If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the most disorganized doctors office I’ve ever been to. I’ve always had to wait at least an hour and a half for each appointment I’ve had. I don’t know if it’s cause the doctor is always running late or incompetence of the entire staff. The staff doesn’t seem to care, as they are just talking in their offices and never tell you why things are running late. I’m changing primary care after today. It’s just ridiculous and unprofessional!!

After being a patient for more than 25 years when Dr pignanelli started and had an small office now most the incompetents staff are so arrogant and rude and not helpful at all. Now I decide to look for another primary Doctor. I hope Dr Pignanelli read this review. It is a nightmare dealing with the staff and to get an appointment.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SPECIALLY NOW THAT I NEED ASSISTANCE AFTER HAD COVID-19 AND THEY IGNORED ME. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with the staff.

I encourage everyone to visit this practice if in need of a primary care. The wait time to see the doctor is a bit long but is worth the wait. The staff is pleasant and super friendly and the doctors are incredibly knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice to any family and friends!

Ive never written a review for anything in my life but felt it was necessary because of the abysmal service at this clinic. I have been here multiple times and every visit:1. The staff have been extremely unprofessional. They spend most of their time on their phones and cant seem to answer simple questions nor know what is going on. I am asked the same questions repeatedly due to inattention.2. I have had to wait HOURS after making an appointment. Making an appointment is futile at this location.3. I have seen PHI openly laying around (protected health information of OTHER patients - which is utterly unacceptable).I first visited in December for a medical issue. It is February and it has still not been resolved. I will not be returning, and would give this place zero stars if it was possible.

Dr Pignaneli is one the best doctors in nyc. As usual, there is a minor wait to be seen initially. But The whole team compensates for it. The Office staff is caring and attentive. They make sure all your needs are resolved before you leave. I will never switch doctors.

First the wait is about 2 hours, and just to pick up the results is 1 hour or so,Second, the lady who was gonna do my blood work was opening the scalp vein set (butterfly) without gloves and wearing acrylic nails, I told her she should be wearing gloves before opening the butterfly she said is not necessary really, yes its necessary it can cause crossed contamination, its your safety and the patients safetyNot coming back

I am a new client to this Medical office. From the time I arrived for my medical appointment to the time I left I spent 2hr 45min. The practice is accustomed to servicing mostly HMO clientele so the doctors serve as Primary physicians. Although my insurance does not require that I have a primary physician I found the services adequate for my needs. The preliminary exam rooms are cramped but you only spend 15 minutes in the room while they get your basic biometrics (temp, weight, height , etc.). All the data is electronically stored and accessible by all staff and doctors at the practice. I can tell the staff is young, learning and quite friendly and the doctors are very competent.Note that this office is for preventive care and non-emergency examinations; scheduling an appointment is highly recommended.

I DO NOT recommend this Medical office, the employees DO NOT know whats going on, theyre all confused and cannot assist the patients correctly. You get an appointment time then have to sit there practically all day. The employees are always on their Cell phones and/or socializing. I noticed a lot of patients getting upset with the staff at the front desk due to lack of knowledge. High risk patients DO NOT get priority or accommodate appointments. Pharmacies never receive your prescriptions electronically sent, or the prescriptions are always screwed up!!!

Management and employees needs sensitivity training to provide better servise. Employees are all confused when it comes time to resolve issues with patients. They are very disrespectful and rude when patients are asking for simple questions...how many people in front of me? Why it is taking so long to see the doctor? My mother waited 3 hour to be seen by the doctor. They need to be remembered who’s paying their bills...

Dr Pignanelli is a high qualified MD with an impressive professional skills and a nice human attitude.And the Amsterdam Medical Practice is without doubt the best medical site in the zone.I strong recommended the practice of Doctor Pignanelli.

I never seen a doctors office that is more confused lost and has nothing but stupid dumb females who are beyond stupid. Idk whos more dumb the manger or the employees. Its so sad . This place should be closed down

Unhelpful staff, serious lack of communication. I was charged for lab work I never agreed to. If you are looking for a practice to complete visa work do not come here!

Dr. Pignanelli is very knowledgable and well qualified, his service was efficient and on point. The staff can use some improvement but overall I am content with my experience.

This place should be shut down.The workers are a bunch of airheads, dont know whats going on and the doctors have the patients waiting hours as if they do not have an appointment at a set time.Ps I was going to rate it zero stars but Google doesnt let me post the review without a rate

My mother-in-law waited 2 hours to be checked by their head Doctor. The staff is rude, the service is terrible. They should send inspectors to this place. I feel they should shut them down.

They made me waste a lot of time with some immigration examinations, the receptionists tried to be rude but I did not leave, they do not respect your time DO NOT DO YOUR ANALYSIS HERE, I went two weeks in advance they are not responsible they make you waste your time even if you have to to work.

My family stopped going to that clinic because they are arrogant and have no respect for their patients and from those who pick up the phone to management they are good for nothing. They can never make an appointment even though people are dying and it is not worth going to that idiot clinic

Hi everyone ! To be my first time at this clinic of Dr. Pignanelli, I was hooked, Ive tried other places where doctors do not indicate that requires your case studies and sales equal or worse than you came in. Not here ! I felt loved, I felt the doctor was interested in me and settled the reason for my visit. I control blood tests, urine and other important studies to determine what affected me, and I could see the results of studies in a few days. Thanks to you my health improved very fast. It is an abuse that they have with the elderly, they treat them very badly, Doctor Pinaneli should give them intensive training in customer services so that they learn to give a better service.

The doctors do not arrive on time & when you are tired of waiting that they finally arrive they last a long time to assist you, Besides they say that on such a day you are going to look for the results & when they are not even ready & they set another date for you 🖓
