Dr. Olberding and his staff are the most friendly, caring, and professional dental team I have ever been too. Everyone in the office works as a team to help you have the best experience possible. Dr. Olberding is very gentle and always takes tremendous care of me. He always asks me to make sure I am comfortable. He also is more than willing to discuss possible options for care and answer all of my questions. I have never left feeling like I was unaware of what was happening to me. The hygienists are amazing and they teach me new techniques every time I come in to take better care of my teeth. The assistants are also extremely good at their job. I never hesitate when I am in their care. They are able to remember details about my personal life, even though I do not see them for 6 months between appointments. This shows me that they really do care! I am never left waiting about either-every time I have been in has been quick! Ive been coming here since I was a little kid and have never felt more at home in any other dentist or doctors office. All of the staff are wonderful and attentive to individual needs. They are also invested in your dental health and only make recommendations that they know will benefit you personally. Dr. Olberding is a fun guy and still lets me pick out of the toy box, despite me being 24. Cannot recommend high enough, 11/10!

Dr. Olberding (or, as my parents affectionately call him Dr. Louie at home) has been my dentist for the majority of my life. I have received nothing but the best care from him. He knows my family, cares about me as a person and not just my pearly whites. The people who work for him are kind and caring as well and dont chide me too much for not flossing. I know going to the dentist is not on anyones top ten things to do on a day off, but Dr. Olberding always greets me with a smile and treats me like Im a VIP. Highly recommend.

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality and politeness of the staff. It is an extremely clean and easy office to get to with lots of parking. I was a patient of Olberding Dental for many years until I got married and had to move away. I have been to several different cities since and have had several different dentists along the way. What I can tell you is that it has been very difficult to find another dental office that compares to that of Dr. Olberdings office. His staff was always so welcoming and accommodating to me. They were always very professional, helpful, and would always go out of their way to make sure you had the best experience possible! Dr. Olberding has a warm, beautiful office that was always exceptionally clean.Dr. Olberding is very thorough and comprehensive in his approach, which I always appreciated. From the very first initial exam I always felt like I had a plan in place to address all of my dental needs. From having orthodontics to implants and crowns, everything was very well organized and seamless. I arrived at his office with so many concerns and needs but have since had no problems or issues with my teeth!

Before I came to Olberding I had been to another dentist who had botched some crown work on my molars. Dr. Olberding and his staff fixed me right up and I’ve been to them ever since. Our family recently switched dental offices due to insurance coverage and have been more than pleased in the new relationships built at Olberding Dental. My husband has lived all over the world and has had many of dental cleanings in several difference states & countries so when he came home from his first visit and said it was by far the best cleaning hed ever had, my ears perked in disbelief and curiosity.I can now speak for myself and agree with his perspectives. Ive since had quite a bit of dental work done and have had the opportunity to interact with all the office staff. Dr Olberding is proactive in helping prevent bigger problems down the road by paying attention to detail and caring for his patients.The icing on the cake is - due to insurance changes again we could be looking for a new dentist but we are so happy with the treatments, knowledge and professionalism experienced at Olberding Dental were staying put.

Very nice dentist, very nice facilities, very questionable business practices. Lots of them pushing services that insurance wont cover and then presenting customers with a huge surprise bill. Avoid this place unless you are independently wealthy.

I have gone to Olberding Dental since the beginning of his practice. Like another of the reviewers, I have had some sub-par dental experiences. In my first encounter with Dr. Olberding he meticulously replaced a badly made crown I had recently received from another dentist. I knew then that I would be satisfied for all my dental needs at his office. His attention to details, and performing them with excellence have made this choice a “no-brainer.” His office staff and the hygienists are always professional and able to handle any situation. My hygienist has worked with me to manage, and even reverse my beginning gum disease without expensive treatments. Both she and Dr. Olberding are always willing and able to discuss any issues and answer any questions. I have chosen to stay with Olberding Dental although there has been an insurance change and I am no longer covered in going there. The quality of work, and the professional, caring staff make that the obvious choice for me.

I had to come and leave a review after the experience I had recently at this office. I had some work done at another office and it was miscoded so I paid out of pocket without realizing the mistake. It later caused the same problem at Olberdings office and Jenni caught the mistake. Not only did she catch it, but she went to bat with the insurance company to get it fixed for the Olberding claim AND the prior one from the other office. I know how much time that mustve taken, and we really appreciated it! Dr. Olberding is very thorough and I always feel like he is looking out for my best interest. Thanks!

There are better dentists out there. Unless you want your teeth permanently messed up, I suggest you go somewhere else. Dr. Oldberding saw my kids on three occasions and Ive never seen such a rude, arrogant individual. Not to mention the fact that he spends maybe 5 minutes with you and has around 6-8 patients at a time and they are not in separate rooms. Its one large room with some dividers---not very private. My 7 year old cried each time b/c of the way he was treated. Needless to say, we wont be going back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Olberding dental for two years. I have never had an experience bad in nature. Dr. Olberding and his staff are always kind and helpful. They seem to be there for the right reasons, they want people to be passionate about the importance of great dental hygiene. Michelle, is one of the best hygenists I have been too. I have signifigant issues with my gum tissue; she is always respectful and careful when cleaning my teeth. She and Dr. Olberding are also very good at explaining tips to having great checkups. I have never felt like they talk over my head with terms I do not understand, they always make sure to speak at a level that I can understand. I have personally recommended many people to this office, of which have remained patients there as well. Knowing I have a dentist with great knowledge and expeirence, makes the decision to stay a patient very easy.
