I am incredibly happy that I received my COVID vaccine at The Nest. Each employee went above and beyond their role and responsibility. They (administrative staff, nurses and doctors) were very warm and welcoming. They made sure that everyone was comfortable and at ease, while also maintaining a smooth and efficient vaccination process. They even made sure that everyone was seated! I truly was in awe.Thank you The Nest for all that youre doing to keep us safe and get us, New Yorkers, vaccinated!

I love the convenience of this place but a number of years ago my therapist disappeared. Everyone otherwise, including him, is very accommodating. I recommend this place. My vaccine took no time but getting on the list was trying.

This place is a pretty amazing resource; not just for medical services, but for helping you connect to community resources you need, exactly when you need them. I came here at one of the toughest times in my life, and they helped me navigate the system, signing me up for coverage as well as all of the services Id come to qualify for. Also, because they have an open-door policy, when I had a lapse in coverage, or the insurance I did have was churning out strange bills, services never stopped and they usually worked as a mediator. I get almost all services here now; not just b/c of convenience, but b/c of the care and trust Im familiar with at The Nest and w/ their staff. You can expect a reminder call for every appt, most address you by name, and though there may be a wait for some services more than others, depending on the dr(come extra early for dentistry), it just makes it that much more obvious - esp since all that happened this summer - how needed community resources like these are ran thin, and would greatly benefit from redirected funding!

My daughter and I received the vaccine yesterday at the Nest - Harlem United. The experience was awesome: tightly packed to the smallest safety and efficacy detail. The staff are courteous, empathetic knowledgeable professionals. From registration to vitals taking pre and post vaccination and t administering the vaccine, the process is efficient smooth and highly professional. We were out in about an hour (was a busy Sat morning;) and they made sure we were scheduled to the 2nd vaccine shot in the recommended period.A huge kudos and a heartfelt Thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Nest to remaining the frontline risking your lives to safe us, the soMany. You provided my daughter and I with the confidence and a deep sigh of relief that the end of this horrible pandemic is near. How bless you and your your families; Stay safe and healthy.

This place is great for giving the vaccine to people. However, when trying to get in contact with someone and waited for 2 hours and 16 minutes. I just gave up. I went inside and some of the workers were disrespectful. The Nurse was yelling at some elderly people that didnt even look for their required documents.

This place is AMAZING!! They have a large variety of services offered, such as Primary Care, Mental Health, Dentistry, OB/GYN, addiction support services, and many (MANY!) other specialty services!! The best part, ALL IN ONE LOCATION!!! Very conveniently located near the 135th 2/3 train station (with an elevator, so it is accessible for all!). The staff take take their time and LISTEN, really listen, so the patients needs are met and people feel like someone actually cares. The doctors are amazing and understanding...you are not rushed in and out, and the wait is really not that long, considering you will get to spend more than 2 minutes with the doctor when it is your turn to be seen!! The final very best part...the staff does not judge...there is no STIGMA attached with the services given. Thank God for this place!! ***They also have the COVID 19 vaccine!! ***

I have come here 3 times. The staff are all friendly and the doctors seem competent. However each time I’m here (with an appointment!), the wait time is AT LEAST 1.5- 2 hours. I thought the first few times may have been a fluke. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I had to start working on the days that I was seeing my therapist and I cannot get anybody on the phone to respond to my call to make a new appointment . Id give it one Stars except the therapist was decent. No one is picking up the phones for me to reschedule and make a new appointment. I did receive one message from my therapist, she gave me her extension and that message box is full. Also in the waiting room their Communication System doesnt tell the therapist that somebody is out front waiting.I even sent a letter by regular mail to my therapist at the agency. That was probably two weeks ago I did not hear back. I left all my contact information in that letter.I find it so odd that no one saw that I wasnt showing up to appointments and no one has followed up except for that one therapist who gave me a number where I couldnt reach her. How odd that the therapist didnt even know that her own message box was full. And that no one got that letter in the mail to give to the therapist.Im going to change my two star rating and give Harlem Nest a 1-star after reading this. Because this is ridiculous. Fortunately I dont have big problems but if someone had seriousness issues such as being suicidal or needing medication -- this could be deadly for them.

I love Harlem Nest. Ive gone for their dental services and primary care services and both experiences were exceptional. The doctors are attentive and informative and thorough. My every complaint was addressed. The staff and everyone who works here is very upbeat and friendly. You can tell everyone loves their jobs here, no attitudes or anything. Id recommend this facility.

Anytime you call its at least a 15 min wait and then someone will answer, transfer you and half the time the call drops. The doctors and everyone there are good but they need to actually answer their phone.

I was ten minutes early to my appointment and taken in to have my vitals taken 40 minutes late. I had to leave before the doctor came in because all I had budgeted was 45 minutes as all I needed was a short conversation, some questions answered. The assistant who took my vitals was great but had to ask me questions from memory because the system was down(?!). When the assistant informed the doctor I had to leave, the doctor said it was alright if I had to reschedule. I did nothing wrong and required no permission to leave or reschedule, but I insist its not alright to be so behind schedule when people have lives to attend to. This was the infectious disease doctor--how irresponsible to not take more care when offering a vital service to folks who are trying to manage their health and thereby the health of those around them. My time was wasted, and I will avoid this practice in the future.

Horrible experience and I would not recommend anybody go to the 133rd location for dental. I sat there from 830 am to 9am with very little interaction from the Male at the reception desk. My appointment was at 9am and the only thing I was told was that staff are on their way. Unacceptable for people who carry such a great status. I would not return ever!!!

This was my first time seeing a new dentist in years and overall is was not a great experience. I came in as a walk-in, and the dental assistant was very rough while doing the X rays. In my opinion if you see a patient is uncomfortable the proper approach should be to talk them through whats happening instead of giving them a pep talk saying that itll be over soon. The whole process felt very rushed and I felt more like a number than a patient. The doctor came in and introduced himself, but spent at most 5 minutes with me. Most of the times was spent with the doctor looking at my teeth and yelling out codes to the assistant. I assume the codes corresponded to what teeth needed to be filled etc. I guess if youre in a pinch maybe this place is right for you, but I rather go to an office that takes their time with patients and properly explains treatment plans to them.

This experience was specifically for Doctor Pamela Mamoud. I have BV and I know thats what I have because Ive gotten it several times. I usually go to Planned Parenthood see the doctor get a quick test, perhaps a pap smear, get tested for all STIs, get my medication and leave. Its a lengthy process there but super thorough. Im surprised at how bad this experience was in stark contrast to Planned Parenthood. I came told the MD and Nurse why I was there. I got my pap, which was the most painful pap smear Ive ever had. Ive never bleed before but I bleed for two days afterward. She was not gentle at all and basically assaulted my cervix. Even when i expressed that is was extremely painful she just said its almost over. After that she was done. She never inuired to whether I wanted to be tested for STIs or anything. Which should have been standard being that BV can present like other STIs. I never got a prescription for BV which she could have tested for via PH right then but didnt. I had to go home and wait several days without a call or a prescription. I ended up just going back to Planned Parenthood a few days later and got everything I needed. What I waste. I wont be returning for womens health, atleast not to her. Doctor Kang is wonderful but wasnt available that day.
