Visited on 5/4/2021 for a 1:40pm rapid Covid test (which was INCREDIBLY easy to book online, so were already off to a flying start]. Everyone I met in the building was warm, welcoming and clear with directions: where to go, who to see, what to do, next steps etc. Shiiiiiid, if every government office ran the way this one does wed be living in the year 2600 already. Bravo to all staff.
