They give you an appointment 3 month later from the date you called. They dont call with test results. They have taken over a month to get results send via mail.The front desk is rude and obviously not morning people.There is a doctor there that I like, Dr Braza. When I have seen her. Shes to the point, and answers any questions needed. And sends you on your way. Quick and sufficient.

Doctor Lopez took my 4 tubes of my blood and said he was going to call me and send a letter with results. I waited 1 month and never got the results or a call. DONT GO TO THIS SETTLEMENT HEALTH. I even went in person today and they made me wait 40 minutes just to tell me they are going to call me or write a letter. Every one their seems to just want a paycheck and they dont care about peoples health.

WOW! This place is full of excuses, feel sorry for the receptionists that have to lie for management. For 3 weeks i have called to schedule corvid test, 16 calls total. - we not doing because its cold, (understandable), -call tomorrow schedule will open up call in the morning, -hi good morning, you had to call yesterday afternoon, - Im sorry we only doing testing wed and Thursday you have to call the day b4 to schedule, -we not doing test its to cold outside, schedule will open Monday for sure please call in the morning, -call in the afternoon, sorry the schedule opens tomorrow. IT IS AMAZING the contradiction, the lies, ask to speak to management, good luck, leave a message we get back to you. it is a-shame, Better management and coordination in testing. Place look beautiful but reality is when you walk through the doors. With the $ this place makes, you think they can get it together. good luck seeing a doctor, as well, hour wait. POINT Have a better system for corvid scheduling and testing, invest.

Today was the worst experience Ive had since going there , I asked my nurse if it was ok for me to retake a urine test because it was lefted unattended in the bathroom even when I existed the facility a few days ago,she basically told me I cant and whatever results I get was mines, than she was reading out the information from the computer and I told her it was all wrong but she wouldnt listen to me at all. Instead of listening to my concerns she ignored everything I was saying

This was a horrible public testing experience. It was clear that none of the workers cared for your health at all along with the uncleanliness that they displayed in using the same chair and testing objects with no cleaning for 10 people straight

Great staff very clean. The Nurses have such beautiful personality.The elder women in the back has to work on her nasty attitude 7 out of 10 times she is very nasty! My Childrens Doctor is great she works with all my children. They love the Doctor as well.

Love Dr. John. She takes good care of my grandson. Makes me feel comfortable and answers any questions I ask. Most places wont acknowledge the grandparent. Her assistant is very sweet. Now she is taking care of my 2nd grandson. Great doctor

I have a good relationship with my doctors

What can i say the only reason i bring my kid is because i really like the qualify that Dr Abelman gives my kid. Now for the staff i dont know what is up with them why are they so miserable i mean if they dont like their job why you just quit!!! I know it can be stressful like any other job. They do their job with such a nasty attitude always when they check you in is like they are doing you a favor. And if you happen to dislike their attitude they will make sure you wait a long time. Specially they guy that is in the pediatrics well all of the people that are in reception area like does the. Person in charge not notice this. Its a shame people come here because we are in the community we live here and is a service for the community.

This is by far the most unprofessional place I have every witnessed! I’ve been waiting for a month for the doctor to fill out my physical form and Doctor John Poff the Medical Doctor always misplaced my forms and always had my agency fax over my information several times! I have never heard of a clinic that misplaced urine and personal files!! Doctor John Poff the Medical Doctor was extremely rude to me and kept walking away from me while I was trying to speak to him! And gave me so much horrible attitude and told me “I can go to another place”. Also the medical Assistants kept providing incorrect information and telling my my physical was filled out and after traveling from West Harlem I come and and I was told that it was never filled out! when I spoke to a supervisor she said “that’s the medical Assistants fault not mine” this was highly unbelievable!! Worst place ever!!!!

Valerie Mercado is extremely sweet and helpful. The rest of the staff were also very sweet and attentive. I know sometimes there is a bit of a wait but I expect it in a clinic.

They take very long time to call. The front desk sometime register you, but forget to put you in the system. Thus, you wait longer because your name is not the file. Similar happened to me 3 times. I waited for 1 hour 30 minutes, then I asked the front desk. He said I will be called. Waited another 40 minutes. Asked another nurse, she said she does not see my name on the system. Then, another 30 minutes later, they called my daughter name. It took 2 hour 10 minutes. Unfortunately, my baby became very cranky for the long wait..After called by nurse and checked vital. Another 40 minutes wait for the doctor. Unbelievable, very bad service and I am paying out of my pocket. My daughter was very sick, if not I wouldve left the place. This is my last visit, I will be going to Mount Sinai Clinque.

Im still waiting for a phone call to recieve an answer for the doctor about to get a shot that I need as requirement to enjoy in the college today exactly are 3 weeks. And my last day to give the immunization record to the college is the next 29 Thats a good service right. ??

Dont waste your time with this place. The doctors are never there, appointments are almost always months away and nobody ever answers their phone. I changed mine and my daughters pcp as of today

Doctors and staff are great. Its the long wait times on the phone that gives it 2 stars. Im on hold right now for 24 minutes trying to refill my daughters asthma prescription and this is ridiculous. They never bothered with the phones and when you go in person your wait time can be 30 min to an hour and half even with an appointment

Over the years the clinic have gone through some changes with the facililty and staff. Today took the cake. I arrive early enough to register new information like insurance and personal info. This idiot behind desk failed to check me in after sitting there for over an hour. Then proceed to say we can be seen at 2pm since the doc is on lunch. He should not be working in this clinic if he doesnt care about his performance. Other patients had to wait to be checked in because he was never at his post. You can hear the laughing and conversation between coworkers at the other stations. He had to be cued whenever a patient wanted to check in. I refuse to return to this clinic after coming here for 15 years.

Horrible! It used to be a great clinic 10 years ago or so. The service is sloooooowwwwww, I dont know if theyre understaffed or something because the phone is rarely answered, Im actually on the phone right now and it has been 15 minutes on hold. When you go to the clinic you often wait to be seen on average about 1-2 hours after you register (even with an appointment). If you need paper work it takes forever, twice they have completely forgotten about my papers and Ive had to go in person to re-request them. Dont bother with this clinic. The nurses and doctors are good though and even the administrative staff is really nice place is very clean also but they are slooooowwwwwww.

Every time my mom comes here Ms. Alexa Bozek never take cares of her. She constantly fails to tell my mom what’s wrong with her and she is very inconsistent. All she does is check blood pressure without doing the rest of her job. She needs to be fired if she is not going to do her full job. She gets paid to do her job fully not half.

Went in for a walk in at the GYN clinic. Arrived early as I didnt have an appointment. Clinic opens at 8:30am was registering by 8:45. Waited about an hour, as the two women that were there with appointment were called in. No one else in the waiting room and still was not called. I finally tell the receptionist when will I be called and she looks in the computer and said Oh you a walk in. Like she didnt registered me an hour before that. So she tells me there no walk in nurse on the floor I ll have to wait until the two people that are being seen come out. I said ok. So waited about another hour. The a nurse calls me in for triage. She then has me sit in a room for another 45 min. She then comes in to tell me that she needs to give me an appointment cause the doctor cant see me. Really worse place ever.! Almost 3 hours to tell me they cant see me.

It used to be a great clinic but now the waiting time on hold takes forever! Last week Ive waiter for 40 minutes, ended up hanging up. I am calling now and after 30 mins of waiting on hold I get hung up. This is really a disaster! I am calling to get a prescription refill. Bad, bad, bad.

Me an my 2kids an grand daughter have our doctors here how ever two weeks ago my 10 month or grand daughter had diarrhea that it travel on her clothes an on her car seat so I took the baby an the car seat into the bathroom I clean the baby an her seat I had nothing to dry the car seat but with paper towels why did the security guard with the bun said if I had an appt tryin to be nosey of what I was doing how ever I did explain to her but she said I could wait there unless had an appointment I was like thats not true cus this is not the first time I waited then she lied an that they called her making complains an I look at her an told her she was lyin cus I watch her ash walked into my conversation tryin to be nosey what I said to the receptionist then she came with that story I hate liars at that she put us out in the rain then want to come back an apologized she mad cus I told one of the case managers

This used to be my go to clinic sunve i was pregnant of both of my children. Now you cant see the doctor even if the child is sick .my child was sick I called she told me to walk in I was waiting for almost 3 in a half hours to be seen .my son 5 th birthday is approaching and they aerent able to give him shots til january but his school is requesting them before then .the customer service is terrible you wait on hold for more then a hour to reach the operator .Iam changing my children clinic today .

The service is very slow, and all patient are treated like second hand citizens.. you have to be dying to get help and i have a child with a disorder that the doctor didnt bother looking for until it was dealt with in the er... do not go there if you can afford to go to another place.. if not, please question everything, they will dismiss you like garbage.

The service in this clinic is extremely slow. I cant generalize the staff and state they are all far from warm and approachable but the majority of the arent.

Poor service, wait time is horrendous then when someone comes in the phone , the caller disconnects. So the majority of the time I end up in person because they fail to provide customer service. To bad I cant rate a zero!
