Dr. Glick is a good doctor from what I can tell, and I had initially hoped I had found a longterm PCP, but his NP Jenny is honestly the rudest medical professional I’ve ever met. And unfortunately, everything seems to flow through her. You can’t even message Dr. Glick in the patient portal, which I think Meaningful Use mandates, so that’s weird.Jenny has consistently been rude, refuses to follow up with Dr. Glick with questions about medications, and has yelled at me multiple times on the phone for seemingly no reason at all.I would chalk this all up to pandemic fatigue, but Jenny’s behavior and rudeness began in 2019 when I first started seeing Dr. Glick.I would definitely recommend checking out other Baptist Primary Care options before going here.
