Loved my visit here! I didn’t have to wait long for my exam and I had a great experience with Dr. Albin. She took time to build rapport with me before my exam and was extremely personable. She was thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. Her assistant Lilly was great as well! I was also really impressed with the dental technology she used. I’m so glad I was referred to this office.

Dr. Bergman and staff are incredible! My husband and I were new patients last month and both thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location is clean and comfortable. They use the latest dental technology to make it a smooth and quick process. Highly recommend making this place your dental home!

Omg!! These ladies are the sweetest and on top of it. I don’t really like going to the dentist and since being new in Nebraska I was having a hard time choosing a dentist that’s affordable. When scheduling the appointment on the phone called an hour before they close and I had a good experience (I had an emergency situation) and scheduled for the following morning first thing. Went in for my appointment and the ladies in the front desk were so nice and the place was spotless and very pretty. I felt very comfortable during my visit and the dentist assistant was very professional and nice. The dentist was caring and very informative. Ended up being sent to a surgery center and while she was explaining what was wrong with my tooth they were already scheduling and dealing with the appointment to get me in as soon as possible. Do not hesitate on choosing them, very efficient, personable and reasonable prices. Thank you ladies for the excellent care. PS. I didn’t mention names because I was in so much pain I didn’t catch any names but I’m sure the whole staff is just as nice.

My kids and I had a few wonderful visits with Dr. Christine. Her and her staff were very accommodating with my children, who are seven and four years old. We were very comfortable and were treated amazing! Dr. Christine and her staff offered a fleece blanket and aromatherapy during our cleanings. VERY COMFORTING!! I was very impressed with her ability to alter and adjust her treatment plan in a quick manner, as I was wanting all of my metal fillings removed. I felt very safe and comfortable with her facility and their ability to keep everyone safe while removing them. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Christine and her staff at South Lincoln family dentistry more for kids and adults.

I was seen by Dr. Bergman at this office. It was my first dentist visit in a LOT of years. I didnt get any lectures or feel bad after the visit. Very straight-forward on what I needed to do moving forward. So glad I got the worrying off my chest. Loved the headphones and TV in the room, very nice touch. I felt cared for, and at ease even after putting it off for so long.

Super great experience. Really happy with the dental hygienist I saw as well as Dr. Bergman. They both had warm and kind energies. The receptionist staff was very friendly and helpful. They contacted my insurance company and broke every cost down while offering multiple payment plan options. This info was ready when I finished the appointment. The transparency is rare and greatly appreciated. Clean new office. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so nice! I can’t stress enough how much I care about the environment anywhere I go. Not only were they the nicest office they were very knowledgeable, attentive and Dr. Bergman gave me many solutions to a problem I didn’t know I had more than one option for. She was fun to talk to too. The administrative assistants knew everything about insurance and quotes and were ready to answer any questions I had. They’re involved in the community and the communities youth and are just all around nice to work with.

Have had good experiences in the past, but having a dental emergency and seeing the website say there is someone on-call 24/7 to answer the emergency line to have your calls go unanswered multiple times over a decent span of time is far from a good experience

Dr. Bergman is absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, no matter where I live. She made me feel extremely comfortable and didn’t pressure me one bit about all the work I have to get done. I more than highly recommend her and this office.

My time spent at the South Lincoln Family Dentistry was well spent. The Dentist was very thorough. She took her time with me and she was very gentle. At the end she explained what work I need done and assured me that the would work in the best way to get it done. Also, the staff was very kind and pleasant.

I struggled with eating disorders through out my teens and 20s.Without going into detail, lets just say I avoided the dentist at all costs.With hard work, I recovered and found myself pregnant with my first child. Pregnancy can take a ton out of your teeth to give to baby, the nutrients they need if you dont have adequate vitamins and minerals. I struggled with my image again after I had my child.I went to my old dentist and he made me feel absolutely horrible.Today was my first experience back at a dentists office. My nerves have been on edge since I made the appointment, just because I was scared about what damage I had done to my teeth.I went in today and immediately found myself surrounded by the kindest, most compassionate team I could ever have hoped for.I didnt have as many problems as I thought I would have and am actually excited to come back to visit with dr. Bergman! I cant believe I had the honor of meeting such a nice, bubbly, compassionate, and nurturing dentist!!!! I am completely blown away by the care this office gives. The kindness they provide will have you finding yourself in great hands at every visit! Please, if you are afraid of going to the dentist for reasons you keep to yourself, look no further than here. Our entire family is going to go here and its a beautiful office. Brand new! They are safe, reassuring, and I am so privileged to be a part of this place!Thank you for reading this. Came to South Lincoln Family Dentistry after my normal dentist couldn’t fit me on for months when I missed my appointment, I had only intended to visit once then go back to my normal dentist as I don’t live in Lincoln. After my first experience I made the decision to make this office my permanent location. The ladies at the front desk are so kind and make sure to tell you ahead of time what to expect for payments after insurance during your next visit.The dentist told me she would not charge me for X-rays as I was worried about the cost due to having them done 7 months prior from my hometown dentist. When I came back for what I thought was going to be a deep cleaning and some cavity work, the dentist told me she spoke with other dentists at other offices to get feedback on the best route for my case. She advised me she wanted me make sure I was getting the best care and not give too much work if it wasn’t necessary. She walked me through everything she was doing as she did it and made sure I felt no pain throughout the entire procedure.During the cavity work, the dentist (I cannot remember her name) and assistant worked together as a great team and maintained great professionalism the whole time. I cannot begin to express my gratitude towards this office for my first and second time experiences. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dental office. 5 stars in my book and I look forward to working with this location in the future.

I had avoided going to the dentist for nearly 11 years I was not only extremely embarrassed, I was also fearful. Having had a previously frightening experience as a teen I had convinced myself I could do without it. Years of neglect started to fade my once radiant smile & as you could probably of guessed started to take toll on my emotional and physical health. My husband graciously found me Dr. Bergman & tested her out first. He was so impressed by her & insisted I go. The staff as well as Dr. Bergman not only made me forget about the embarrassment but took time to walk me thru the process and ensure my comfortability. Coming in literally changed daily life for me, no more hiding my smile or avoiding close contact with others, no more discomfort! I genuinely love the results, its given me the encouragement I needed to take my dental health seriously. I can honestly say Im looking forward to going back thank you to everyone at South Lincoln Family Dentistry!

Great service and professional care. Felt very welcomed and taken care of. Dental offices can be a very scary place, but not the case here! Would recommend to anyone. It has been longer than I would like to admit since I have seen a dentist. I just started seeing Dr. Christine Bergman a little over a month ago. I have had a wonderful experience each time I go. I will definitely keep her as my forever for dental care. I have anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist due to a experience I had during a deep cleaning a few years ago. I have never felt so calm and at peace with her and her amazing team. They all go above and beyond! Not only are they professional with great bedside manner but, they truly care about you as a individual. The front desk team is phenomenal, kind, and educated. They will answer any questions you have from billing, insurance coverage, reminder calls. If you are looking for a new Dentist I highly recommend Dr. Christine and her Staff!

I went to south Lincoln Family Dentistry to have my teeth cleaned and they told me i had periodontal disease and it was going to cost $1500! i got a second opinion in omaha and i just needed my teeth cleaned and cavities filled . south Lincoln Family Dentistry is a scam. update 7/1/2021 when i got the second opinion they told me i dont have periodontal disease and they fixed my front tooth the same one you said you wouldnt do anything about until i gave $1500 to deep cleaned my teeth for a disease i dont have

My experience was comfortable and safe. I felt like COVID measures were followed well. I also had a pleasant cleaning experience with no pain. Dr. Bergman was personable, listened to my questions, and gave honest referrals and recommendations. I would recommend any friend or family member to Lincoln Family Dentistry!

I recently had a crown installed by Dr. Kelly O’Hara. Her care, knowledge and confidence put me at ease during the entire procedure. She and her assistant had a minor equipment malfunction during this procedure but I didnt learn about it until after it was over- they were a cohesive, calm and professional team. They warned me about potential sensitivity and soreness after this procedure, but I didnt feel a thing during or AFTER I walked out of the office. Way to treat and care for the patient! Loved my experience at South Lincoln Family Dentistry and would strongly recommend Dr OHara as an outstanding Dentist for all your needs.

Because of health and home circumstances my teeth had been neglected for far too long. I was embarrassed to go back to the dentist, but excited to get back on track. Thankfully I just needed a good cleaning and a minor cavity fix. All of the staff, from the front door, to Dr. Bergman, to the check out staff are amazing. I felt right at home and appreciated all of the support. I look forward to going back for all of my dental needs, no anxiety needed!

Fingers were crossed that I would have a good experience as well.When you have less than perfect teeth there is always a fear of judgment and being scolded... which Im happy to report was not the case at South Lincoln Family Dentistry! It has been a very long time since Id seen a dentist and they went above and beyond to be welcoming, and were so wonderful and fun to talk to, my visit went smoothly and I was well informed on everything they were doing.I even have a follow up appointment to have a filling and im actually looking forward to it.Im also excited to bring in my little one for his first appointment because I know he will adore these ladies 😊

Earlier this year I began searching for a new dental practice that was in line with my health-conscious lifestyle. I wanted to find a practice that could safely remove and replace amalgam fillings if I desired to have this done. I found Preserve Family Dentistry and made an appointment. I was greeted and welcomed in a professional manner when I stepped inside the office. The hygienist did a great job of explaining everything as she took x-rays and cleaned my teeth. Dr. Alderman took time to answer all my questions and thanked me for coming to her office. I was very pleased with my experience and will definitely continue to use Preserve Family Dentistry for all my dental needs.

Finding a new dentist, medical doctors etc. can be very stressful after moving to a new state. But I have to say that I couldnt have found a better dentist and staff! They are very friendly and accommodating with appts and care.

My first visit to Preserve Family Dentistry was earlier this year. When I arrived I felt welcomed and was asked if I had any problems finding their office. The sraff was friendly and the office was super clean. The Hygienist was good about explaining things to me and made sure I was comfortable. The dentist was in no hurry and took her time to visit and answer any questions.

My daughter recommended Coddington Dental when we moved here last year. We’re so thankful that she did! Super friendly staff. They are so good to work with! The hygienists we’ve seen are professional and do a great job. The dentists themselves are personable and leave you feeling cared for and confident that you are in good hands. We are extremely satisfied!

Thank you for taking care of me when I needed it the most!I checked out this dental office because of a toothache I had over the weekend. There were only the ones that called me back and scheduled me on Sunday. I did not know anything about doctors and read their reviews online before my appointment. After reading reviews, I felt better about seeing them for my dental emergency. Dr.Brad Alderman saw me on Sunday at his Southpointe location and treated my toothache. He also followed up with me to make sure I was recovering well. I was impressed by his chair side manners, availability for emergencies on Sunday and I am planning to be his patient for years to come. Reviews that I read prior to coming in are very correct.

I am amazed on how friendly everyone is, every time and every visit. It seems as everyone, from upfront people to doctors are professional, kind and always treat you as their special guest. I enjoy my dental visits every time, in spite of the fact I used to hate coming to the dentist.

I went to Dr. Alderman for a toothache. They had me fill out paperwork that asked my anxiety level at the dentist, and the dental hygienist also spoke with me at length about it. I mentioned I had bad experiences with dentists in the past and need laughing gas for anything that goes beyond an exam, including drilling or anything. Dr. Alderman claims to be sensitive to patients anxiety and fears, and yet when I went, she started adjusting my bite and drilling on the tooth with no warning at all. I dont know why they ask for level of anxiety on their paperwork if they dont even read it or check. I was very put off by her willingness to ignore my serious anxiety when it comes to the dentist.

I woke up with an awful tooth ache and a swelling on my lower left side. When I got my X-rays done through my primary dentist, they said it might of been infected.Due to an infection, I was going through excruciating pain and chugging pain killers constantly just to sleep. They told me the soonest time I would be able to see the endodontist was Saturday and it was Monday at the time.I knew I could not wait that long and decided to find another option for an endodontist in Lincoln,NE. That is how I found Dr.Kathryn Alderman to do my root canal. Her nice receptionist was able to get me in the same day I called. Dr.Kathryn Alderman was extremely compassionate toward me and was able to do a root canal without any pain. She was gentle and efficient. The best part, I was no longer suffering with dental pain. I am glad I found Dr. Kathryn Alderman for a root canal here in Lincoln,NE.
