If you have a question about what medication to take for a cold, quick google search and save yourself the time. I went to the pharmacist to ask some questions about medications to take for sore throat and congested nose and had to play 20 questions lol. She said to take acetaminophen for sore throat. I asked if that treated congested nose, and she said no, Sudafed can help. Then I asked if Tylenol could treat both sore throat and congested nose and she said no lol. Then I just asked if Dayquil or Nightquil would help and shes like yeah that drug should help with everything. Uhm, why didnt she just suggest that from the beginning? LolNot bashing the pharmacist as she was patient/kind but I could have saved like 3 minutes of my time.

One of the worse Duane Reades I’ve been too. Not the beat selection, hard to find what I was looking for. That said, the pharmacist was incredibly patient and helpful.

It was convenient, very well stocked, clean, helpful staff. I have no complaints.

This organization has the worst communication skills I have ever seen!Most of the information is always wrong.They have been closed due to a small fire.You would think they would keep their Pharmacy customers updated on their reopening status and when you do reach someone they have a sh-ty attitude.

Its a beautiful store for America. I bought sweets as a souvenir. He gave me a bag to divide. (I was told by the cashier that the donation was manageable, but I didnt know what to do there, so I was disappointed in my English ability.)
