The workers there a friendly and professional, the lady that gave me a cut is named pasty, I think. Had a nice convo and gave me an amazing haircut. It’s nice to be comfortable and get a hair cut. I highly recommend this place.

Super fast and efficient

My mom and I were walk-in clients. We were seen right away. The stylist are very cordial. The cuts were very basic, do not expect anything fancy or elaborate. Pricing is comparable.

The stylist were nice to talk to and did a great job, especially for the price. It also happens to be walking distance from the house, which is nice.

I have been visiting this place since last 2 years. It used to be nice. Always got nice haircuts. But, since last 2 times, they ruined my hairs. Its still not getting proper 😒. Also, it looks like so many new comers trying on my hair and others. Last time I went, a lady was so rude once I asked simple question, and then I left. I wont go to this place again. Gave it many times and got suffered too. Not again now. Thanks for your past service!

I hadnt had my hair cut professionally in about 2 years and it was time (I have long hair and I get panicky about how some stylists define an inch) Allison was so nice and calming, very personable, and thankfully it was over before i knew it. I took my son here and asked for them to cut 0.5 in the sides and the back and 1 on the top, and when they gave him back to me he was bald, barely any hair on his head, i was very unsatisfied and the lady had no energy to be there. Will not be coming back, no great clips and no great service .

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I am new to Florida, as in moved here last year new, and my first visit here was in January. My second visit was yesterday, and the woman who cut my hair yesterday remembered me! That was so awesome! She was also AMAZING and was so fun to talk to during my cut. I love coming here. Checking in online is so great and the lobby is comfortable and the place smells so great inside. I also love the location, how easy it is to get to from my place. Thank you! Will be back later!

I considered giving a second star because Great Clips, in general, has not failed me until now but I really cant. I have been going to the MetroWest location for about a year. I kept going back because of Kristina. At Christmas time, I bought the $9.99 per cut pre-paid card for ALL OF 2018, 12 cuts total. I dont even know what to do with it anymore because I really dont want to go back. Im not going to lie, Im happy I didnt give a 5 star review even while Kristina was there because I would have to retract it.I came to this store because I live across the street. I kept coming to this store because Kristina is talented and knows what shes doing. I have a disconnected undercut. Even when I came to her for the second time, she remembered the cutter needed is 1.5 and how I like my neck to look. She always made sure the lines were clean and the hair was trimmed away from my ears and most importantly, the trimmed parts that ran along the rest of my long hair were straight and perfect!Heres the scoop... This location screwed Kristina and Im sure a lot of customers are going to be unhappy when they find out she was fired because she actually cared about her customers. She was fired because she spent time with her customers. She was fired because she used her talents. She was fired because apparently Great Clips wants butts in chairs and not actual happy customers.I found this out after I went to this location and left with what looked like my hair lost a fight with the clippers. I didnt even want to tip the woman (who by the way didnt know how to have a conversation so I dont actually know her name) but I know what life working in a tipped position is and I wasnt going to take away from her livelihood. When I got home, my boyfriend has to trim the hair around my ears and at the top of my head because they was an untrimmed line running down the center of my scalp. I literally went on a Facebook hunt to find Kristina so I dont have to deal with such incompetence anymore and I found her! If anyone else is as pissed as I am, contact me. Ill help you find her.I cant wait to see how Great Clips will respond to this. There is no excuse for how she was treated...Pics 1 and 2 show Kristinas attention to detail. The other 2 show the terrible work the other person did.

Lady was nice, we went in right at opening. I told her where I would like the length to be ( multiple times and showed her ) I was donating so we needed to tie my hair back in a ponytail. she had my sister do it. she cut it off, I pulled my hair to the front and it was 4/5 inches SHORTER than I had requested. The cut was too fast, Very Uneven and Choppy, my right side is an inch & a half shorter than the left side. very unhappy and upset with how short and uneven my cut is. :(

For woman - If you like taking a chance how your hair cut will come out go there.For men - this place knows how to buzz cut.I will never go back to this place.

There is no sanitizing of the chairs happening, and the hair of the last person was all around the floor, i am not sure if she even washed her hand before she called my name.so i just left and will NEVER go back there again

Shelby cut and styled my moms hair. My mom being picky and set in her ways lol was able to explain to her what she wanted and she made it happen. I was very pleased with her work and her welcoming personality. Felt like we knew her forever. Will definitely see her each time she needs her hair done again.

I love cominghere because of Christina. She is one of the best and most talented hair stylists. She’s been cutting my son’s hair for over a year. I’ve had others cut his hair, but she is exceptional. She makes an instant connection with children and the haircuts look perfect. I cannot imagine anybody else cutting my son’s hair.

Place is big and clean, just retired from the Army and asked for a High and Tight haircut, was ask what was that, told the person military haircut. Got something similar but not what I asked for. Paid and left. Wont go back again.

She must be out of town and against my better judgement I let another stylist there cut my hair and the back looks like a 5 year old did it. I should have noticed that he never held up the mirror so I could see. I have never officially complained about a haircut online before but my wife saw it from the next room without her glasses and asked what the hell they did to my hair. I wish I could put pix on here to warn people. They should make Kristina schedule public so people can easily tell when it is safe to come and when it will leave you looking like an idiot.

I would give no stars if I had that option! I would never come back to this place EVER! I came in for a simple layered haircut and walked out with butchered hair and nothing was even! I use to get my hair cut by Rahul. I over heard a stylist that works there, mention he was let go because of false accusations. Ive been a long time customer there and out of all the people that worked there, he was their best stylist. It took me so many years to grow out my hair, trust someone with my hair, to then have someone come and butcher it there! I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I advise everyone to do the same if you dont want a jacked up hair cut. Wish I knew where he went because I would definitely follow him!

I asked for a haircut with little hair on the bottom and more hair on the top with no cutting of the sideburns. The lady that did my haircut totally skipped my request of the sideburns and cut them off. Even though rest of the haircut was properly done, she cut a part of my hair I previously told here not to. Im definitely not going to this Great Clips location because I have gotten a bad haircut twice at the MetroWest Plaza Location. I do think The Grove at windermere is a better Great Clips location.

They fired there best Kiki needless to say lost me as a customer she was only person capable of giving you the hair cut experience youd want kristina is the best there I called her to set up a appointment and heard the news but shes great so shes gonna do a house call

I came in here for a quick wash and blow dry. I KNOW better than to go to chain salons. I really should not have made the mistake of trusting one of these cheap, low quality butchers with even the most simple task. Thats on me for not going somewhere better.First off, she used some kind of strong clarifying shampoo on my hair that STRIPPED the most recent layer of dye from my hair, leaving my overall color visibly faded and my roots where my last touchup had been an ugly brassy color. Think the color of a tuba thats been rusting in the back of a band room closet. Quite a feat considering the rest of my hair is brown. And she didnt even do a good job washing it! She barely rinsed it so my hair feels tacky and I have flakes falling out.Did I get an apology for this? No. She didnt say anything and when I tried to she ignored me.Then when she dried my hair she rubbed it vigorously with a towel. No! Thats how you create frizz and breakage! Why would any professional to anything but pat dry with a towel?Once I got back in the chair she proceeded to comb my hair roughly from root to tip in long strokes, creating EVEN MORE BREAKAGE! She seriously pulled a fist-sized clump out of the comb when she was done.Then the blow dry....horrible. She didnt use ANY product in my hair at all. No heat protectant, no oil or anti frizz, leave in conditioner, NOTHING. Just wet hair that didnt have all of the conditioner fully rinsed out and a blow dryer. Im not tender headed, but she was really rough with me. I had to pull my head away constantly to keep her from jerking my neck around, she had the heat on the dryer set too high, and she kept whacking me with the brush.To top it all off, despite the fact that my hair is barely below my shoulders she charged me $48 for a long wash and dry. I was trying so hard not to cry over her destroying my hair and the fact that Im now going to have to pay even more money to fix it that I just handed her my card and got out of there as fast as I could.
