I was there to pick up some prints I ordered online on the way to my doctor’s appointment. When I arrived there was a line of people paying. I approached the PHOTO COUNTER to tell the lady Tanisha I was there to pick up photos. Before I can explain my intention, she waved her hand in the air and tell me “go get in line”. I then walk to the end of the line of people paying. That’s when Tanisha yelled from the her position at me, and I was now almost across the store, for my name. I was thinking why didn’t you ask me when I was standing in front of you instead just dismissed me like I’m worth nothing? I didn’t feel comfortable yelling my name across the store so I ignored her at first. But she kept going “yo what is your name” and everyone started looking at me. It was embarrassing and humiliating. Worst Walgreen. Prints were good but the customer service is terrible.

I’m shocked at the negative reviews. I have been going to this location since it opened decades ago and have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. On the contrary, everyone has always been very friendly and helpful.

Christina from this store is very nice, always helpful. I believe she is the store manager. Every time I go to do my couponing she’s always patient and takes her time to do my transactions! Great work. I do make a suggestion, some of the staff can be rude, other than that I visit the store in a weekly basis:)

Horrific customer service. Please save yourself the frustration and do not go to this location.

They had Roblox game cards in stock unlike most stores in Manhattan.

Rude staff. Always issues with photo orders.

The staffs in the store are so rude and unprofessional. The front desk male who worked on 12/14 6pm was so ridiculous. I wanna report him to higher management like seriously. Cant believe that Walgreens has such poor employee training. Be careful, they probably can fill your medicine wrong. Such a mess!
