Easily the best dentist office in town. All of the staff are excellent only place I would recommend. Also its pretty rare to want to take a nap while getting dental work done I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. 👍

I was thoroughly impressed with the dentist and medical staff that attended to me. I give the dentist 5 stars for his excellent care, personal attention and bedside manner. I cant give the office more than 3 stars because I felt pressured to pay on the spot even though I had insurance. They could have billed me. Also, I feel that their prices are very high: $355.00 for a simple extraction. Even though I like the dentist, I cannot afford to go back. Will be seeking a different practice.

Theyre so friendly and concerned about your comfort!Ive never been to a dentist office that was so understanding of peoples fear of the dentist. They made sure I was comfortable and experiencing as little pain as possible every step of the way. We laughed. They asked me about my day. It felt like homey in a way. Thats definitely something I never thought Id say about a dentist office.I love my new smile. Good job A+++

It was great people are very nice and they well work with you on payments which is great. Being a single father its affordable unlike other place they want you pay everything up front. Have two kids to take care of on my own that makes it really hard. Also the dentist I had was very nice and professional and the staff is great. They are my dentistfrom now on.

I used to see Dr. Kathryn Alderman at South location but moved to North Lincoln.She is an amazing dentist! She and her staff really care about their patients. She personally called me the evening after the procedure to make sure I was doing OK. They always make sure that you are comfortable and happy during any procedure. I had my teeth cleaned as well and it was a full hour as opposed to the other dentists in town that clean for only a half-hour. The prices are reasonable. The staff is professional and friendly. She will be my dentist for life!!!

The reason why I chose this location because back in the days it was full 5 stars. I visited this location and had two fillings done. The very next day, one of the fillings failed while I was flossing. She didnt know what she was doing. I asked for a different dentist. The new dentist came and he fixed the mistake, but right after 6 months, both fillings failed again. Its been over 2 year since I moved to Texas, so there is no way I can go back to them. I know this experience happened over a year and a half (or maybe 2 years), but Im leaving this comment right now. Also, they didnt tell me that they are out network until they finished their job. Always ask if your insurance is in network or out of network. I have no clue how this place gets so good reviews. Unbelievable both fillings failed within 6 months. I have fillings that are over 8 years old and they are still intact.

Going back to a dentist after years of not stepping into a dentist office can be a bit scary. The whole staff in this office made me feel welcomed and did a great job at a deep clean. Glad I was able to find a dentist office once again that cared so much about your well being other then just making money!

I recently moved to the Lincoln area was was referred to Northstar dental by my coworkers. Both my initial visit and my visit for my dental crowns were very pleasant. The front staff and dental assistants were kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Burbach was gentle, informative, and had a caring approach. Id highly recommend your office. My girlfriend had to have her teeth pulled for some of her cancer treatment but the oral surgeon and people making the dentures didnt coordinate and it is her fault they said, so theyre making her pay another $2500 for her bottoms that they screwed up on?! way to help rack up the bills anything for a buck right.money is more important to these people than fixing their mistake.

We had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Burbach and his staff. My grand daughter was very anxious about the appointment, but Dr. Burbach was very patient with her and the staff was very helpful and kind. Dr. Burbach is very professional and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , Its not easy to find a good dentist for your family, I highly recommend Dr. Burbach

I am not a huge fan of the dentist, but the technicians at Northstar are always friendly and listen to my needs. I still prefer the old fashioned cleanings that dont use the drill machine, and they have accommodated my wishes which makes the overall experience more enjoyable. They talk to me after each cleaning and it is easy to make an appointment. I also really enjoy the ease of the text reminders.

Up until last summer I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years. My dental anxiety is so bad I can’t even put it into words. I have never felt so comfortable at a dental office ever! We started out with sedation to just get me in the door but I can now go in confident and know that I’ll be listened to and taken care of. I never felt any pain and I actually enjoy going to the dentist for the first time in my life and no longer need sedation to go to the dentist.

I find the staff at North Star Dental to be friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The service provided is second to none. You get in on time and they are great with children and I would recommend them to anyone with dental needs. Keep up the good service!
