I used to go here in my 20s before getting married and wasn’t a fan of having my month filled with silver instead of white filling. Plus I felt the bedside manner wasn’t very nice of the doctor. But this is beside the point. My mother was there today and was first asked on a piece of paper whether she was vaxxed or not for covid. Which is NOT appropriate for a DENTIST to ask. She has horrible reactions to medicines and other reasons for waiting on more information and studying done these mRNA vaccines. I would like the Dr to know that we do our research but that the vax is NOT the be all end all for everyone and I would trust he never asks again. Especially at a dentists office.

My wifes crown broke in half and he would not fix or replace it. Lied about telling her she should have gold. Rude and totally unprofessional.

Eat dentist in town. Great office workers. Allows payment plans😊

Nice man and very nice staff, however since going to another dentist, I see my mistake in going here. They are fixing the work done here which will take several visits. Stop using silver fillings. They have white now.

Dr. T is absolutely great. He has been my dentist for a long time now. The first time I went to him, in pain, he took care of the problem. Then he called me later that evening to makes sure I was doing ok. I’ve never forgotten that. His entire staff treats me like family.Also, his office is in a wonderful building. It’s fun to just enjoy the architecture!

This dentist is the BEST! He is caring and very sensitive to the patients needs! He and his staff are FIVE STAR! You couldnt ask for a better doctor or staff! Very professional! A friend referred me to Dr. Larry T. to help me w/ a mouth full of problems! I havent seen a dentist in 23 years because I had horrific experiences with not one but TWO dentists! I am very aware of what a great dentist is! You cant get a better dentist anywhere than Dr Larry Tragesser! He recently performed a miracle on a broken tooth for me! Great staff and great dentist! I drive all the way from Seymour to see Dr Tragesser. He is worth the trip. The staff is friendly, professional, on time and accommodating. Dr T is gentle, skilled, experienced, nice, and an exceptional dentist. I highly recommend this practice to all.

Worst dentist I have ever been to and the least friendly staff. Completely ignored my concerns and I finally had to have another dentist fix the work Tragesser had done. Go elsewhere.

I have went to Larry my whole life (23 years), and my mom went to him more than 20 years before I was born. He has never hurt us and the staff is always friendly. I would recomend anyone to him.

I have went to Dr. T for several years. I now drive from Charlotte, NC to Knoxville two times a year. I am terrified of dentist but his staff is so friendly and he is so calming. I am sad to say I have not found this in NC. Thank you Dr. Tragesser and staff!

The hygienist was as sweet as she could be, dentist was just ok. Receptionist, she left her friendly somewhere and I won’t be back simply because of her bad attitude.

I drive from Kingsport TN to see Dr Tragesser and his staff and have for 13 years now. They are wonderful! My cleanings with Kim are outstanding also.

Came to the office to help with a family member. The doctor was very abrasive and rude, raising his voice at his assistant it was embarrassing for us all. Seems we were a problem and he had better things to do at the time. it was like we were rushed out, we were told to come back but not sure for what. the lady at the front desk was on her cell phone when we were at the check out counter and was obviously irritated. Probably not going back

My daughter was getting married and I wanted to be able to smile in The Wedding Pictures. I was ashamed to smile because I had a front tooth knocked out when I was a child and had had my crown replaced 20 some years ago and it began to grow crooked and was discolored. I had not smiled for years with my lips open. I heard about Dr Tragesser and his staff from a coworker. I drove from Johnson City to Knoxville to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did. Dr Tragesser gave me my smile back. I had a fear of dentist from a bad experience as a child but he made me so comfortable and did not hurt me at all. He and his staff could not have been nicer. They worked hard to get my smile back. Dr Tragesser even called the lady from the lab in to try to match the color of my teeth. I could not be happier. Well worth the drive to Knoxville three times. Give them a try. Im so thankful that I did.

I only went there once. I didnt have any complaints w/ him as a dentist but I found his behavior unappropriate with a certain assistant. He was rather flirty, and he treated another assistant rather rudely. This kind of unprofessionalism doesnt sit well with me.
