouncy and healthy every time I go. As for customer service she and the other stylists are outstanding! They are friendly, kind, attentive, and if they have ever been reluctant to do something I wanted they explain why it would no benefit my hair then give me the option to proceed with my request or not. Like I said, Belgica and her team know hair. I happen to be Afro-Latina, with course dry hair, but you cant tell that when she does it 👏🏻👏🏻. I highly recommend Belgicas salon! 😃

Completely rude. My son just got off a flight and needed a quick trim and politely asked a staff member how long it will be and she did not give him a time and refused him service. DO not work with the general public if you are going to be rude furthermore refusing service is bad for any business. Please learn customer service skills.

I felt like I was there for the whole day waiting but it was all worth it. My hair was trim and healthy afterwards. Its all the way on the other side of town but I dont mind taking a trip because its worth it

This Salon does hair well but dont expect much from the customer service. If you dont speak Spanish the staff here will not be friendly or accommodate you. They do not respect your time either. If you have a request or preference with your hair it is often met with an attitude or reluctance.

Is my first time here. Loved the lady that did my hair. My bad I forgot to ask her name. But she is the lady next to the hair dryers. She was all the time concerned of my comfort and I really liked that.Its my first time here. I loved it, the lady who dried my hair. Too bad I forgot to ask her name, but its the one right next to the hair dryers. He was aware of my comfort the whole time (is the water very cold? Am I burning you?) And I liked that a lot.
