I feel sorry about the other reviews but my experience was beyond exceptional,I had a 10 am appointment and I’m not a morning person but the the warm welcome and professionalism by staff changed my vibe .Doctor thoroughly explained what she was doing and enlightened me on my nutrition.I would definitely recommend and would love to go back for follow ups .

This office has always not been professional. I have had to have a procedure done here on more than one occasion that was done in the most humiliating way possible. Ill never forget how they have treated me In the exam rooms. What is said at the front desk by the male and female staff is also very improfessional especially the young man that works there. I hate the fact that i have to deal with this office sometimes.

Great experience getting USCG medical. I was taken on time and efficiently went through the medical and drug testing process. They were knowledgeable of the procedure and answered all of my questions.

I came here for a pre-employment test. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the phlebotomist seemed nervous and had a hard time drawing my blood.

Been here at least 3 times to do my uscg medicals and drug testing for either mmc renewal or for and upgrade paperwork. Never had and issue, especially when your all squared away. Im always in and out. Not sure what some of these others folks issues are. Dr is great, the male secretary in the front was very professional.

Ive been here for over two hours waiting for a random drug test. Guy next to me had been there since open and still hadnt been seen. Staff didnt seem to be in a huge rush. No explanations given. Would not recommend under any condition.

The entire staff from the front office to Dr Gandelman were great. It was very easy to make the appointment, the office sent a reminder and I was seen within minutes of walking in the door. I highly recommend this office to anyone who would benefit from their services.

This place is Extremely disorganized. I give zero stars. I had waited 4 hours for a PFT which normally takes less than 1.5 hours. I would have waited more. I finally had enough and started to question what type of intake system they had where anyone just comes in and gets seen by the NP and others wait for hours and hours. The place has inadequate air conditioning and all of their medical staff are new due to their high turnover rate. Extremely disorganized and the admin staff are highly rude.

I recommend them for anyone wanting to get something done. They help me print a form, since I was missing a page. Very friendly to me.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!Long story short: They were disorganized, under prepared, not well trained and I ended up passing out and hitting the floor during getting my blood drawn.*Long story with details below*I as sent here by my employer to have a pre-employment medical examination done. Upon arrival the front desk lady seemed very friendly and gave me the necessary paperwork to fill out. I filled it out and waited to be called. Once I was called it was apparent that things seemed to be disorganized as the lady who would do my exam could not find the scale to weigh me. It had been moved to a different room and some of the workers expressed their frustration to their coworkers about this in front of me. I didnt think much of this; however, it was soon that I realized the lady doing my exam was VERY unsure of what she was doing and seemed very new. Still I was nice and considerate. She brought me into a room for one of the exams but didnt have the neccessary tools available to complete the exam. So from there she said we will do a different test first (not telling me which one). It was the blood test which I figured out on my own after seeing the syringes in the room (would have been nice to be informed first considering I dont do well with blood, but I went along with it). She began to prep everything without saying much at all to me. Once she got the needle in my arm I was fine since I was looking away and mentally prepared myself. However, next I hear her say oh shoot and she pulls the needle out. At this point I become very lightheaded, hot and pale. I ask her if they have crackers around because I dont deal with blood well. She didnt really answer me. Then I tell her I need to put my head between my legs to get the blood flowing so I can feel better. All of the sudden the next thing I know, Im waking up on the floor not knowing where I am and covered in sweat hearing people say Miss, Miss are you okay. Apparently I had passed out and knocked my knee as I observed that the skin was broken. They immediately gave me water and orange juice to help me feel better. I heard the lady who drew blood from me say, yeah she just slipped out of the chair. Another lady responded Did anyone tell you she was fasting for this exam? The lady doing my exam replied No. And they asked if she had asked me that which she did not. Like ,WHAT?!?! You dont tell your assistance pertinent information before examinations? CRAZY! Eventually they brought me to another room to lay down until I felt better. Finally I was feeling well again and they had to draw blood for real this time since the first time was messed up. Of course I was so nervous, but it worked this time and I got through it. After this the rest of the exam was quite disorganized. The headphones for the hearing exam didnt work for one ear so the lady asked if I was deaf in my right ear. Ummm, not to my knowledge I responded (way to freak me out lady!). Next when measuring me she got the ruler stuck in my hair... At this point I was like okay get me the hell out of here, but I still had to wait to see the doctor. I finally saw the PA and she was very nice, considerate, and to seemed to be very knowledgable which calmed my nerves. She completed my exam and I left swearing never to return again as it was negative experience. Granted I dont do well with blood and Ive known this about myself for years, but because of that Ive learned how to make sure Im okay and prep myself. Never before have I ever passed out from shots or drawing blood. I was just very shocked at how unprepared the lady who did my medical exam seemed to be. Maybe she wasnt trained by her company well enough? Who knows. Hopefully no one else has this same experience.
