First, I want to start out by saying Dr. TraChella Johnson Foy is amazing. I’ve been seeing her for over 20 years now. And the thought of seeing another Doctor is heartbreaking. But I have no other choice now. The office staff she has working for her is horrendous. Your lucky to be able to get one of them on the phone to even make an appointment. And then when you do they can’t even remember the appointment time. I know what time the lady gave me an appointment for and I have a witness to prove my point because my phone was on speaker. So, Dr. TraChella Johnson Foy, its been a pleasure being seen by such a sweet and caring Doctor like yourself. I just hope I will be able to find someone to be able to fill your shoes. Because they will be some tough ones to fill. Dr. Johnson Foy I wish you all the success. Please EVALUATE your office personnel.

If you want a Physician that is professional, listens to what you have to say and cares about YOU genuinely.Then she is the one for You!Her compassion, empathy and love for her patients shows in what she does. God has truly given Dr. Foy a gift like none other Mercy. To work in this field you have to have all of the above. Compassion, Love, Mercy and Empathy. I love my Physician.

She is the goat of doctorsgreatest of all timeshe is the Michael Jordan of doctorsthe Simone biles of doctorsshe looks at you the whole time you are in an appointment and really examines your healthi called for a bc refill and she zoned in on how i was breathing(completely unrelated) she also addressed multiple areas and i called for only bc!she cares about her patients in a way that i actually trust any advice she gives !!

My appointment out of the blue got switch to telehealth and no link or anything was provided for me to speak with my doctor. Their phone lines all have problems, and no one answers the phone to provide you any information. They never sent me any paperwork or anything to be filled out. It’s extremely distasteful and tacky. Horrible ran office.

Excellent customer service. Very thorough and knowledgeable about particular conditions of patience. Very aware of time.

Dr. Foy is the BEST Doctor in the medical field. Her care and concern for her patients is indescribable. She talks to you and ask questions about what is going on with you before she does anything. People don’t care how much you know they care about how you care. Dr. Foy cares❤️❤️❤️

I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Foy. My new patient appointment with her was exactly the encouragement I needed. I’m 25 and have suffered from chronic migraines, neck pain my whole life and then suffered 3 spontaneous vertebral artery dissections over the past 6 months. I have received terrible care and overvision of my dissections through Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. That’s when I started doing research on finding a primary care doctor out of Jacksonvllle instead to start from scratch. She is the most compassionate woman and doctor I have ever met. She immediately got on the phone to coordinate getting me the best neurosurgeon she could find and ordered new xrays ect. She spent over an hour with me and was so genuine in wanting to get down to the bottom of my issues. What I am dealing with right now has been physically and emotionally debilitating. But my time with her left me feeling hopeful and that I was in good hands now. Thank you Dr. Foy you’ll never know how encouraging this was for me! Definitely worth the commute from Tallahassee!
