I have been a patient of D.r Reeds for several years and have always been totally happy with all aspects of the service, until recently. I was forced to switch insurances and ever since, every time, there is a huge issue with the claim being filed. The person doing the billing is the reason for this review. Its a sad commentary when the actions of a single person changes whether I use a service. This person is rude and talks down to you as though you, the patient, havent a clue about anything and clearly if they know everything about filing a claim, why is there so much issue with doing just that!!!!???? Love the dental service, but the support ruins it.
