Absolutely horrible. Botched labwork-- twice within 2 weeks. Delayed customer service times. Systems that dont talk to one another-- and constant Im sorry responses with basically no resolutions. Make no mistake-- One Medical is looking to fatten their bottom line vs. truly care for their patients (ie, PAYING MEMBERS).

Everyone here is so nice and seems to genuinely like their job, which is why I have kept going to one medical for 3 years. Thanks to dr Paul and nurse Jen and all the rest of the team for the great care you provide

I struggle whether or not to write this review, because I dont want this gem to be discovered by the masses. However, when something is great - it is great. Everyone deserves medical care that is professional, thorough, and comforting by providers that exhibit confidence. Some reviews state that they appear too ready to refer patients to specialists. I recognize that many of the providers are in family practice and dont have extensive knowledge of specific types of illnesses and injuries - and I am thankful that they recognize the limits of their own knowledge and are willing to suggest a referral. The issue Ive had with most medical offices in NYC is the non-professional staff (secretaries, assistants, reception, etc.). The practice had a INCREDIBLY friendly receptionist who welcomed me to the office and assisted me with all forms. As I left, I was told that if I had any questions or billing issues to contact them and they would help me sort it out. The provider was willing to answer any and all questions. I know I am a difficult and demanding patient, but they met all of my expectations.

One Medical makes my life so much easier. Beautiful, clean offices, 0-5 mins (max) wait time, a great, easy to use app. Definitely lands itself in my top 5 things Im happy to pay for.

They happily take your membership money and then never have any available drs. My General Dr isn’t for over a month. Why pay 200 for that ?????

I have visited One Medical a couple of times and unfortunately my experience couldnt be more negative. I visited them for my annual exam since my primary doctor is on maternity leave, and I was hoping to count on them until my doctor comes back; however after two visits translated into plenty of issues, I have definitely changed my mind. Not even for an emergency! My visit translated into 2 different invoices that I am still trying to resolve with them (its been 2 months since I visited their office.) After I send them a reminder about this issue 2 weeks ago, they took a week to get back to me about just one of the invoices, and more so they provided me with the information that I have originally provide to them on this matter. They didnt even bother to mention any update as for the second invoice. Overall, the feeling I have after dealing with them is that they are the fast-food of medical services. They are not reliable, knowledgable nor caring. I am glad that all I used them for was for an annual exam and to get a medical form filled. My recommendation is to avoid dealing with them if possible.

Look, healthcare in the U.S.A. is what it is. Im fortunate to be able to have access to this level of healthcare because it is head and shoulders above all of my previous experiences with healthcare providers.The ease, convenience, and quality are all 5 star and I actually like my primary care physician. Their video medicine feature actually made a big difference when I had an actual emergency over the summer.One Medical is the best!!!

This was my first experience with One Medical, and I love it. I have an appointment with Dr. Paul Stabile, and I highly recommend him.

Once you join One Medical you will never go back to a regular doctors office ever again! They always make you feel like a VIP. Simply awesome customer experience.
