All the employees at Preserve Family Dentistry are professional and very friendly. They make you feel welcome, and the dentists and hygienists make you feel comfortable, and they seem like they genuinely care about you as a patient. They are very gentle and make sure you are doing okay during the procedures. This is coming from someone who hadnt seen a dentist in years, as I was afraid to go and had terrible anxiety about dentists. Preserve goes above and beyond to make your visit as pleasant as can be. I honestly dont mind going to the dentist now. I would highly recommend Preserve Family Dentistry! :-)

Sade and clean , perfect place during the COVID pandemicI usually see Dr.Kathryn Alderman at the North or this location. I just had my 6 month cleaning at this location and right from when I entered the door there were smiling faces greeting me. It took less than an hour and they were ready for me to come back as soon as I arrived. The staff does a great job making sure you are as comfortable as possible and addressing any concerns you have throughout the visit.

My parents were NEVER on me about brushing my teeth (Cant blame them. I was 8 out of 8 kids, so they were tired.) I brushed my teeth once or twice every couple days up till about age 12, and then stopped altogether. I developed lots of cavities and most teeth become infected and decayed. I was embarrassed and relieved to find Dr.Alderman and to find out about new option of replacing all teeth with dental implant and hybrid bridge.I am a new person with a new smile.

The staff here is always very easy to work with. They are quick getting you into a chair and have always been on time. I have never had to wait to go back. It seems they truly understand that their patients time is valuable and do their very best to respect that.

Dr. Diy and his entire team are wonderful. Theyre great with my kids and have done an excellent job with all of our teeth. Ive had extensive dental work with previous dentists, and Im impressed with the precision and care that Dr. Diy exhibits in all of his dental work. With their recommendations and care, my teeth are in the best shape theyve ever been. I highly recommend them!

Great experience here. Had put offcoff a cleaning so went online to set appt. I picked a time that worked for me and they sent great reminders. Clean office, pleasant professional staff. Staff were taking all needed Covid precautions. Great chairside manner, telling me what to expect, asking if anything was a problem etc. I really dont like dental visits but this was very nice.

My primary dentist had always been Dr. Kathryn Alderman, however, I needed to have work done ASAP and she was not available so I had scheduled an appointment with Dr. Anton Diy. Starting a new relationship with a different doctor in any field of health can be nerve wracking but I have no regrets. Dr. Diy (and his hygienist) made my concerns a top priority and did their best to make my visits as comfortable as possible. They diligently made sure I was not experiencing any discomfort or pain and even took time out of their day to call and check on me after my root canal. I will recommend Dr. Diy for a lifetime.

They screw over people with no insurance . $180 for an x-Ray and to put a light to my mouth and tell me I have exactly what I told them. Didn’t use no tools didn’t even use a finger to look in my mouth just sent me to another place to have surgery and not tell me I have to come with money here to or I can be turned away So in 2 days I end up paying $500.

I absolutely hate dentists but this dentist makes any dental experience an easy one. Thank you for your understanding, caring and gentle touch. Thank you for making my root canal experience a pleasant one.
