The level of customer service and professionalism is pathetic. They overbook and then treat patients badly when rescheduling and put it 4 or 5 months out even though the reschedule was on them cause the dentist had personal needs. They didnt give a reminder call because she said the computer crashed and couldnt even tell me when my appointment was. I said it was today but I am in wreck traffic and would be there at 8:15 for an 8:00. They dont have a problem keeping you waiting in the waiting room when they have a snag but wouldnt see me and couldnt reschedule me because the computer has been down for 2 weeks. Obviously, for me they need better IT, customer service, and professionalism. Patients seem like a bother to them, they do not act like they care about you and as a consumer my business is the reward and I expect far better than this. I will gladly and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This is Linda Ahlgrim. You might remember me because I loaned you my niece and nephews Toy Story DVD. You made my partials and they have only been relined once and had some wings added. The person who did that is now back in Russia and there seems to be no one in the practice who is capable of any further work. I tell everyone I will wear the ones you made till the day I die. My daughter and I recently moved here and I was so nervous about finding a new dentist. They do have different hours each day but our first appointment was on Friday and they scheduled us both the same day. It didnt take long to get us in for our first appointment. I was very pleased with the care we received and we have found our new place to call home for our dental care! Thank you to Dr. Robinson and staff, we love it there!

Took my wife there needing a root canal or extraction. They told us that they would refer us to someone to do the extraction, but if we wanted a root canal that theyd do it. We choose the root canal. Nurse came back saying that the doctor saw something he didnt want to work on and referred us to someone else anyway. The reference they sent us to doesnt accept our discount plan. So after telling us they are not going to help, they still charged us for the Xray. They were no help at all. No work was done. We paid for them to refer us to a place that we cant even go because they dont accept our discount plan. The whole reason we choose Robinson Gerald DDS was because they do accept it. Going here was a step back since now we have paid them for no work. I didnt think dentist could just pick and choose who they work on and who they dont.

Although Dr Robinson is professional and good at what he does, the experience of trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. They refuse to take customers on Fridays, they close at 3:00 Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Saturdays are booked 6+ months out... meaning if you work a normal 8-5 job, its not easy to get in here.

Great dentist, great staff. Very pleasant experience (as much as a dentist visit can be)
