Managers are the worst.... I always they were trained to correct and help to clients and disabled needs not make you bring all the merchandise that pushed with my grocery cart to my apt (2 blocks) then to push it all to Rite Aide again to get adjusted on specials all items that self check out did not honor. I have spinal fusion .... I return all items got a refund ... we’ll be changing my pharmacy and I will never set foot on that rite aide 30th and 1st ave . ONLY ONE BLOCK AWAY BUT I RATHER WALK 10 blocks!!!!!

Specious and with better promotions than other drugstores nearby. The checkout line can be long during the peak hours.

If you want to buy a water here and make your train forget about it! Every time I go here there is one or two people in front of me. And it takes forever. Almost looks like employees are slowing things down purposely, but I can imagine any one would do that, it just feels that way.

Cheapest beer in Midtown. Unfortunately some of the warmest. Very long line during afternoon rush hour but line moves quickly.

The store is okay. Love that I can grab my last minute snacks before I catch my train. The service from the employees is always great. There are two lovely ladies that always help me out. I believe they work during the afternoon. I think their name was Malisa and Desiree. If I spelled them wrong I apologize. However, they are very sweet and always put a smile on my face. Their co workers are great too. Love their sense of humor. I think the only thing that needs work is the manager that is with them at that time. It’s a lady. Have seen her be so rude and non-understanding. All I have to say is that your employees are people too. Do not be ignorant rite aid. Your employees work hard on those long lines.

Had issues with trying to get a prescription from their pharmacy. Probably best to go to another location.

The cashier Nargis is wonderful! I left my coffee cup there the day before and came back in the off chance they hadnt just tossed it and she had kept it for me behind the counter. Lovely surprise as I am perpetually losing them on the train, thank you!

This pharmacy is garbage ive transferred all my rxs from there. they never ordered my medication i had to ASK them to fill it then they said it wouldnt be in for 5 days. I have officially taken all my meds to capsule. way easier. this is how you lose customers

They dont have everything youd expect a regular Rite Aid store to have but it gets the job done. Store size is a fraction of a normal Rite Aid and theres only ONE floor to this store, despite what others have posted.
