No appointment.Spontaneous walk-in.Saturday afternoon around 3.30.A very confident lady approached me to offer her skills.She cut my hair as I asked her ....Born in 1960 and still have my hair I intend to keep it pretty long. ....My experience was fun. Being 60 and have had my haircut in many different placesI was / am impressed with Ana at this particular Supercut establishment !!!!!

Well I usually dont like to put negative comments on businesses especially when I have come to this business on previous times and they have always done a great job. However the last time I came to cut my hair at 6:51PM and the person in charge refused to cut my hair saying they were done even though The business claims to be open on Saturdays until 7PM. This business practice is unprofessional and should not be tolerated it must be addressed properly.

There is a great stylist there called Andy. I always use him for my son. My son has Autism and requires a true high level professional. I always tip him well. Recently I called to make an appointment with him and a lady told me to come over in 30 minutes to see him. I went there with my son and the lady at the counter said Andy had not taken a break all day (because people request him a lot and not others) and that he couldn’t see me. I told the lady that I had called 30 minutes ago like they said and I arrived just like they wanted me to. Unfortunately Andy had to watch the whole thing happen in front of him and said nothing. Disappointed from the level of professionalism. Great Clips across the street took me right away. Saw a stylist called Tanisha. Tanisha got a $35 tip. She thanks Supercuts and wants Andy to know that they will pay him more to come work there.

I started going to Supercuts nearly 10 years ago. I had a terrible haircut from a different salon. Andie Helped me fix it and immediately earned my trust. Since then, I will not allow anyone to cut my hair, and even travel from Port Orange just to see Andie. Best of the best!

Hannah, my stylist, did exactly what I asked for. Was a walk in and was seated right away.

There is a great stylist there named Andy and he does a great job have had him do my hair for years and he is great if you ever need a great hair cut ask for Andy and he will do amazing job would recommend him any day.

I called ahead to make an appointment. Upon requesting one I was informed that they don’t take appointments and to just walk in... one hour later and several other customers, no one has said anything to me, and I’ve been jumped in line by people who “called ahead.” Unless you have nothing to do with your time and want to wait in a non welcoming lobby, don’t give this place your business.

Great place to have your hair cut done. I had a nice one at this location, it was my first time try Supercuts and I would recommend them. FYI, they don’t use straight razors, and they are not permitted to, so don’t expect line ups etc ... friendly people and great customer service experience.

Anna gave me a fade cut that was just how I liked it. Supercuts tend to always have well-mannered beauticians, but the cuts do not always turn out the way I wanted it. Showing a picture before really helps the beautician.

I had a good experience here. Alfreda did my hair and she was a pleasure to meet. She did a great job on my hair. She is very calm and makes you feel comfortable, asks how you are doing frequently. I explained to her what I wanted and she gave me the best advice and closest result to what my hair would work with concerning color. I love the result and I enjoyed our talk, we laughed alot and had great conversation. Overall she exceeded my expectations to what my hair can take with the light colors. Thanks for taking care of me !!!

Called ahead to find out how long it would be they said 10-15 minutes and put me on the call in list so no one would bump me. Came in and sat for 30 minutes whilst they took two people who checked in after I drove ten minutes and was seated in the building. Completely unprofessional

I wasnt sure what to expect here. I normally go to high-end salons, but after reading good reviews for Vanessa at this location, I gave it a shot. She is fantastic! She took time to understand my needs and showed me several ways to get the most out of my cut, which I really like!I didnt wait long at all after calling ahead of time. The price is very good, especially compared to other high-priced salons in Dr. Phillips.

Excellent for the price! My fiance and I both had Brittany and we are both very pleased! I was very nervous about going to a chain salon but we were displaced from Key West for a couple weeks after Irma and I didnt know what salons in the area to trust. The staff was friendly knowledgeable​ and the cuts we received were great. I would definitely come back next time I am in Orlando!

I went to Vanessa for a hair cut and I am very happy with the turn out! The ends are very even and my hair looks so healthy. I wanted 2 inches off and she nailed the exact length. There wasnt a lot of conversation at first but ending up having a nice conversation as the consultation went on. She even gave me some great hair tie advice. 10/10 would recommend!

I just moved to Orlando and NEEDED a haircut to look for jobs, so I went in today to get fixed up, expecting just a simple fix with nothing special. I walked right in to a chair and got a great haircut from Gigi. I asked her how to do a style that I had seen in pictures that I liked and she did it on me right then and taught me how to do it too! She gave me great product recommendations and was so friendly and fun. Definitely come here if you need a well priced, well done haircut.

To be completely honest, I was nervous about going to Supercuts to get my hair colored. However, I was astounded at the great service and beautiful results! For background, I normally go to a more luxury salon, but they had messed up my hair atrociously two days before my big college interviews! My blonde hair was left tinted green and chopped half-hazardously. So, I decided to swing by this Supercuts the next day to see if they could fix my poor hair. Diane sat me down and offered me a few options, pointing out helpful suggestions, based on what I explained that I wanted. Then, Joan did my hair. It looks beautiful! I went from greenish bleach blonde to a beautiful golden blonde with natural lowlights. It was EXACTLY what I had wanted! She was extremely kind and easy to chat with and she did it all in under an hour and a half. I was astounded with her work, especially when she told me that it was only $100!! For comparison, I had paid $250 for my horror hair (along with horrible service) from this supposed deluxe salon. I will definitely be returning to see Joan when my roots grow out. I cant thank this staff enough for my hair and wonderful experience. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I found everyone there friendly so it hurts me to write a poor review but I have to be honest about my experience. I get the same style at each Supercuts I go to and this was my first time at this location. When it began I immediately knew something was wrong because the stylist was not using the trimmer properly. Every time I have ever gotten a haircut in my life the stylist moves the trimmer vertically in a uniform motion across my head. Except this time. The stylist just roughly swung the trimmer left and right, back and forth, huge bundles of hair just sliding around the back of my head. It was surreal. I hope this is not read as an exaggeration, the stylist literally just swung the trimmer horizontally a few times on the back of my head. I looked around to see if anybody else here saw what was happening. I was not offered a mirror to see the results and I still have not tried to find out. Maybe I just came at a bad time. I am always asked how I want the hairs above my neck trimmed, either rounded or flat, but I was not asked and I just assumed the stylist would decide for me. That did not happen; the hair above my neck is as long as it was when I walked in. The stylist had little caution using the trimmer near my skin and when trimming the hair above my ears the razor painfully grazed the bridge on my ear. A couple more minutes went by with the scissors and the hot towel came. Looking in my reflection I could see the uncut hairs above my neck flying out in both directions and my forehead hair was hardly uniform. At that point I just wanted to leave. I paid $18 for what felt like 5 minutes of carelessness that I could have just done better myself. I always take a quick shower after a haircut to get the remaining little hairs out but this time I spent about 15 minutes gliding my hands over my head gathering clumps of long hairs due to the trimmer episode. My haircut was not as short as expected so I can make it work, and I do not want to identify the stylist because everyone can have a bad day, but I was incredibly disappointed at the level of respect given to customers here. This is a well-known haircut chain and my expectations of it have dropped, especially given the price they charge here. Even now, days later it still hurts to slide my glasses on because of the cut on my ear. Heed caution if your stylist does not display a cosmetician certificate.

Worst haircut of my life. I wish I knew the persons name who cut my hair so I could post it here, however, I do not. She is the black lady who has her septum pierced (the middle of the nose, like a bulls piercing). I have never in my life received such an awful haircut. I know that my hair is difficult to cut due to its odd growth pattern but generally professionals can deal with it. This lady cut it way too short and from the very start made it obvious she had no clue what she was doing. She left me with nothing to work with to the point that I cant go somewhere else to get it fixed. She paid no attention at all to the growth pattern of my hair and just rushed through the whole thing with no attention to detail at all. She didnt cut the parts that needed to be cut and massively over-cut the rest. She is obviously massively inexperienced as she asked way too many questions the entire time and didnt handle my hair even remotely correctly. I have had my hair cut hundreds of times throughout my lifetime and never had someone so obviously not know what theyre doing and leave me with such a disaster on my head which couldnt be farther from what I asked for and cant even be fixed. I even showed her pictures of myself after my last haircut before she started and she still left me with a total mess and I will have to wait for it to grow out before I can even go somewhere that has actual professionals on duty who know what theyre doing.

They dont care if you are busy.. they will take the break whenever they want..tried to call.. they said no appointment..And the only one who knows how to cut your hair is one person.. the man with tattoos.. the rest are bad..

Hair cut was good. Stylist seem aggravated she had to cut my hair. They were all sitting around talking when I walked in. Guess I should have known even the service people have the same stuck up attitude as the rest of the Dr. Phillips area people. The store was clean though.

My wife got a smoking hot faux hawk done by Tiffany ... for $15!!! Way better than the $100+ of the DP competition. Staff was friendly, service was great, the cut was amazing and the price cant be beat.

Im not one that is overly concerned with my hair. I always get a different stylist and they are always consistent. I pretty much go to this location exclusively.

I came here and requested a specific person who my friends told me they had gone too before. They sighed and said fine. As I was waiting, they said she was doing a color and it would be an hour, but I said I would wait, once again, they sighed. 30 min later, I decided Id go ahead and have vanessa cut my hair. She sighed, said fine, then said come back. She cut my hair so rough and quick and when I asked for it to be a lil shorter, she rolled her eyes and sighed AGAIN! The cut was patchy and I ended up having to go to haircuttery across the street to get it fixed! Very unprofessional and rude!

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would.Run from this business!!!This is establishment is only still in business because its in a high tourist area. They are horrible with their customer service and the staff is completely rude. I have only one time had a positive experience with one stylist and was unable to get her again as she was out of the country for 2 weeks. This franchise should be closed down.My hair is long and the layers were cut incorrectly and slanted. I asked for bangs and received one snip of the scissors. They have ruined my hair and they dont take responsibility for it. At the end, the stylist commented that she was getting a small tip. I didnt realize how poorly my hair was done until I went home and washed it. If I had noticed it, there would have been zero tip.

Like others I was a little apprehensive since its a chain but OMG! they did a great job. Brittney cut my youngest daughters hair and it looks great. My daughter thought she was the coolest.Rachael cut my oldest daughters hair into a messy stacked bob and I cant tell you how adorable she looks. Rachael is the first person to actually do what weve asked when it comes to a stacked bob on a person with lots of body and waves to her hair. We actually waited so long since the last stacked bob we tried to get, my daughter was looking a little ragged to be honest. :)Anyway I couldnt be happier. I want the stacked bob now but how embarrassing would that be for a 13 year old girl to have the same haircut as her mom?!

This location is the WORST. I told the shorter Asian lady I wanted very little hair cut, as I am growing my hair out again. Not only was she not capable of cutting my hair to the desired length, she cut far too much off. One side of my head was longer than the other. the back of my neck was uneven, until my wife told her to fix it. One of the hair stylist decided to be rude, and condescending to my wife. She was screaming at her for standing behind me when asked about how the cut looked. We called corporate, and they said it was a franchise location, and they could only pass the feedback to the owner, and that the franchise owner would call us within 24-48 hours. It has been weeks, and no one ever called.It is safe to assume, the franchise owner does not care about his customers. Please do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this horrible establishment. They will ruin your hair, and are far more expensive than they should be, with rude, and incompetent staff. I will be opening a BBB case against this place, and will never be stopping here again.

Worst haircut ever. Told the stylist I wanted a trim...a TRIM...that means just a little: and she went at me like she was choppin wheat! I stopped her and told her she was taking too much off...she paused, and then literally took off an inch and an half off my bangs. The turnover is very high at this store....not worth the money, time or aggravation.

I drive an 18 wheeler, had just gotten home from working two months on the road, was looking to get a hair cut and had no time to make an appointment. I have gotten hair cuts in serveral babershops and salons but this was my first time going to Supercuts, when I walked in I was greeted very politely and I was serve rather quickly, I have waited 20-30mins when I have Walk-in, I must of waited about 5 mins before I was seated in Karas(the stylist) chair, her station was very neat and organize not the usual messiness you see. Kara was very professional she knew exactly what I wanted and gave me great tips, the way she cut my hair didnt feel like it was her job but I saw an artist at work not to brag at all but my hair isnt really a work of art, she took her time and made the whole experience very relaxing. Highly recommended it to come by and give this Supercuts a try, they can do appointments and walk-ins and also starbucks is literally right next to them!

Came here for haircut to my boy and was a horrible! The lady doesnt know how to cut. She doesnt clean after the haircut!! Bad, bad... really bad!

Went here twice with my husband and they are unprofessional and rude!! After paying for 2 haircuts that were done so badly, we will never return to this location again!!
